Kiarai approached where they kept Ashir. "There, now behave you two."she said in a sing-song voice.
"Defense Curl!"Valerie said. Barry curled into a ball as Blaze tackled it, giving it some protection. "Now, use Scratch!"Valerie said. Furret ran towards Blaze and tried to damage the cindaquil with Scratch.
"Alrighty, Barry! lets see what you got!"Valerie threw Barrys Pokeball. "Furret!"Barry got in an offensive position for battle.
"Fine, but don't try anything.."Kiarai took Mage to where Ashir was being held.
"Your son is fine. We didn't catch yoru stupid bird."Kiarai growled. Xidanne was alittle nervous.
"So, we gonna battle or not?"Valerie asked, grinning.
"You're not going anywhere missy. Xikari gave us stict orders to keep an eye on you."Kiarai said.
Valerie squeaked at the 'no dinner' bit. "Okay, I'll try my best."she said.
"Oh c'mon, I'm not gonna lose."Valerie smirked.
"I know, we'll find them too."Sora said.
OOC:You're gonna use a HootHoot to battle a Pikachu...?XD BIC:"Well how about a battle to see prove we got the skill?"Valerie smirked.
"Oh really?"Valerie asked, getting out Statics pokeball.
Valerie noticed another group approaching the city. "Heeeey! We beat you guys to Veridian!"she laughed, waving her arms to the group.
"Well, they're headquarters is in The World That Never Was."Sora said. ------ While Wolf, Kareno, and Xirane were in charge of the kittens, Xidanne and Kiarai were in charge of keeping an eye on Mage and Ashir.
OOC:We know there's a route 2.XD Oh dude speaking of Veridian City do we have that guy that teaches your character how to catch a pokemon in here?XD BIC: Valerie looked around Veridian City, smiling a bit. "wow..."she said.
"Alright, so after resting up in Veridian we'll head to Veridian Forest for some training."Valerie said. "Sound good?"she asked, arms behind her head.
"Okay...you guys can come I guess..."Sora said. -------- "hehe, now we have the bait. Now all we need to wait for is our catch to arrive."Xikari chuckled. Wolf was holding Asuki, cooing to her. "ugh, will you stop that? You don't have a heart."Xikari said. "Well this is the only way to get them to stop crying."Kareno was holding Ritsuke while Xirane had Haru.
"Well we need to have Tickets to get on it, Jordan. Remember that."Valerie said. "Hmm... Do you think we'll be able to find a lot of bug pokemon trainers in Veridian Forest? That'd be a great way to train our pokemon."Valerie said. OOC:Unlike Misty my character is not afraid of bugs. and that reminds me, are there going to be other trainers that we can fight like the bug catchers and the pokemaniacs and the hikers, etcetera etcetera?
"I was 8 when I got on for the first time. My mom was with some of her friends, she wasn't much of a trainer."Valerie said. "and there were so many kids with their started pokemon! It was so cool!"she said.
We're just having a bonding moment with talking about our home towns.XD
