But not all day. Today in volleyball practice, I had to do conditioning. Which was: stretching, cones, suicides, jogging, wall sits, more jogging, a 5 minute stretching period, criss-cross jumping, stairs, leg lifts, cones again, suicides again, hitting the ball before it went out of bounds, then running as hard as we could from the net and back.
That really sucks. But hey, at least you don't have to be at school by 7:15. And stay there until 5:15.
