Karina was relieved that the mission was complete. The keyhole had been locked and everything actually went as planned for once. When Jake grabbed her hand she fought the urge to jerk it back away from him and instead waited to allow him to kiss her hand, but not without cringing a bit. But before he even had a chance a light appeared around them. Karina cracked a small smile as she disappeared from the world. Finally they had done something right, she had done something right. And no one else might recognize it when they got back since everyone else that she met were on missions and probably completed them as well it made her feel good about herself knowing that there was nothing for someone to yell at her for, or beat on her for. No reason to disappointment. She could relax a bit from that and just be... well happy.
Location: OmegaTech Facility- stealth ops class room Time: 1:30 PM Mood: sad, disappointing in herself, slightly worried. Rachael slowly looked up at the boy who entered the room. She did not say anything in fear that if she said a word she would get in more trouble from the teacher. She let her eyes drop back down as she stared blankly at her hands which where folded on her desk. The silence in the room before was unnerving for Rachael, because even in her silence her mind was usually racing with voices of the characters in her books. Scenes that she had read about would flash through her mind. It was comforting just to be able to think about that, but today something different was racing through her mind and it made her feel sick. The idea of them all being destroyed. The same people who had created her with these powers now wanted her dead. Was that all she was to the scientists, an experiment gone wrong, disposable? It was unfair. It wasn't like she even took part in the riot, she just sat there, out of the way. She had done nothing to further the Riot or help those involved, so why would they want her dead. Rachael was subconsciously biting her lower lip and fidgeting with her hands as she thought. She needed something to help distract her but her only distraction was taken away by the teacher leaving her with nothing to do but think about these horrible thoughts. Time seemed to slow to a crawl as she waited to get out of the room. At least she might not be totally lonely in here. Knowing Richards attendance record it was more likely that he was really late for class over popping in to ask a question. And late could equal detention. The teacher turned to Richard. "I don't suppose you are popping in after another class to ask a question are you?" The teacher asked skeptical of his reason for being there. She wore the kid missed more days then he showed up to. She waited for a response with one eyebrow raised.
"Of course I can fight. I am not totally weak." Nevaeh said in a voice that didn't sound like she took offense, more like she thought it was a joke. She then realized that she didn't have a weapon of any sort even in the vicinity of her; maybe that was why Lightning was asking. "Just... hold on a sec." Nevaeh turned around and ran back into her room where she retrieved a bow off her wall, then went digging through her closet for arrows to go with it. The bow had an intricate design carved into it and was made completely out of wood. the top end of it was in a shape representing a treble clef. Nevaeh stared at her bow for a second before turning around and running back to Lightning. "See I have this." She ran her hand over the bows intricate design before continuing to talk. "My brother made this for me. Not long after he got cancer he made this and gave it to me. He told me to keep fighting even when he couldn't. That would be now. He is in the hospital and it isn't looking good for him, but I have to keep fighting. I am going to save him!" "A lot of good standing around here will do you. You want the grail then you should go out and find it. No matter what the cost." Lightning told Navaeh in a slightly harsh yet still encouraging voice. She sympathized with Nevaeh, so for now she was willing to stick with her and help her. Plus she kinda had to but that was besides the point. "Oh, hehe, right." Nevaeh said as she put her bow on her back then leaned down to grab her guitar case. "Your planning to bring that with us? Into a war?" Lightning said unimpressed as Nevaeh had grabbed her guitar. "Yes-er-y I don't go anywhere without my guitar. I like to play it when I am stress and I have a feeling that is going to be a lot." Nevaeh explain. Lightning rolled her eyes and started to walk away with Nevaeh following close behind, this was going to be interesting. They started to wal around town when Lightning saw something in the distance a bridge seemed to be collapsing. Instinctively Lightning stopped Nevaeh. "What is it? Why are we stopping?" "Something is happening and it is not good. We will get a little closer but we only observe for now got it. Stay hidden no matter what." Lightning ordered the girl half expecting her to do something stupid that would mess up their chance of getting the grail, and her chance of saving her sister. They slowly crept forward to watch the action. "But what about all those people?" Nevaeh whispered to Lightning. "They will save them." Lightning indicated to a man who was running on the bridge carrying people off of it. All these people where idiots. Facing down in a city. Running on a bridge that is falling a part. There where better way of dealing with the situation at hand.
b]Name:[/b] (First and last please) Tinarah (Tina for short) Kyohei Gender: female Age: (old as you can get is around 27. Just cause.) 16 Personality: curious, friendly, upbeat most of the time. has confidence issues that she hides behind her smile. With ambitions of becoming a singer, she works hard at practicing singing, but her only problem is she never does it in front of anyone because she is scared of being judged. If anyone asks her to sing she makes up an excuse and if any one makes her uncomfortable she will simply smile and giggle a bit hiding the fact she is uncomfortable. She has one sister that is younger but with her parents both successful working full times she often feels neglected by them which drives her to spend a lot of time playing games like kingdom hearts. She spends a lot of time with her sister as well feeling she really has no one else. With not having to many friends, she is happy but tends to get lonely at times. Country: (Either USA or the UK... Karina turned to Flora. "So you gonna lock that thing or what. It is the whole reason why we are here is it not?" She said looking across to the keyhole. If they completed this task she could go back saying that they had saved everyone and the mission was a success. Exactly what she wanted to report. No more failures, she wouldn't be able to handle it if she failed.
It is hard yo say for me. I love both VII and XIII, which are on different ends of the scale for old vs new. I love the story of.xiii but the older games have better game play. Story has always been pretty good. But I would say older games have better reply value. So I would have to go with older
Nevaeh was busy playing the guitar when her phone began to ring. She wanted to finish her song before answering it, but by that time the phone had stopped ringing. Nevaeh put down her guitar and picked up her phone as she wondered outside. She sat down on a bench near the pond that she had in her back yard and listened to the message that had been left on her answering machine. Hearing the words that Gaius left for her she jumped up. Now was her chance, she could finally save her brother. "Okay time to summon my servant.... wait how do I do that again?" She asked herself. She ran back into her bedroom and grabbed a book off her shelf and began to flip through it. "Ah here it is. How to summon a servant. I knew I wrote it down somewhere." She turned around to run back outside then stopped. She turned around and packed up her guitar case. With guitar and notebook in hand she ran back outside and began drawing a circle on the ground. She followed stop by step instructions that she had written down. "Lets hope this works." She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. A chill ran up her spine as strange energy seemed to surround her. The grass she was standing on was long enough to feel it blow against her ankles tickling them a bit. Nevaeh slowly opened one eye as the energy she felt seemed to stop. In front of her stood a tall pink hair woman. Was this her servant? She wasn't entirely certain on exactly what happened but she must have done something right. Spoiler "Who are you?" Nevaeh asked the woman. "Lightning Farron. Why do you ask." Lightning replied in a cold slightly harsh tone.Nevaeh was slightly taken back by the way the woman responded to her. Weren't servants suppose to be nice to their masters or something like that? She tried to remain nice and cheerful anyways. "Hi I am Nevaeh. If that is too hard to remember just think, it is heaven spelt backwards." Nevaeh shifted her weight from the back to front as she talked. She had one hand by her side and the other one crossed behind her back holding the other arm. Lightning rolled her eyes. "I can't believe your my master." She mumbled. Lightning glanced over at Nevaehs guitar case looking at the L'cie symbol of the side of it. "What is with that symbol. You shouldn't be seen with it." Lightning told Nevaeh,"What? It is only my command symbol and I liked it so I thought I would decorate my guitar case with it." Nevaeh looked straight at Lightning. "What is your problem with it?" Nevaeh was curious now since she thought the symbol looked pretty awesome. "It is a symbol of a fate worse then death for someone I care about. I have already lost her to it, and now I have it too." Lightning said thinking back to her sister Serah."Oh I see. Well I am trying to save someone from a horrible fate too. My brother. He is dieing of cancer. The grail. It is my only chance to save him. If we get it maybe you can save the person your trying to save too." "Maybe." Lightning said as she pulled out her gun blade, flipping it down so she could use it more as a sword then anything else. "How good are you at fighting? If I have to work with you I need to know." Lightning emphasized the word with. She was no ones slave. She was not a fal'cie slave and she was not Nevaehs slave, but she had to work along side her and listen to her, but this didn't make her her slave.

Location: OmegaTech Facility- stealth ops class room Time: 8:25 AM Mood: irritated Rachael was silently reading her book when one of the boys in her class from another battalion approached her. "Hey isn't it time to start living in the real world? What is with you anyways your always reading. Give it a break and I don't know try studying for class or something?" He asked as he went to snatch the book out of Rachael's hands. Rachael would not let go of her book that easily. No one was allowed to touch her books aside from her. She yanked the book back with more force than you would think someone of her size to have and hit him over the head with it. "Back... Off..." She said angrily as she glared at the boy. Just at that moment the teacher entered the room. From looking at the boy, and sorta reading his mind, she knew he was planning on telling the teacher what just happened. That wasn't a good thing for her, She wouldn't only get in trouble with the teacher, but most likely with Elle as well. Plus she was scared this would only start more rumors. Rachael sunk back in her seat as the boy took his seat. The class started with a hour of theory before they did any practical. During theory she spent most of her time drawing instead of taking notes like she was suppose to. When it came to he practical portion they were suppose to retrieve a document. Most had to spend a lot of time and energy trying to find there way through multiple obstacles to get close enough to the document to grab it and then get out. Rachael on the other hand just got to a point where she could see the document. She then used her powers to levitate her notepad over to the document and replace the document with the note, levitating the document back towards her. She was lucky this was a fairly easy course. She found one spot that the papers fit though easily in a straight line since she wasn't good at maneuvering objects yet. . She was able to get the document without ever letting go of her book. She didn't look at any of the other students as she walked to the back of the training area, book in hand waiting for class to end. As the class drew to a close she saw the one boy from earlier talking to the teacher. She took a deep breath as she headed towards the door hoping to sneak out before anyone noticed. "Rachael! Where do you think your going?" The normal calm kind voice of her teacher was more strict as she called Rachael's name. Rachael slowly turned around to face the teacher as the boy brushed past her."Have fun." He whispered as he passed with a small smirk on his face. "uh, haha, hi" Rachael said nervously yet in her normal innocent voice."Don't act so innocent. You know what you did. The next two hours will be spent here with me. And no book." The teacher said to Rachael as she reached out her hand waiting for Rachael to give her the book. Once in hand she turned and walked to her desk. "I will send word to your battalion leader that this is where you are in case she is looking for you."Rachael hesitantly handed the teacher her book and took a seat at her desk at the back of the room. She stared at the desk letting her mind drift to other places and worlds. Ones like the ones inside her books.
"I could say the same for you." Kaya said in a slightly friendlier tone. Just then a gummi ship landed outside the tower. Kaya was already in hiding so she couldn't be seen, but looking at the ship she could tell it was Cid's handywork. "Damn it!" She whispered. "They must have gone to Radiant Garden! Why!" She was obviously annoyed. After watching a couple more seconds and the young girl did not get out of her ship, Kaya turned to Ruby. "What do you way we talk to her. You know use her to get our sisters back?" Louvel turned to Beuce "You have a fricken wife what the hell are you doing. And why does your wife have to be my sister of all people. She is evil. Look at what she did to Sapphire!" Louvel snapped at Beuce before turning and walking off towards his room. He was done with Beuce for now and didn't want anything to do with him. He needed time to cool down a bit before they could do anything and figure out what to do about his sister. Azurite stepped back as Louvel yelled at Beuce not wanting to get involved. He then walked over to Kaxar seeing she was a little nervous to try to calm her down. "You alright?" He asked her. "They were just trying to be nice. That is just how some huys are." He gave Kaxar a faint smile hoping it helped her. The king looked at Annabelle. "You okay?" He asked her. He looked at her keyblade. "That isn't something to just be swung around like a toy. You will need to learn to wield it properly. We can help if you are willing to join us." He was offering her a choice. A fair one at that. He wasn't going to make her do anything. It was completely up to her. The Lingering will was unable to block Xendai's next attack. After taking the hit he dropped to one knee as he looked up at Xendai. Sorry I don't feel like coming up with a reaction 50 lines remain
