Valerie looked at the boys. "Oh wait its over?"she asked.

"Well you didn't HAVE to be a pokemon trainer. You could've been a coordinator. Of course.... I'm not sure if they have contests here in Kanto..."Valerie said nervously.
Valerie gave a small pout. "if you don't like to battle then why did you become a pokemon trainer again?"she asked nervously.
Valerie sighed. "Hey, we could have a quick battle. Strawberry versus Static. Whaddya say?"she asked, smiling.
