After Xepphiras gave R the slight kiss on the cheek she was surprised at him grabbing her chin and kissing her on the lips. She didn't really kiss him back but just say there and enjoyed the moment. An awkward silence fell soon after. Xepphiras closed her eyes once more to sleep just a little bit longer. After all she needed to take whatever chance she could to rest, because who knew when she would be able to again. Xepphiras almost felt bad for resting so much while everyone else got right back to preparing for the fight after they where healed. The only way she could settle her mind about it was to keep telling herself that her body was more frail and needed mire rest, which was true, just unfair. When R left Xepphiras's arms she simply rolled over and curled up a bit more. He did wake her slightly but it wasn't hard to fall back asleep soon after. Karina's fists were clenched as Anta continued to speak. "Perhaps you need to learn a thing or two about respect!" She sais loudly before actually losing control and punching a large hole in one if the walls. "I appreciate you saving her but that does not give you the right to stand here and tell me that what I say is wrong. I will respect my children picking their own partners because MY culture didn't have that. But not at this age! You hear me? You asked my permission and I said no. That should be the end of it, no further discussion necessary!" Dawn and Eon then both approached her trying to calm her down, but she was too far gone at this point. Then Beuce walked up. As he placed his hand on her shoulder all she wanted to do was grab it and flip him on his back as she threw him to the ground, but she was too zoned out to do it before he ran away. She then punched a wall once more before storming out if the room and into the streets of Crystallis leaving the kids father to deal with the situation. Cid shut his computer lid on Gexln when he started yo throw a tantrum. "Sorry you gotta talk to a Doctor underscore wigglz about that... Actually when you do I need to have a word with squiggly line Phoenix squiggly line person about writing so much misery into sapphires life. When I knew her she was always happy." Tifa stood in the background unimpressed by the topic at hand. Meanwhile Cloud and Leon looked at eachother. They had nearly forgot about that. "Now that you mention it...""Now, now Cloud we are here to work together." Aerith calmed him. Yuffie scrunched her nose as Beuce walked in. "Who's that weirdo?" She asked pointing to Beuce. Karina took her place with the other wielders. While Base and Eon started their attacks Karina quietly sat calculating possible strategies. She didn't like working with others or coming up with the plans but in this case she would try, at least for the start of the battle. "Look. I doubt any of you care to listen to me but if we want to defeat this and complete our mission then you need to listen up. I am going to attempt one of my higher damaging moves but for that, this thing needs to be airborn. I will take care of that now. Movement could be heard in the shadows of Zylens room as he moved himself to a higher place, still attempting to remain out of sight. He was listening to what Damnation had to say still but didn't want to be too close to him, or even be seen. Zylen was a creature of the night that lived in the shadows, he didn't even want his superiors to look at him. People had seen his face before but that was besides the point. Whether or not they know what he looked like wouldn't change the fact that they wouldn't be able to see him then. Damnation's laugh sent shivers up Zylen's spine. He didn't trust whatever Damnation was thinking, and for a good reason too. Damnation wanted to use him for bait. Zylen took a deep breath as his mind started formulating different plans and the best ways for him to avoid being eaten but still carry out what Damnation asked of him. "Yes sir..." Zylen replied once again obediently. It was hard to say exactly why Zylen followed Damnation so obediently all the time. He had chosen to serve him and would never stand up for himself. But Zylen himself knew that Damnation treated him like crap. Either way he was stuck here now following Damnation's orders just trying to survive. He followed Damnation, but not directly behind him. Once some distance was gained between the two of them Zylen went about moving swiftly through the shadows. His eyes caught sight of the woman Damnation pushed out of the way, he wondered who it was but didn't have the time to investigate. He stayed near Damnation without ever leaving the shadows or going into the open. His movements where light, swift and quiet but he didn't doubt Damnation would still know where he was.

Karina followed Anta into the room and sat down to hear what he had to say. As he spoke a scowl crossed Karina's face. She stood up and stepped between Dawn and Anta as she brought her hand up and smacked him across the face, hard enough to leave a make but not hard enough to actually seriously injure him. For a moment she couldn't speak, she was infuriated at this request. "No!" She said taking a deep breath in order to calm down before continuing. "You are both far to young to be thinking about this kind of stuff. Don't just jump into it. It is a stupid idea and at this age all it will end with is pain. I might have not been around most of their lives, and I might not be around for too much longer but what I do know is that no matter who the person, you are far to young to be thinking this stuff. I don't want to hear another word from you on this subject. You hear me?" Karina's fists where clenched as she spoke. She didn't intend to Anta again but none the less her fists shook as if she where. Karina had not really been a mother to these kids for very long, but she still knew they where hers. She had carried them for nine months and cared for them more then anything. It seemed that Eon had done a good job of raising them, but she questioned Ananta and why her son was thinking this was okay at his age. "Hey is this him?" Cloud asked as he looked the man up and down not thinking that he looked all that impressive. "Hold on hold on, I'm checking." Cid replied as he opened his computer up again and studied the imagine. "Yeah it looks like it." Cid replied. Meanwhile in the background Yuffie stood looking over Cid's shoulder without him realizing it, reading the posts n the screen. "AWWW!!!! You two are so cute!!!!!!" She said to Gexln before pushing past him to try to look in the room. "Where is she. Where is this girl that you Loooovvvvveeeee~" Yuffie teased. "Oh, oh are you two going to make cute babies?" She then asked. "That is enough." Leon exclaimed. "Perhaps we should explain. I'm Tifa. We heard you could use some help so thought we would come here to offer it. We wish to help save the worlds in whatever way possible. Now that Radiant Gardens is restored we need something else to do." "Oh that reminds me." Cid butted in. "How is that girly doing. Xepphiras? Xepphiras was asleep once more but this time instead of shaking and sweating it was almost like a small smile crossed her face. She was at last having pleasant dreams. It seemed the negative emotions where not the only thing that her subconscious remembered anymore. Even as she slept she began to remember her brother a bit more. Xepphiras nuzzled her head into R's chest a little more as she wrapped her arm around him slightly. He was as safe in her arms as she was in his. Even without emotions Xepphiras knew there was something special between them. She might not have a heart to feel with but her mind still functioned and it could sometimes even recreate the idea of emotions. Those are what led to her belief there was something between them. She started to awake some time later and gave R a quick peck on the cheek before laying back down not sure why she did that or what to do or say next. Karina turned to the sound of her name. "Of course I remember you Anta. I just was worried about my kids. And don't you need to rest. Using more magic probably isn't good for you." It was then that Anta started to seem rather nervous and Karina glared at Anta with a cross look. She doubted that what he had to tell her was to do with why he was nervous but didn't have time to pry. "Fine. Lets get these two sat down and then you can tell me what you need to." Karina said in a less then friendly tone. Mother or not she was still as short tempered and quick to judge as ever. "Yeah lets go find Him!" Yuffie shouted as excited as ever. "You should be quiet, we are in a hospital." Aerith tried to calm the hiper active girl not wanting to disturb the patients. "Hello... Hellooooo.... Gexln you there?" Yuffie continued to call out. "Would you shut the hell up." Cid scolded Yuffie as the grouped walked along. As they neared the room Gexln was in he stopped and pulled out his computer. "This is the room ....Gex-lin....Geek-sln Gexl-ong... or how ever the hell it is said should be." "Great. Lets get in and the pleasantries done with." Cloud said in his normal moody tone. "Not yet. You got to give him some more time." Cid instructed not wanting to disturb the moment inside the room. "Hey gramps how are you getting all this information anyways?" There was a mob and some sort of contraption fuming in darkness on one side and the other monster that just entered on the other. "Well we did say we would protect the front of the castle. Guess that is what we will do. Hope you guys can handle this thing." Karina state. If she had to she would come back to save their sorry behinds later, but she had something to do first. Karina took the lead in running towards the machine ready to attack. They needed to keep this heartless at bay. The others had their hands full already, besides they had to protect Belle. Xepphiras was still fighting with the image of Xindai in her dream, and she was losing. He was starting to get to her, infecting her mind with his poison. It shouldn't have been effecting her like it was, after all it was just a dream, but it felt real and she felt like she had a heart again. Xepphiras felt something touch her back, and her eyes fluttered open. Someone was holding her. Xepphiras slowly reached up and touched her face with her hand expecting to be crying, but she wasn't. She nearly forgot that she had no emotions, what she had felt in the dream seemed so real to her. She rolled over so she could see the one holing her, R. His embrace was gentle yet comforting. Xepphiras looked R in the eye and spoke in a rather sleepy voice. "Thank you.... Do you mind?" She followed up as she laid her head on his chest. She knew there was other things he needed yo do, but she wanted him there protecting her. With Xepphiras's head on R's chest she closed her eyes once more and started to drift off, this time feeling safe and knowing her dreams couldn't hurt her. Karina held into Eon tight as they turned to fly out of there. She was thankful Eon listened to her. She looked around Crysalis as they arrived. She had been here before but that was many years and she couldn't remember too well. She hopped off Eons glider to look for her kids. It wasn't long before she spotted them along with Eric. She wrapped both of them in her arms before turning towards the infirmary. "Come along, let's get your guys injuries checked out." She ushered them along. They are going to need it." With that the group entered the medical building in search for the one called Gexln that was suppose to get troops from other worlds. Zylen tried to pull away as Damnation placed his hand on him. Zylen was one to stay out of sight, along with this out of reach of others, but Damnation seemed to have not only known where he was in his room but reached out for him. This made Zylen highly uncomfortable. Damnation spoke of sparing him mental torment, almost like he was offering him a second chance by letting him go after the two girls once again, but it would be during the day. The light burned his eyes. "I would rather the men-" Zylen cut himself short as he looked up and saw Damnation's expression. He knew he wasn't being given a choice between the two. He other did this task or it was the end of the line for him. "...Yes sir." Zylen said looking back down. He took a few steps back. Not only did the light bother his eyes but it made it nearly impossible to hide his wings. The other mutations could be hidden with a mask and pair of gloves but the wings where harder. Even with his sweater the bulges where they would come out where noticeable. But as Zylen thought all this over he felt the ground begin to shake. He looked to the roof hearing a pounding. It was easy for him to pinpoint where and what it was happening due to his sense of hearing. "Either it is getting more bold or there was a prey to draw him closer. If it was the second one I almost feel bad for the poor b*stard.... almost." Zylen said in an almost emotionless tone. He could be rather cold hearted, especially around Damnation

She had not really been paying attention to Base and Eon's conversation but she heard Eon describing Gaston and felt it needed to be added. After all it was one of the most important parts in her opinion. Karina put Luna's charm in her pocket then proceeded to crack her knuckles. She hoped that she could fight Gaston. Show him he was wrong. Karina needed to prove her strength and show that men where not the only strong ones.
Dmitri landed on the ground just slightly after Dain. He used his fire power as a thruster to slow himself down till he reached the ground safely. "I don't want to hear another peep from you got it?!" Dmitri said rather harshly and angered. He turned to start walking towards his house but turned back around first and took a few steps closer to Dain. Dmitri grabbed Dains collar and brought him mere centimeters from his face. "Don't breath a word of anything that you discovered to Dawn. Give me crap all you like, I don't care but leave her out of it. She doesn't need to know. She isn't supposed to know. I will beat you to a bloody pulp if you do. " Dmitri let go of Dain. "That goes for you too India." He threatened as well before turning once more and walking away from the group. He had had enough of Dain and India, and at this point didn't care to find out what Noir was like. He was going to get out of there and find his sister. Perhaps she had made it back to the house. He hoped so, especially since their last conversation he had hurt her and yelled. He began to feel bad about that. Normally he wouldn't care and pass it off as nothing but now it was more since he was reminded of the painful past.
"Don't get me wrong, I will still want to kick your butt when we get back. And I don't believe you so don't try with your stories." Karina said in a harsh tone. She was about to turn and walk away but Luna tossed her something. Karina caught it and looked closely at it. "No guarantees." She said. Of course Karina wasn't heartless enough not to return it in good shape but she didn't want Luna thinking she liked or respected her in any way whatsoever, because she didn't. There was few here that she did.
Asleep Xepphiras curled up, bringing her knees up closer to her stomach. Her long, tangled scarlet hair fell down in front of her face and Xepphiras let out a slight groan. She then rolled over and groaned once more. "No... get away..... No I am stronger then that." She mumbled as she curled up more. Inside of Xepphira's mind stood Sapphire... or what her subconscious remembered of the girl she used to be before. She was not only getting physically tortured but mentally as well. "I am stronger then that now. I have learned to control the darkness. You can't hurt me." Sapphire said with some amount of confidence in her voice. "Really? You say you are stronger and can control the darkness, but who had to save you time and time again. Who put you first when he needed the help more desperately. The man that lays in the bed beside you. I swear you will be the death of him. One day you will get yourself into a position where it is either his life or yours, and we all know which one that idiot will chose. Who knows I might even be the one to put you in that position." It was a familiar voice ringing through her head, one that brought shivers each time she heard it. Xindai was speaking to her. "No! We defeated you, you can't hurt us any more! And I won't let that happen." "We? You didn't do anything except fight a few weak minions. R did everything. You are nothing." As the voice finished talking Sapphire let out a cry of pain as she was struck with a sword. The same one her sister used to strike her down. She was hit repeatedly, letting out a scream of pain each time. "Do you want to know what I think keeps you going. I think you strive off of pain. You may not be able to feel it anymore but you still long for it. That is what keeps you going. You still remember what its like." The scene of Kaya's death flashed before Sapphires eyes. "You may not have been able to feel anything but you knew you should be hurting and that is what pushed you forward into getting yourself into more trouble. Do you have a death wish? That is it isn't it. You don't have anything to live for so you are trying not to live." "No! Stop it! You don't know anything about me. Just get out of my mind." "No I don't think I will. Your mind is fun to play with." Xepphias's mind was reminding her of what pain and fear really felt like. Though she had no emotions her subconscious remembered and formed nightmares with it. The girl lay in her bed groaning and tossing and turning now able to sleep sound. Her eyes where clenched shut and occasionally she would mumble a few words from her dream. It was clear to anyone around her that Xepphiras was not having a very good sleep.
