I'm trying, it's just, I've had to stay up real late for the last week and a half trying to get stuff done...add to the fact that I'm stressed, I've got almost zero free time (I reeeeaallly need to draw), and I'm going to be going to graduate school after this, it's just...hard.
School's been taking it's toll on me. I'm having a hard time trying to pass classes, and this is my final semester before I graduate.
Gotta say, I didn't think it would make it this far. Alrighty, folks, you know what to do!

Dark went downstairs, and saw Kira in the kitchen. "Yo!" he said.

Sota nodded at Kira, but avoided eye contact with Kairi, and proceeded into the house. As went up the stairs, he felt his face turning red. He was going into a girl's room for a second time, both times without permission...she may have said he could go into the house, but this... Sota's heart was beating rather fast... "Ah, well, that explains a lot," said an amused Dark, "I think we should see how this turns out, shall we?" "What are you-Agh!" Sota felt the change. It wasn't as bad as the first time, but he still wasn't used to it. As he straightened up, Dark's voice came out, "Mm...her room's pretty cute, when there's a little bit of light in it." He walked over to Kairi's nightstand and picked up the Memorable Mirror, and put it inside Sota's backpack. "Now that we have what we came for, let's have a little fun, shall we?" Dark proceeded back downstairs.
It's not as simple as that; smoking, like most drugs, substitutes chemicals that are naturally occurring and bind to receptors in the brain with chemicals that are in the drug that bind in their place, usually including pleasure and pain. They last longer and have more intense results, resulting in the 'high' feeling. Problem is, they stay bound to the receptors for too long, and at the same time have bad side effects, not including the ones that occur for being bound for too long. Aside from tolerance, the side effects include cravings for more, certain loss of motor functions, and more. And that's only the more immediate symptoms.

Sota crossed the sidewalk and arrived at Kairi and Kira's yard, "Hey, Kira! I expected you to still be in the hospital. I'm surprised your out this early," Sota watched as Kairi shifted uncomfortably, "Umm, Kairi, I left something here last night. Do you mind if I get it?"
She'll take your dog. Watch out!
Sota smiled that Kira waved, but frowned when he saw Kairi look away. He started walking towards their house.
