"No Eon... you don't understand I am the monster that needs stopped." Karina tried to clear up, not sure if he understood what she was saying or not. Karina then turned to Vincent. "I was prepared to let you kill me in order to get your life back but I am not okay with you hurting my comrades. They actually have bright futures ahead of them. Stuff to look forward to. I won't let you take that away from them. I will fight you to prevent that if I have to!" Karina's grip on her keyblade tightened as she looked at both they boys. She took defense against Vincent, she would let they boys fight if they saw it necessary and would simply get in the way of all the attacks, no matter how much it hurt. She was not built to take damage, but then again when did she ever care about what she was made for or how she was suppose to be?
Karina stood still not sure what to do. She was prepared to let the beast kill her but Kross stood between her and it; threatening it. He was ready to fight it. What was she to do now? She had hoped that letting the beast kill her would appease its need for blood of those who wielded a key allowing Kross and Eon to get away safely. But now Kross was getting himself involved in the fight. Was she to simply stand back and see how it goes? Try to convince him to let the beast kill her perhaps? No that wouldn't work, she knew Kross would never go for it. She could simply not fight back, but that might only put Kross and Eon in more danger. At last Karina bent down and picked her keyblade up. She kept her eyes down and not looking at Eon or Kross. Karina showed no enthusiasm in fighting but she would do what she had to.
Karina facepalmed, seeing that Eon had his keyblade out. How stupid could the kid be. This... this thing was out to kill them if they knew that they had a keyblade. She was attempting to keep that concealed until after they got on the creatures good side. But so much for that. "Eon you idiot. Put that away! Ugh so much for that idea!" Karina shouted out a rather annoyed. She lifted her hand like she was about to smack Eon but stopped herself. She put her head down in shame. She had lost her temper again and almost hurt Eon. Karina started to walk away from everyone, her head down, and upset. She turned to the beast as she walked. "If you need to destroy someone with a key then here." Karina summoned her keyblade a dropped it. She spread her arms ready to take the hit. "... Someone needs to put an end to this monster..." Karina finished sounding upset.
Karina kept her keyblade hidden knowing that this creature was being miss lead. There was no way destroying them would fix anything. Besides a man in a mask sounded shady in Karina's opinion. But that could have been just Karina being trusting. "Perhaps... we can help you..." Karina offered hesitantly. As she took another step towards the creature showing she wasn't scared. "In return I ask for your help with us. Saving a young girl." She concluded. Karina doubted that the monster would take her offer but what else could she do at this point in time.
Kaya hadn't moved since she threw herself in the way to protect Valinton. It hurt to move and she feared moving too much would cause too much blood loss. As she lay there she felt something grab a hold of her leg Kaya shot up to see what it was grabbing her then fell back down and gripped her side groaning allowing herself to be dragged into the dark corridor. As Kaya laid on the grown listening to Natana's voice she used what strength she had to summon her keyblade. She would at least try to fight, though her face was going pale and her energy was draining due to a lack of blood circulating through her body already. "Leave them alone..." Kaya said in a weak voice as she attempted to push herself up. "Leave them all alone... Valinton... Sapphire... Louvel.... and even scarfy! Just get out of here!" Kaya yelled as Natana pushed her claws against Kaya's chest and pushed Kaya back laying down before piercing her chest. Kaya let out a loud scream of agony as she felt her energy drain complete and her keyblade disappear. It was a struggle to keep her eyes open but she was able to long enough to see a darkened heart in Natana's hands... her heart. Kaya coughed a couple times as blood dripped out the side of her mouth. Next thing Kaya knew she was thrown out another corridor, the impact from the landing caused her to let out another cough and her eyes where wide once again, but the life in her eyes began to vanish. The last thing she saw was Valinton land beside her before she attempted one last breath of air. Her life slipped away from her leaving nothing but a limp, lifeless, wide eyed body on the ground.
Xepphiras took lead seeing that people where ready to fight along side her but didn't make any move to do so. Omega was flying but descending towards them quickly, he was within range of her attacks now. Xepphiras stood her ground as Omega got close and closer allowing it to fire the first shot at her but as it did a dark Aura began to glow around her as it created a barrior to the first attack. The attack dissipated in some smoke and out from the smoke appeared a small dark ball of energy, like a dark firaga but smaller, it was a lot more concentrated. Behind that Xepphiras leaped out with keyblade in front of her striking the beast. She had successfully gotten both hits on Omega but he was able to bat her away with his tail causing her to crash back to the ground. Louvel was not fully rested but it was time for him to step into play. He could not sit back and watch as his little sister did all the work. Louvel grabbed both Excalibur and Oblivion as he raced towards the monster in the sky. He still had his wings of light, though his power beginning to drain due to exhust and length of the fight he would push it as far as he could. Louvel let the wings carry him into the air as he floated towards Omega and began to attack with both keyblades. Louvel was able to dodge a could attacks but couldn't attack them all so he as well eventually got knocked out of the air, but got back up right away to try again. Karina's eyes widened as she saw Omega. "Dawn! Dusk! Stay in the cave with Ananta, she will keep you safe. Your father and I will fight this." Karina instructed obviously worried about her kids safety. With her strength and Eon's Defense, Karina was possitive if they worked together that they could bring the creature down. Especially with the help of all these others. Eric was torn. He didn't know if it was better for him to stay by the cave and protect or to fight. But Omega turned out not to be the only threat. Everyone was distracted with it that no one noticed the horde of smaller heartless pouring out from Kingdom Hearts as well. That made up Erics mind for him. Seeing as people where getting knocked down and some already on the ground injured he would take up the job of destroying all the heartless that crawled along the ground threatening those around him. He would do his best to support those who where fighting the bigger threat and attempt not to get in the way.
Karina cocked her head slightly as they approached the beast. Yeah it looked scary but didn't act so. The men though not exaggerating on its appearance they where exaggerating how scary it was. Karina hesitated as she took a stop towards the beast. She signaled for the other two to stay back as she reached her hand up to touch the beast. It didn't scare her, but then again neither did death. She really felt like she had no purpose in life so if she died it wouldn't bother her and no one would miss her. But she had the feeling the beast wouldn't hurt her and even if it tried Karina was prepared to summon her keyblade and try to block.
Karina simply nodded and started leading Zavion towards where the heartless was reported to be seen. She stayed quiet not impressed that she was stuck babysitting some chicks kid that she barely knew. Karina summoned her keyblde as she approached a giant heartless that had just come into view.
"So you are here at last? Good lets get to work. No time to rest. I am Karina, and I would assume you are Zavion." Karina said quickly before turning to an ally. "There are a couple powerful heartless here that need to be dealt with. You ready?"
Sapphires fists clenched as she looked away. "I am doing this for your own good." She sounded upset. Anger wasn't the only thing to flare up her darkness but sadness not as much as anger. She once again held it back glad her son wasn't looking at her, knowing he could see what was in her heart.
"No. I am sending you to another world. You will be training for a bit with a woman I met in war named Karina. She knows the meaning of discipline and will ensure you do too by the end of this. There is a couple minor threats that she needs help taking care of. I trust you will use what I have taught you well." Karina finished instructing.
Sapphire sighed not wanting to give a lecture. "Your behavior is getting out of hand. You can not get away with everything just because you are my son. You should be setting an example and be a leader. Grow up!" Sapphire was rather harsh in her last couple words. A quick look of concern flashed across Sapphires face as she felt the darkness in her heart flare up, but she quickly suppressed it, and gave Zavion a rather stern look.
"Zavion. Get in here now!" Sapphire ordered her now eighteen year old son. Sapphire was getting slightly annoyed with her sons rebellious attitudes lately. She could understand why but it didn't mean she had to like it. After all he was feared by all. His parents where rather powerful. Not really a child's dream. But either way she needed him off her back for a while, somewhere he couldn't get into too much trouble.
Dawn was not overly impressed that she had been ignored but the green haired girl. She was only trying to be nice but that seemed to backfire. The girl seemed to want nothing to do with her, she wouldn't even tell her her name. Dawn stayed back as she approached Mist feel a little more then just rejected. The green hair girl wouldn't even take a hand up when offered but would willingly approach Mist without a problem? Dawn turned away from both girls thinking she would try to find her way off this island, leave them alone if she wasn't wanted, but before she could she heard Mist speak something that concerned her. Dawn cautiously walked up to Mist trying to keep some distance between her and the girl that Dawn believed not to like her. "Your name, it is Mist. You told me that not long ago. Are you okay?" Dawn asked worried already knowing the answer. "I wouldn't do that..." Dawn tried to warn as Mist went to touch one of the blue things that appeared. She didn't know what they where, which automatically made them a threat, or at least that is what Dmitri had taught her. Seeing the creature try to attack Mist, Dawn pulled out her sword. "Well it looks like it is time to fight. We will help you later Mist, just hang in there." Dawn encouraged as she leaped at a blue creature attempting to hit it. Still even in fighting she tried to avoid the green haired girl. Last time she tried to fight alongside her, she almost got hurt. Dmitri was aware of India trying to talk to him and Dain but ignored for the most part. He hated them, both of them. He hated Dain for his comments towards his sister and India for simply being friends with Dain. Dmitri had completely missed India's requests to capture a heartless, but not the one to not kill Dain. "No promises. He might just be asking for it." Dmitri responding shooting a quick glare at Dain as to indicate that he did want to kill him and he wouldn't hold back. Yellow smoked filled the air around Dmitri as one heartless after another met their end. Dmitri was no longer paying too much attention to the fight. Since he discovered their weakness, he had not seen the need to take the fight all that seriously. Instead he was making a detailed plan of how to kill Dain in case he made another comment about Dawn, and knowing him he would. "I don't care what it will take but I will protect you Dawn. You will not meet the same end as my sister... the one you never knew. I will be the strongest one day then nothing can harm you. I swear." Dmitri spoke under his breath.
"Yeah Beuce is a character thats for sure.... all of them in fact." Sapphire cringed as two versions of making out. "Maybe we should go soon." Not only did this disturb Sapphire, she wanted to slip out before the end of the concert and peoples attention might be back to them.
"Same old Beuce." Sapphire sighed as he commented about the lyrics not making sense. She knew not much of what he said made sense so why would his songs? "So enjoying the concert?" Sapphire whispered in Zavions ear trying to ignore the guilt of possibly wrecking this fun trip out for him.
