I really don't know. I'll try to make it around 7 or 8, that is if my desktop starts working again. Dx But if not, I'll catch you sometime...
Kairi decided that she wasn't going to set them up anymore. Last time it didn't work out any better. The redhead tucked some of her hair behind her ear and looked back up, her attention going to the screen. Roxas glanced down at his and Namine's hands, but his sight then went back to the show on the television. He lightly squeezed Namine's hand, though he wasn't sure why. Maybe it was just to help him realize that the fact she was holding his hand was a good sign, unlike other things.
Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Btw, I'll have to leave in a few. Boyfriend's coming over to swim, but he'll be doing it alone. xD
Kairi glanced from the television screen to Roxas and Namine, but when she saw their expressions, she lowered her sight to the floor. She moved a little closer to Sora at the thought that invaded her mind: things weren't better. Maybe she should've listened when Namine told her she didn't want to talk to Roxas. Regardless of the situation that was now on his hands, Roxas followed Namine to the couch and sat down beside her, unlike before. Things were uncomfortable before, and they were slightly the same now. It didn't matter to him, though, because he wanted to be next to her. That was okay, right?
Or we could just jump to our plan. It doesn't really matter to me what we do.
Roxas followed Namine in silence, wishing there was more he could do. But he had a feeling he would only make things worse. He was a different person one day than he was the next. It confused him, but he knew he would have to get it straightened out. And soon.
Plus, Sora's ankle. xD
Roxas lowered his hand, but held it out slightly in a gesture that simply said, After you. He could see that coming in here hadn't done much good, even if Kairi told him Namine needed him. Clearly it didn't change a thing.
Ah, I see. Well, do you think that'd be a good idea, considering what's happening between Roxas and Namine right now?? =/
Roxas lifted a hand to rub the back of his blond spikes. "Uh... You wanna go watch some t.v. or something?" he asked, motioning to the kitchen doorway. He couldn't think of anything he wanted to say, or do.
xDD Yeah, yeah. Okay. Ooh. Where you going with this? :3
Roxas gazed at Namine for a moment, wanting to get rid of the look in her eyes. He didn't know if it was disappointment, sorrow, fear... Whatever it was, he wanted to make it disappear. He nodded slightly and brought his hands down from Namine's shoulders in silence.
It is Valentine's Day, right?
"I'll...figure it out," Roxas said softly, his eyes glancing to the side for a short minute. What exactly he had to figure out was himself. He wasn't used to having these problems, even after being back for a while.
As far as this goes, nope. No idea. xD
Roxas pulled back from Namine then, putting his hands on his shoulders. He looked down at her with big blue eyes, trying his best to get through to her. "But it's not you, okay?" he told her directly. "It's not you." And he knew that. It was him, but he just didn't know what it was about him that made him so doubtful.
Yuppers. =)
Roxas lowered his sight to the floor as he held Namine, not sure how to answer that question. "...I dunno," he said, sighing. He couldn't really explain it.
Heck yes they are. :3
Roxas closed his eyes, taking in a breath. "It's not that," he said, opening his eyes and glancing out of the corner of his eye at the girl he was holding. It really wasn't that he had trust issues. He was just...different lately.
