Roxas lifted his free hand up and rubbed the back of his head as he spoke. "I dunno. I just didn't know how to bring it up, I guess," he said softly, looking down from Namine to his socks. And he didn't, but it had come out the other day; there was no taking that back now.
Roxas nodded slightly. "Ever since Castle Oblivion, that's all I've been thinking lately," he confessed softly. He'd pushed past it when he needed to, like with Jeff. Some instances, like the dinner date they had not too long ago, were very important, and he had completely forgotten about his suspicions. But now that Sora was back and things had changed from before, it was different.
Me too. xD Awesome. Agreed. =)
"...I guess I don't see it that way," Roxas admitted finally, shifting his eyes to the girl beside him. "I mean, I'm part of Sora. I'm his Nobody, which makes me half of him myself; I look like him, can sometimes act like him without really noticing it..." He shrugged slightly. "I guess I just can't see around that."
Haha. So you haven't been up that long? xD Yeah. =/ I'm excited to see him, but I'd rather do this all day. x3
"I mean, I want to. It's just..." Roxas knew that his words were going nowhere, so he just stood there and stared at the counter. He wanted to believe Namine, because he loved her and ultimately wanted to know that she was his. But he was Sora's Nobody, which meant he looked like Sora and was the closest thing to Sora. Unless Namine actually proved herself, Roxas didn't know if he could find any other state of mind.
I did. xD My bf's train, though, is arriving in about an hour, and then about twenty minutes after that he'll probably be here. Dx
Roxas looked up at Namine at the words, but then he looked away. "Oh..." he said softly. How could he have forgotten to apologize for that? Probably because it was still haunting him, even afer these last few days.
xDD Yes, ma'am.
Roxas didn't say anything at that. What he hadn't apologized for? His eyes fell to the floor as he tried to think back to all that had happened a few days ago. He apologized for lashing out at both of them when it was unnecessary, and he said sorry for how he overreacted; he apologized for treating Namine so badly, and he apologized for crossing the line with Kairi. What else was he forgetting?
I saw you posted at like 5 till, so I was like, YES. 8D We're awesome. :3
Roxas's eyes softened as he lifted his brows. "Did I say something wrong?" he asked when Namine trailed off. He didn't move, his hand still against the edge of the counter as he used it for support. She was clearly upset about something, and it was related to his apology. Maybe he didn't say the right thing, or maybe he forgot something. But Roxas didn't know how he could...
Hello there! =)
Roxas lowered his gaze to Namine's hands when she did, and then he looked back up at what he could see of her face. "...Please?" he asked softly. He wanted to try to make things right; that had been the whole point of them getting together today. Well, except for Kairi; she had been unexpected. Regardless, something hadn't gone right here. He guessed he should have noticed that when she was quiet earlier in the living room.
xDD Night!
Roxas furrowed his eyebrows at the answer and walked forward a few steps. Instead of sitting down, though, he stood next to Namine and leaned his hand against the edge of the counter, using that as support. "You know that answer doesn't work with me," he told her softly. "Tell me what's wrong..."
So when you getting off?
Roxas arched an eyebrow, leaning his head to the side in wonder. "She looked worried, and I can see why," he said. She didn't look happy, but he wasn't sure why; yeah, he knew his apology earlier hadn't fixed everything, but when they spied on Sora and Kairi she seemed fine. "What's wrong?"
Yeah "ugh". =/ It's annoying. But I will.
"Kairi said you needed me," Roxas said, motioning behind him as he took a few slow steps forward. Judging my Namine's surprise, that hadn't really been the case. He arched an eyebrow as he stopped a few feet away from her, confused.
