Kairi nodded, despite the fact Sora couldn't see. "Okay," she said, the guilt already rising more within her. It had come up when she realized having Roxas talk to him was a mistake, but now it was even worse. She had to lure him here using a threat, and Kairi never wanted to do that. Ever.

"Yes," Kairi said, to both. She didn't usually keep the lights on during the day, and she always kept the doors shut and locked because Sora requested it for her safety. That is, if he was talking about the front door and back door, but her bedroom door was shut too.

"I'm already in here," Kairi said, at the same time looking down at her bed. She felt bad for doing this, but it seemed like the only way. She knew she was going to have explaining to do once he got here, but she was already prepared for that. Kairi just hoped Sora wouldn't get too upset with her.

Think, Kairi. Think! "Um..." she started hesitantly. She could tell Sora was obviously concerned now, able to hear it in his voice. "I keep hearing noises. I think somebody's trying to break in." Kairi squeezed her eyes closed once she said it, hating to lie to him. But she knew it was the only way to get Sora over here, if anything.

"I'm actually a little scared," Kairi admitted, not lying at all that time. She was somewhat afraid of how Sora would react once he realized that she was the one who pushed Roxas to ask all those questions because she was suspicious. And once he found that out, he'd probably be even more upset with her.
8-ish or 9-ish probably.
"No... I don't think that's a good idea," Kairi replied, being somewhat honest. She wasn't doing her best either, so if Namine saw her like this, it wouldn't exactly help things; Namine had her own problems to deal with, after all.
xDD I have to go in a little bit, but I should be back later.
"Um..." Kairi started softly. "Can you come over, please?" She figured she would ask first. If that didn't work, then she would come up with something...even if it was a lie.
We can roll with it. I don't mind.
"Sora?" Kairi said, hating how she sounded as nervous as she felt. She hated to admit that she was slightly afraid of how he would react to her, but it wasn't something she could really control. After hearing what just happened, it was involuntary.
Oh, well okay.
After apologizing to Roxas, Kairi hung up the phone and hesitated. Calling Sora was going to be hard, and she knew that because he was so angry, he probably didn't want to be bothered. She would probably have to come up with some excuse as to why he should visit her. Kairi didn't like the idea, but she dialed Sora's number anyway. Whatever happened, happened.
Well, you know how our Smith idea is up next, and things aren't exactly okay with Roxas and Namine as it is? I was thinking somehow things could...
"Are you alright?" Roxas asked. After all, hearing that from somebody Kairi loved was probably hard to absorb. He figured she was having a harder time than he was. Kairi shook her head, desipte the fact Roxas couldn't see. "No, not really," she admitted softly. "Sorry you had to hear all that," Roxas apologized then. And then he realized that he owed Sora an apology as well, whenever the time was right. When he didn't hear her reply, he spoke again. "Maybe you should call Sora and have him come over. He's having a hard time... He probably needs you." "Yeah. I'll call him," Kairi said, though she wasn't sure it was a good idea. Sora seemed very upset, and she wasn't sure that having him over to her house was a good idea. After all, she was the one who had Roxas even talk to him.
Well, we never did decide which way we would go with it, you know?
