Okie dokie. And we're somehow including Castle Oblivion and the Sora/Namine thing, are we not? We still have to figure that out too.
Roxas glanced at Namine over his shoulder when she spoke, approaching the couch. He sat back down where he was before, putting his arm up on the armrest once more. He wasn't sure where things would go from here since Namine arrived, but he would turn the conversation back to the Heartless issue if he had to.
Okay. So Roxas was taken away from Namine and forced into something he didn't want a part of in the first place? Is that what you're saying?
Roxas motioned with his arm for Namine to come with him, the boy starting toward the room himself. It was time for Sora to fill both of them in on things they had yet to find out. Of course, Roxas hadn't forgotten the "Heartless" bit. He still wanted answers to that.
This situation we're about to do now.
Roxas nodded once in response, glad to hear that nothing had gone wrong. Not that he really expected anything to these days; Jeff was out of the picture after their last conflict.
That is correct. :3 But one thing I forgot was how Sora and Roxas's argument gets started. xD I think we changed something, didn't we?
Roxas turned around and went to stand next to Namine, looking at her. "Was your walk here okay?" he asked, that protective side of his kicking in again. He had temporarily forgotten it when he was talking with Sora, but now that Namine was here he felt he needed to ask.
Okay, great. Plan is set. :3 Oh, well of course! ;D
Roxas felt his expression go back to the strict one he had worn before he saw Namine, the boy shutting the door once she was inside. He and Sora had gotten to a point in the conversation that especially intrigued him. Namine was in for some news as well.
And the collapse of the building would interrupt the fight? Yeah. xD
"Hey," Roxas greeted, his lips turning up slightly in turn at the sight of Namine, but the smile faded just as quickly as it came. He then opened the door more, stepping out of the way. "Come on in. Sora's in the living room." He knew she probably wanted to get down to business, so he wouldn't keep her from it.
So, yes, we'll go with that. :3 Oh, and good timing on your part. ;D I was hoping you'd do that.
Roxas looked to the doorway at the sound of the bell, then turning his gaze back to Sora. "I'll get it," he said as he got up, holding a hand up to his friend to tell him not to worry about getting the door. Roxas pushed the sleeves up on his black sweatshirt as he left the living room, exhaling a breath. He approached the door in the hallway and opened it, his eyes falling on his girlfriend immediately.
Sure! I planned on it originally, didn't I? x3
Roxas blinked and arched an eyebrow. "Wait. The Heartless?" he asked, his voice very serious now. Nathaniel knew about the Heartless? How? Roxas felt there was a piece of information he was missing, and he wanted to be included. Now.
Oh, okay! xD I hadn't planned on them fighting like that at all.
"He didn't plan on fighting you apparently," Roxas said, looking back up at Sora. "If he did, he would have paid more attention to his surroundings and chosen a better place." That was one of the most important rules of battle; the fighter had to know his surroundings so he could use them to his advantage. Nathaniel clearly didn't do that.
Yeah, I understand that. I just thought that since he wasn't being controlled by Darkness anymore, they weren't going to have the fight. But I...
Roxas nodded slightly, his eyes drifting to the floor in thought. Well, it was good that they hadn't been anywhere out in the open. That would have revealed too much. But he did notice a pattern: things that involved Darkness around here always took place in abandoned buildings. It was either that, or they were off this world. Either way saved them from becoming discovered.
