"Okay, fine." Roxas motioned to the noodles he'd gotten out, deciding to make the same dinner he did for Namine. After all, he didn't know how to cook anything else. "Pour the noodles in a boiling pot of water and watch them. Think you can handle that?" Kairi put a hand over her mouth, wanting to laugh at the boys' bickering. It never stopped, did it?
Jeez. How's it look out the window? xD
"It's more difficult than you think when you have someone complaining over your shoulder," Roxas said, turning slightly to look over his shoulder at Sora. His chopping had come to a stop for now as he gazed at his friend, eyebrows furrowed. He was lucky he hadn't been running around like Roxas had been a while ago; that was crazy.
Oh, well that makes sense. xD
"Because I've done this before," Roxas said, not turning around. He continued chopping the vegetables, aware that it was Sora who must have been looking at him. Now that he was talking, he didn't feel tense from the gaze. He furrowed his eyebrows as he did his work, not wanting to accidentally cut himself. Not that it was a problem, after all. He was skilled in wielding blades.
I'll check it out. xD Don't you have a laptop?
Kairi peeked around the corner beside Namine, her eyes immediately finding Sora and Roxas in aprons. Well, this certainly was a sight. Roxas stood at the counter, working on chopping some vegetables for the salad. He was already skilled with a sharp weapon, so using a knife wasn't a problem. Right now, there was only silence, so nothing would distract him either. But he could feel a gaze on him, which made him start to lose his focus.
It was the coolest one I've seen. :3
Kairi followed Namine wordlessly, tucking a few strands of her hair behind her ear. Please don't let there be a mess, she thought nervously. With those boys, anything could happen.
I saw that episode! 8D
Kairi's lips spread into a grin at the sight of the camera and at Namine's words. She giggled lightly. The fact that Namine felt the need to grab the camera was enough to tell her what to expect.
Yeah, the science part reels him in. xD Yeah, pretty much. Just them busting myths. ;D
Kairi lifted her eyes to Namine and then nodded, her teeth living her lip. "Okay," she said. She then started to push herself up from the loveseat. Hopefully Sora and Roxas were careful in Namine's kitchen; they could get aggressive if they argued long enough.
One of my guy friends loves it. xD I've never actually watched it.
"Mmm." Kairi continued to nibble on her lip as she thought over what Namine said. Knowing the boys, they would do that, or at least ask for help. A lot of help. Maybe...they could use Roxas's example and just peek around the corner or something.
The Office wins for the best of those three. :3
"True," Kairi acknowledged. She bit her lip as she looked at the doorway, wondering how the boys were doing. "You think we should check on them?" Her eyes darted back to her best friend when she spoke, hoping that the boys hadn't gotten into too much trouble already.
Whatcha been up to?
Kairi nodded, smiling in agreement. But then she thought of something. "Speaking of their 'punishment'," she started, looking toward the doorway. "How do you think dinner's gonna turn out?" She was quite curious herself. She knew that Roxas did well with the recipe she gave him a while ago, but she didn't know what would happen with both boys cooking.
Ello there. :3
