Thea grew weary as she watched the flames, her flames building high in the sky as what remained of a barn burned and started to crack and explode as gasses inside caught on fire. She was a safe-ish distance away, she wasn't worried about that, what she was worried about was the attention it might attract, what trouble she might get in from it. She was tempted to run but as she lifted herself from the ground, she could feel herself getting lightheaded once again. She used up too much magic, like every time she lost control. Why did it have to be like this? She just wanted to have a normal life, she didn't want her powers. Every time she thought she had gained control of them she found out she hadn't, it was all an illusion and a matter of time before she got so upset that she destroyed everything she knew and loved. Soon Vance would be gone too, if he didn't leave because her powers scared him away, he would leave because she hurt him or because he decided he didn't want to be her father, not with the amount of emotional baggage she carried with her. They would all leave, her world would be set ablaze once again, just like the barn in front of her. So Thea lay on the ground watching the blur of orange, reds and yellows, as the flames started to die down. It was only a matter of time...
The school bell chimed once more and one of the woman in the class started talking above the rest, however to Analise it was just a bunch of jumbled noise. Analise was freaking out so much that she couldn't concentrate on one noise in the room or hall it had all become one, causing Analise to cover her ears. It was too much, it was all too much. There were too many people and too much noise. All the noise began to remind her of all the times that her father would yell at her during his drunken fits. "S-stay away." Analise stammered though there was no one really near her. Looking towards the door leading out, Analise realized there was more people there than there was in the room, that was not an option, nor was staying there though. She frantically looked around the room searching for a way out when her eyes fell on a window. There seemed to be no one outside of it. She could go that way. She grabbed the key from her desk first though. Whatever was going on here, even if it was a trap, she didn't care. If the key brought her to somewhere she was alone then she would go. The girl didn't bother looking around the room again before bolting to the windows, slamming one open as quick as possible, then throwing herself out of it. Analise's hip ached as it had it the edge of the window, however out here she was alone and it was more quiet. There was a problem though. Glancing around to find the apartments, they seemed to be past where all the students were. This would cause issues. Analise was still trembling as she glanced around to see where she could go. She could brave the crowd or she could wait. It seemed waiting was her best option, perhaps soon there would be less people around and she could run to the apartment buildings. Until that time would come however, Analise decided to sit down, her back pressed to the cold brick of the school. She was still trembling but she was better there, it was at least quieter than that room. First the man continued to hate on her fun, then someone mocked her. This was so not fun to Isabella. Then before she could even say anything again the first guy walked away. What a prick, who even does that? However it was around this time the Isabella found the bomb in her pocket that she had been searching for. She pulled out a bright yellow coloured bomb and simply looked at the man mocking her. "You might be laughing now, but I will be having the last laugh when you are going crazy because of how strong the hallucinogenic I put in here is, and I am just there watching. Even though I am testing it, I am confident it works, I just don't know if I need to tone down the hallucinogenics or not." Isabella explained. It took a moment before Isabella realized how bad of an idea it would be to set the bomb off in that room. "Lets not do the tests here though. Lets go to my apartment which I have the key for right here. Wait why do I have this key and know of this apartment. Perhaps it had to do with the voice in my dream. That was freaky but it is all coming true. Am I the only one hearing these voices or is everyone?" Isabella when off on a tangent, rambling. However soon she got an idea. "I know! I just developed psychic powers to go with my telepathy powers. It all makes sense! I am just that amazing after all. They don't call me Bella the awesome for nothing!" Isabella stated before she grabbed at Alistair's hand and attempted to drag him into the hall. "Lets go, the tests must start!" She announced.
I just wanna sleep
So much stuff was happening, Analise didn't know what to do. There were so many people and some where acting rather strange. The ones that were being rather loud was who were scaring her most, especially the one who yelled out "Testosterone." The more people who woke up the more Analise trembled and her breaths became more shallow and quick. She sounded like she was going to cry if things kept going like this, which was a likely possibility. The mental hospital that she was convinced that she didn't need to be in, started to sound really good at that moment. There were a lot less people and respected she didn't like loud sounds or people. Part of her wanted to run, but the other part remembered last time she ran in a place she was not familiar with, she got in a fight and landed herself in a mental hospital. Perhaps staying here was the best idea for now until someone from the hospital found her. They weren't letting her out before, why would they let her escape now? Analise just hoped that no one would notice her. So far so good. Some people left the room while others seemed to be seeking attention, why would anyone look to the girl who was panicking in a corner? No one saw her anyways at the hospital, it was like she was invisible to them, just the way she liked it. People could not be trusted. They were all horrible, every one of them was cruel, she knew this from experience. Besides she had never seen any of these people and she was in a place she didn't recognize, all the more reason to not trust them. So it seemed that Sven was just as confused about the situation as she was, that was not a good sign. He then asked her about her powers, now that Cierra thought about it, she was rather cold. With her powers before it help her blood at a rather hot temperature. Without her powers it was the temperature of a normal human, thus making her cold. To be sure she couldn't use her powers, she tried to use her telekinesis on the chain attacked to her neck, but it didn't move. She tried once again but again it didn't work. So on top of the fact that they were in a strange place, they now didn't have their powers either. They were just like the horrible humans that they sought to destroy. Humans, the reason she grew up in prison, and the reason for her parents death, but now there was no difference between them and her. "No.... I don't master." Cierra replied to Sven at last. "Do you know what happened? Does it have something to do with the voice I heard in my dream?" Cierra asked in a quiet, weak voice. Her voice never recovered from the time she decided to be completely mute for several years. Even now she didn't like talking much, so when she did her voice wasn't loud or strong. Cierra brushed the hair from her face, her chains clanking against each other. The sound they made was louder than the voice she spoke in. "I don't like this." Tinarah couldn't figure out what was going on but she had a key and she remembered the voice in her dream saying there was apartments across the street. That required her to brave going outside, however it would get her to somewhere a little more quiet. It was probably best she left anyways. Tinarah rose from her seat and walked out of the room and found her way to the front door. Standing there she stared at the world beyond, trying not to shake as she reached for the door. "You can do this, you can go outside. It isn't far until the next building. It isn't, really. You can do it. Just try." Tinarah tried to coax herself. However it didn't work, she stayed put, looking out the doors. The world outside the doors was also different from what she was used to, that only made things worse. Perhaps she wasn't ready to leave. The young angel looked back down the hall then back at the door trying to figure out what to do. Eventually she moved to the wall and sat down, bringing her knees up to her chest once again. "I am so hopeless." She whispered quietly in a rather sad voice. Lucas was talking to her but Isabella heard next to none of it. She simply waved Lucas off for a moment. "One moment Lukey, someone just insulted my fun." Isabella said, her vision focusing on the man who did it, Julius. How dare he? Isabella couldn't focus like Lucas asked her too. when someone told her to shut up; but more than that said no one cared about her fun. Everyone cared about her fun and if they said otherwise than they were wrong. It was like bacon, if you don't like bacon, you are wrong. How could you not like fun and bacon, fun and bacon were almost as awesome as she was. "Listen here you!" Isabella said as she marched straight up to Julius not caring who else he was talking to or what he was doing. He insulted her fun and would pay. "What do you mean you don't care about fun?! Huh? You can't not like fun!" She told him before an evil grin appeared on her face. "I mean if you really don't care then I guess I should just have some fun with you, whether you like it or not. I just created some new bombs and I would love to test them. Don't worry they won't kill you, just various types of gas bombs. We will have some real fun." Isabella giggled, showing her darker side as she dug through her pockets of her lab coat for said bombs.
Lingering Will
Alexis took Tessa's hand as she pulled away and became nervous but complimented her. She know exactly what was going through the girls mind because Alexis decided to effect those around her hormones. Alexis caressed Tessa's cheek as she looked deep into the girls eyes. "You are quite the cutie yourself." Alexis said as Shane got up to go get someone else. She was happy with that, her powers got to Shane as well it seemed. She figured if she slept with them that they would stop asking about why she was upset, or really anything to do with her past or why she was like she was. Shane soon turned around and jumped at Alexis with his shirt off, Alexis fell to the ground but grabbed Tessa's hand, taking her with them. "Are you two ready for the time of your lives?" She asked as she undid her bra, the focused on pulling off Shanes pants. She turned back to Tessa slightly. "Don't worry sweetie, we will be gentle and walk you through it if you need." Alexis said with a wink.
"Or he could also have a family he could have gone home to, but who actually has a family right?" Aedion huffed as he caught up to Hunter. He sat tall on his white mare in which he rode. He wore the face of a noble, he put a good face on the group, but that would only last so long, right up until Hunter began to speak again. But until then he could look good. "Hey, Ana, how are you doing back there?" Aedion called back to her, making sure she was alright riding a horse. It didn't seem like she was too confident riding horses so he thought it best to keep an eye on her.
Happy birthday to all of you PS. you forgot @Takeru Tenkuji Happy birthday to him as well.
Analise didn't remember falling asleep, but the fact she did didn't come as a huge surprise. It was rather easy to get bored and doze off when you are stuck in a mental hospital. An alarm made her jump but not enough to rush waking up and opening her eyes just yet. It was probably just another patient trying to escape. She had heard a similar alarm sound many time when she tried to escape, each time unsuccessful. However Analise soon realized the sound was different, it rung once and for a short amount of time, not for long periods like the other one. And she didn't hear the slamming of room doors as all the patients got locked in. Due to this strange phenomenon Analise slowly opened her eyes to see the world around her. This was not her room at the hospital, nor was it her room at her fathers house. She was not sitting at the small basic white desk in her room at the hospital, instead at a slightly larger brown desk in a large room full of people. She was not alone, there were people here, lots of them, and none of which she recognized. Soon the teens hands began to shake. How did she get here? Was this her nurse trying to play a trick on her? No they wouldn't be that stupid. How did she get here? Analise remembered hearing a voice in her dreams but passed it off as nothing, the other crazies rubbing off on her. Panic filled Analise as she looked around. So many people, too many people. She averted her eyes, keeping them looking at her lap as she clasped her hands together trying to keep them from shaking, to no avail. Her breathing quickened as her heart raced. She had to get out of here. She had to find a place alone. A bell rung and Cierra jerked awake in wide eyed fear. The sound made her think she was back at the Warden's prison, however after a quick glance of the room she concluded that was not the case. This was not a confined cell but an open space with lots of people. What was going on here? She couldn't remember falling asleep so to wake up in a place like this was strange. However there was one comfort, Sven was also there. Cierra stood up from her desk and walked over to Sven, bowing in front of him before waiting for an explanation of what was going on. She didn't like to talk but she assumed that he would get what she was asking by standing there. He had probably planned the entire thing. It had to be all planned out. This place didn't look like their home, but perhaps they went far, far away from their home, to a new land. It was possible she had just slept through the trip. Or at least that was what Cierra was hoping for. Her mind was working furiously to make sense of a situation that made no sense to her. But at least Sven was there, he could answer everything, she was sure of it. He was her master, he must have known. Where was she? This was not heaven, nor was it SHELTER. Things were different here. The young angel girl Tinarah had awoken to the sound of a bell only to find herself sitting at a desk in a strange place. The girl slowly took in her surroundings, people going to greet each other, while others looked just as nervous as she did, if not more. Tinarah could feel an emptiness inside of her, like something was missing. She thought through the words in her dream to find that the thing that was missing, why she felt empty, was her powers. She didn't have any of her magic. This thought scared Tinarah, it was the only thing that made her worth anything to anyone. The young girl went to wrap her wings around her like she often did when she was frightened, only to find those two were gone. "What is going on? Where are my wings? I am scared." The girl whimpered as she brought her feet up on her chair and her knees close to her chest. Was this another form of punishment? Did she do something wrong when she was in heaven so God kicked her out and sent her to a place she nearly died, and when she didn't die there and made a new life, he moved her again? She couldn't understand why all this was happening to her. All she had to cling onto at this time were the words in her dream. Now that she thought of them more she remembered something about apartments and a key. She reached into her desk and pulled out a key, simply looking at it and the numbers written on it. Tinarah couldn't help but wonder if she would have to share an apartment with someone or if she would have one to herself. Both idea's scared her to be honest, like many things. Tinarah scanned the room for any sign of a familiar face. Trevor, or Xera, or Sebastian, anyone from SHELTER really, however she had no luck. Not a single familiar face was among the many other people sitting in desks in the room. She was alone yet around so many others. She was uncertain of what was going on here. Everything was so new and uncertain to Tinarah, she didn't know what to do with herself, so she just studied the key in her hand more, at least it was something to occupy her mind for now. Isabella jolted awake and the first thing she did instead of being concerned about her new surroundings was look for coffee. "Awwww why don't they have coffee here?" Isabella complained as she ran around the room looking in every cupboard for a coffee maker. "Where even is here anyways?" She pondered after a while of looking. "Oh what does it matter. Look at all these amazing new subjects! This will be so much fun. Group experiments, I have never got to do those before!" Isabella said excitedly as she looked around the room pondering what sort of experiments she might do. Then her eyes fell on Lucas. "Lukey! Did you do this for me cause I asked for test subjects? You are so sweet. I am going to have so much fun! You are going to help me right?" Isabella let out a bit of an evil laugh after. The young woman found herself standing at the front of the room after her frantic search for coffee, so she thought it was time to introduce herself to what she thought were her subjects before she started planning her experiments in full. "Hello everyone! I am Bella the Awesome, Professor of Fun!" As she spoke she attempted to make an illusion of confetti exploding everywhere to find it didn't work. "Huh, that is strange." She mumbled to herself. "I guess I will have to look into that later." She then went back to addressing the rest of the students. "We are going to have a lot of fun for the next while. Trust me, it is always fun when I am around. That is why I am called the professor of fun after all." Isabella stated, not letting on about the experiments just yet. She didn't want to scare them off after all, not this soon.
"Come." Flame said in a soft, almost sad voice as she went to lead Veera away. It was almost as if she was going to show Veera a loved one who died or her old home destroyed. Hopefully it was enough to keep the humans back. Once behind a building, out of the sight of the humans, Flame let out a huge sigh of relief. "That was close. I could feel my hair slipping out of place." Flame told Veera before starting to walk back further. "We should meet Drake back further away from them. After all you are supposed to be looking at something sad, and if they catch a glimpse of what I am, well we will have a lot of issues." Flame told Veera as she snuck around, between and through buildings to get away from the group, occasionally stopping to pick up a few weapons, most not in working order yet. She figured parts for the engineers were never a bad thing to have. "Certainly sir. We thank you for the great service you do for this city. We will report as soon as we get the supplies that we were sent here to receive." The older man said, saluting to Drake. However another member, a young woman suspiciously watched as Flame walked away with Veera, here eyes glued to Flame right until she was out of sight. The woman hung to the back of the group like she had plan to do something other than follow them. "I guess it runs in the family." Rhysand said with a chuckle. "Faeries are also known for there abilities in hospitality and care, that includes cooking. It is like how we Fae are quite adept for fighting." The king informed Akari. He was quiet enjoying his conversation with Akari, but now it was time for him to get a little more serious. He finished his plate of food before speaking to Akari again. "I am going to go down to the training ground. Take your time and join when you want. Remember it is on the ground so I would suggest bring some sort of weapon. Of course there will be others there to fight if an attack does happen to happen, but it doesn't hurt to be safe." The king informed Akari before walking out of the cafeteria and heading down the stairs that were hidden within a tree trunk. "You mean speak to animals?" Adelina asked before going on to explain her power. "I can't speak to all animals, just small woodland creatures like the birds, bunnies, squirrels and such. I can understand foxes but anything bigger I am unable to communicate with. Somehow when I talk they can understand me and when they tweet or make whatever noise that animal makes, in my head I can hear what they are trying to say. Mom used to say that us faeries could talk to all sorts of creatures, not just small ones. She said we also had many other abilities that are long forgotten now, just fragments remain, different glimpses of our former powers in each person. Mine just happens to be talking to small creatures." Adelina smiled a bit as she thought back to her mother. She had lived in this city for a while when Adelina was born. She died when Adelina was young but her mother was still known around the city as one of the kindest ladies and greatest cooks, even Adelina couldn't keep up with her mothers cooking ability. However one thing that Adelina couldn't take after her mom for, was her ability to always be happy and positive no matter what. Even when her father died, her mother had been smiling. Even when her best friend had been killed by a titan, she was still positive and took care of others instead of worrying about herself. This was something Adelina couldn't understand and couldn't seem to accomplish herself.
As Thea ran she could hear the yelling in the room get stronger and it sounded bad really bad. "Don't look back, don't see whats happening, don't think about it." Thea tried to tell herself which only made her more anxious. She continued to run until she found her way through the front doors, outside. She needed to get out of the building. She had to get away from everyone because she could feel her powers brewing. She was angry and scared for Vance and she was confused and nothing was going right and she couldn't focus. And as she felt her powers rising to the surface it only made her more scared, and thus less control over the powers. She had to get distance between her and other people. She did end up doing this just in time for fire to blast in every direction. Thea let out a distressed scream as she was just frustrated and needed to get everything out. She had found her way into a field which an old abandoned barn sat in the middle of. Against her better judgement she decided to try to control her magic a bit, throwing spell after spell at the side of the barn, catching it on fire rather quickly. Balls of fire continuously flew at the barn. "Why won't he help father? Why doesn't she like us? Why do they have to yell? Why are people always fighting? It is unfair! Why can't I just have a normal life?" Thea threw fire ball after fire ball with each question till she said the last one in which she collapsed to the ground in exhaustion, though her skin still burned with magic that sat at it's surface dying to escape. She sat on the ground and used all that energy to create a giant fire ball in which she threw at the barn, causing it to explode. "Why can't everything be fine. Why isn't easy to let Vance be my new daddy? Why don't people like him that much? I don't understand." Thea cried, sitting on the ground. She was now feeling lightheaded from all the magic she just used. She didn't think she could make it back to the guild hall if she wanted to, but she didn't want to. Silvia smiled as Leo took her hand. She war ready to head back to the guild hall now. Being out was still a little uncomfortable for her cause she didn't know what they were supposed to do so she hoped that they could just sit around and be like they always were and not be so awkward. It was more than likely that she would still be awkward but maybe in her comfort zone of the guild hall it would be better. Maybe.
Annabelle's screaming died down when Yana put out the flames, however she was still sniffling as tears steamed down her face. Whatever remained of the bandages that had caught on fire now fell off Annabelle and littered the ground, scorched. Where the bandages where held an array of cuts and burns still healing from other "training accidents." They were all now however covered with fresh blistering skin from the burns, blood dripped down the girls arm from cuts that the burn had reopened or blisters that instantly popped. Annabelle shuttered with the pain but at least it wasn't on fire anymore. Despite the pain, Annabelle was forced to leash in her crying, keeping it silent and to a minimum. She knew that Yana didn't like it when she cried, it made her weak apparently. Annabelle did her best not to look at her scarred and maimed arms. Yana then decided that they needed to get medicine for her because she was sick. She wanted to protest that she was always sick and it wouldn't make a difference but at this point she was too scared to say that to Yana. Besides Yana wanted something from a very dark cave, she, like many little kids was afraid of the dark and she was sure Yana knew that. Yana wasn't going to do this to help her, but as another form of punishment. At the very least no one would see her in her nakedness, she supposed that was a good thing. Before she followed Yana like the woman indirectly ordered her too, Annabelle had to do something just to make herself feel a little better, even for a moment. Annabelle began to use her magic once again, creating a golem, this time one far bigger than either her or Yana. However the process to do this was not instant, it took about eight seconds for the rocks to float into place to create the shape and for it to come to life. She was not able to do this in an instant as protection, it was too big of a task for her, but if she had the time she could make a big one that would fight. As for stopping other things she could just control the sand to make a wall, but that was not good enough for Yana, it had to be a golem. With the golem behind her Annabelle turned to Yana, only with one question she wanted to ask. She hoped proving that she could make this golem would help convince Yana to do as she asked. "Um... Your greatness?" Annabelle started to ask nervously. "C-can I have my bunny now?" She asked, wanting the one thing that brought her comfort before heading into a dark cave. She was ready to follow Yana now, but she just wanted her bunny, it would help she hoped. She also hoped that it would distract her a bit from the pain. The bunny was the only thing she had left from home, she just wanted it back, she wanted to hold it, it helped. However Yana controlled when she could have it or not, so she might have been out of luck, especially considering that she figured this dark cave thing was a source of punishment in a way. The chase was on, Seth lead the law enforcement down near the docks, keeping his horse a couple strides ahead the entire time by throwing things in the way behind him, knocking stuff over and such. He kept this up until he road right into an open warehouse stacked with creates for a shipment. He soon dismounted the horse, giving it a slap on the butt to send it running away and slid into the labyrinth of creates. When he was out of sight of anyone he switched forms. walking through the boxes looking like he was examining them before they were shipped out. He could hear the guards walking around inside, even passing him before they got through the warehouse without sign of the man they saw steal the horse. "Where the hell did he go? He couldn't have just vanished." One of the guards said, frustrated. "I have a sneaking suspicion that there might be a doppler in this town. I have heard of many incidents where something happened and the person matching the description was reported seen far enough away it would have been impossible for him to get there in that time." The second guard informed the other two guards he was with. "Then what do we do?" The third asked. "I don't know. Hope that a Witcher or really anyone more qualified to deal with dopplers arrives in this town soon I guess." The second one said again before they all left. Seth kept his head down, making himself look busy while trying not to smile as the guards talked. So they suspected what he was? Well good for them, about time someone noticed the relation in all the problems that were happening. He was not scared of them knowing what he was, he was still confident that he could outsmart them, and any witcher or other person that they threw his way as well, it would just make things more fun in his dull life. With the guards long gone Seth wandered out of the warehouse and down the streets once again. Tatiana ran through the city streets, not really caring about the weird looks people were giving her. Most people were never in that much of a rush to get anywhere, and especially not looking as tired and ragged as Tatiana did at that moment. Tatiana only had one thought in mind however, the safety of her own home. The only place that she ever felt safe, though over the years of barely having enough money to keep her and her brother going, it began to get a little rundown. It was still livable, everything worked, but the outside didn't look like much and it seemed everyday something new was thrown at it or someone wrote something else on it's walls. That was something Tatiana couldn't always do anything about. She could scrub the food off the side, but the writing would require a new paint job, and there was no way she could afford paint. But at least the lock still worked on her house, she could keep people out of it, and that was all that mattered to her. As Tatiana approached her modest home she could smell rotten eggs. As she got closer she could see someone threw them at her door as well as writing things like, Wh*re and Sl*t, In big lettering on her door. Tatiana only sighed and stepped over the egg into the house to retrieve a bucket of water. Soon after she was back outside with a scrub brush and a bucket of water scrubbing the egg from her door, and taking dirt from other areas of her property to cover the egg on her dirt path leading to the door. As much as she hated having to do all this, she knew she would have to or the smell would get in the house too. Besides when her brother eventually came to visit she didn't want to seem like she completely let everything go, in the time he was gone training. Aaron had been walking for quite sometime and was considering stopping for a lunch break when he heard the sound of rabid dogs. With a concerned look on his face he cautiously walked towards the sound, keeping his eyes pealed for them as well as what they might be attacking. He caught sound of one of the dogs yelping before going silent. Whatever they were attacking had just killed one it seemed. With a few more quiet, cautious steps Aaron was able to catch sight of what they were attacking, a young woman. He slowly drew his steel sword from his back. This would be his first fight on his own, not under the watchful eye of those at the academy. Aaron came in from behind stabbing the second dog in the back before it noticed he was there, but there was another one coming from in the cave. "Run, I will cover your back. I would rather not kill all the dogs that might be in there for being hungry, but I can't let them hurt you. So get out of here and we will leave them be." He told the girl, holding his Katana out in front of him, ready to hold back any more dogs. One came running at him but instead of stabbing it as it leaped towards him, he used the blunt side of the weapon to push it back. "Get out. Now!" He ordered the girl not wanting the kill the thing unless it was necessary to save her.
Aedion grabbed Ana's calf and helped hold it up. "Now pull up with your arms. Use me holding your leg to help you up, don't be afraid to put your weight on my hands, I got you, and then swing your other leg over the saddle. You will be fine." Aedion instructed. With Ana now up on her horse, he walked back to his, mounting it without problem, despite it being a fair amount taller than Ana's. "Just give the horse a light kick in the side to get it to walk. Grip with your thighs to help keep your balance. You will be fine if you do those things. Your horse will just follow us so you won't need to guild it that much." He informed Ana before starting to walk forward, keeping an eye on her to make sure she was alright.
"You are going to be okay..." A young mother whispered to her daughter who was being held in the hospital. With the invasion came a disease, this disease was contracted by her three year old daughter, Evangelina. "I want to see dad...." Evangelina said as she slowly opened her eyes after taking a nap. It seemed that all she did now and days was sleep and occasionally eat, but she had not been too hungry lately. The girls skin was slowly becoming purple, every day it darkened, however her other systems weren't getting too much worse. Her heart was still functioning fine but her breathing seemed to be getting more difficult, soon enough she would need aid with breathing. "Dad is at home. He is taking care of Sandy. You don't want Sandy to get lonely do you?" Sandy, the family dog. This was not the reason for Evangelina's father, her husband to stay at home. It had become dangerous, terrifying to go outside, so bother of them made a decision to stay where they were for the time being. If Evangelina got worse or if the situation with the alien things got worse then he would come. He wasn't going to let any of them die without the family being together. "It hurts mommy, my tummy hurts." The young girl complained as tears welled in her eyes. Her mother wasted no time pressing the button to call in the doctor. "Yes Mrs. Willson?" One of the nurses said with a warm smile as she entered the room. "She complained that her stomach is hurting again. Can we get some medicine for that or something?" Evangelina's mom asked as she brushed the hair from Evangelina's incredibly warm face, she seemed to always be burning up now. "Of course." The nurse said going to a table on the other side of the room, finding a syringe and vile that she needed before filling the syringe and sent the medicine through the girls I.V. tube. She then walked over and changed the channel on the tv from the news to some cheery kids show. "She doesn't need to be watching that, not while going through this." The nurse said softly to Mrs. Willson. "I know. I was just hoping for news about a cure, not about a lock down." Mrs. Willson told the nurse understandably distressed. She cursed everyday that they were in the hospital, the day that she decided to move their family from the States a year ago to try another culture. "They will find a cure, I promise. Until then be strong for her." The nurse indicated to Evangelina who was on the verge of sleeping once again. The girl couldn't do much anymore besides sit in bed. She couldn't even focus really. She was just slept and cried when the pain was too much to sleep. No child should ever have to endure that.
"Why are you being so mean to father all the time?! Someone wants to hurt him and you just brush him off like it is nothing after you found out and now yell at him for wanting to talk to you! You are just a big meany pants you know that?!" Thea yelled at Conrad, stomping her foot on the ground. She was clearly upset and not accepting any of Conrads crap. Then there was Damian, the reason that Thea remained standing so close to Vance. The man scared her before and she was still a bit frightened of him. It was rather hard for her to look as mad as she wanted while backing off from Damian slightly. Then Tessa spoke up, mad about them being noble. She was grouping them all together and that was unfair. "No! Stop it! Stop it!!! We don't choose to be noble either or how we are brought up! Why must we all fight?! I don't like it! Stop being so mean, all of you?!" The girl started to sniffle as she was about to cry. However she also began to back off from everyone. She was getting really upset and that wasn't good for her powers. "Just get along... please!" Thea begged before running off away from them, not actually telling them why. She had to get out of there before things got worse and she hurt or killed all of them. Silvia couldn't help but giggle as Leo hid behind his hat. "Thank you my good sir." Silvia said as she took the flower trying to make Leo get more embarrassed. It was cute and kind of nice she wasn't the only one getting constantly embarrassed. "So um... perhaps we should head back to the guild hall before we miss something." Silvia suggested. Thomas picked himself up off the ground. "Lets go!" He said once again as he stumbled forward towards the guild hall. (Quality Thomas post)
Username: Aelin Fireheart Name: Tinarah Age: 14 Appearance: ~~ Species: Angel Special Powers: Sedation, dream walking, memory manipulation, and healing Personality: Tinarah is quiet and scared. She fears more things than a normal person should. She doesn't judge people once she gets past her fear of them. As soon as they prove they can be trusted, she doesn't care what species they are. Tinarah is really peaceful and doesn't like fighting at all. Original Roleplay: Okay so the original rp she is from was Cross The Line, however both the thread and the ooc were deleted from khv. So I will link a character sheet for her from a different rp Sanar. However if it is okay the backstory and things I would be referring to would be out of Cross the Line. Link to Original Form: Here you go Bio: Spoiler Tinarah couldn't remember how she got to earth and she didn't know her purpose for being there. She was an angel, living a perfect life in heaven... that was until she woke up one day to find herself on a place she had only heard stories of. Many angels had been sent to earth before but all with a purpose, either to protect someone or guild people, or with messages. Tinarah however had no idea why she had been sent to earth. She was given little in terms of information when she arrived. For some reason she knew an age that the humans would classify her as. She had a journal with her, and she had a general knowledge of what was safe to eat there. Besides that she knew nothing. Tinarah spent months wandering the earth however she had troubles hiding her wings, thus getting her chased out of many towns by scared people. Tinarah then spent the next while hiding in the woods, scavenging for whatever food she could get her hands on and using her powers to heal woodland creatures. That was until one day when a creature began to track her. She was chased into a corner by a giant wolf creature who began to attack her. She blacked out from the attack, later waking up in a strange bed. She was saved by someone, and brought to a place called SHELTER. SHELTER was a place for magical creatures to hide out and stay safe from a world who would often judge and hurt them. However the attack wrecked Tinarah's wings, taking away her ability to fly, it also gave her memory loss. She had no knowledge of what happened before she woke up, only her journal to use to remind her what happened. Tinarah stayed in the protection of SHELTER. After being attacked she was scared of going outside, as well as scared of most people. She didn't like the dark or being alone, but at the same time too many people made her uncomfortable. Tinarah began making herself useful the only way she could without leaving SHELTER, she began to heal anyone who was injured while trying to raise money for them or defend them. Tinarah never did know who saved her, no one would tell her, so she assumed it was the leader Xera or her right hand man Trevor, who happened to be a demon. Tinarah now hides within SHELTER, keeping to herself, not really working on getting over her fear of like everyone. In this society there is only two cities. One of which you are currently in. That one is full of magical creatures but the walled city is all humans and they would kill pretty much any magical creature out of fear. Roles in society are like thee official job, guard, hunter, cook, scout. Hero and general protector wouldn't really be one .
"But Johanna's hot! We can't...." Thomas lost his train of thought as he slouched forward slightly putting more weight on Zephyr now to hold himself up. "Oh yeah. We can't let that beautiful b*tch hurt someone as lovely as Johanna. Lets go!" Thomas let go of Zephyr and went to runn off, made it two steps before, "I'm dizzy." Thomas fell forward and hit the ground before puking. "Gross." He mumbled. Why was he still drunk even? Hadn't it been long enough? Well apparently not. "Last time we met her she sent lost of powerful monster and there was a lot of us... What if next time she does that it is just the tow of us." Thea questioned. She didn't believe it was all going to be okay because so many times she lost everything she had known. Nothing was ever okay in her life. She wanted to believe it would be now, but after that warning she was scared. Her fathers touch and gentle words did help a little bit though. She enjoyed the feeling of someone stoking her hair, it was calming. When they went to leave she held her fathers hand very tight. She wasn't going to leave his side anytime soon, that was for sure. Not after getting lost and someone telling her that the witch from before wanted his blood.
While everyone else swung down to go greet the humans, Flame took a different route. If she swung in like the rest there wasn't even a slight chance of her hair staying in place well enough to possibly avoid them notice her heritage. It was a dangerous thing if they did see. Her father tried to make her not fear or hate humans, but still those inside the walls she did not like. Flame stuck her hooks right into the wall and repelled down, staying far away from the humans. Reaching the ground she used broken buildings as cover as she snuck around enough to get within earshot of the humans and the others that could be there talking, unlike her. She would just avoid it and keep to the shadows and quiet until either they left or the Humans did. It was all she could do. As Flame listened she heard a Human call Veera's name. This wasn't good. No one should recognize them. Flame adjusted her hair, hoping it would be enough to cover what she was before approaching the group. "Analise. I found something you should come look at." Flame said in a slightly concerned voice as she placed a hand on Veera's shoulder. "By the way how are those scars healing? That attack last year was pretty brutal but I hoped that they would have healed by now." Flame attempted to make a false identity for Veera as well as get her away from the Humans. Hopefully it worked. "Y-you didn't hear? A giant Titan, bigger than any we have seen destroyed part of the wall, letting other titans in. We don't know what happened to the colossal titan but they destroyed this entire wall city. The survivors had to move farther inside the walls but there isn't enough supplies. We were sent out to scavenge more supplies. It is horrible. You better get back in the wall and report soon." An elderly man explained in a shaky voice. He looked around at the carnage in fear and sadness. "Please tell me you found some good new out there." He asked. The king nodded at Akari before turning and walking towards the delicious smelling food. He wore a smile as many people nodded or bowed to him as he passed. He had to keep a good face on but truth be told he hated all the attention sometimes. This city was his baby, he would run it and take care of it. But he enjoyed the breaks from formality like Akari just gave him. She wasn't talking to him like he was her king but like he was just another man. Getting his food the king sat back down at the table wondering if Akari was going to join him once again. As soon as he was done eating he would head to the training area and wait for the rest of the group. "I'm fine. Don't worry about me." Adelina told Zack, keeping her eyes averted so he didn't see anymore sadness than he already caught a glimpse of. "And I want to hang out tonight. I really do. We will right? I need something to help me get my mind off Issac. I am sorry I made you worry. I am just really overwhelmed." Adelina explained to Zack though her voice still remained sweet and smooth. She had a talent for keeping her voice under control. As she sat and ate her food, a small bird flew into the dining hall through an open window and sat on the table next to her. "Hi little guy." Adelina said with a small laugh in her voice. She proceeded to break off small pieces of her bun and place it on the table for the bird. "Yeah I know you were hungry. Your welcome. Eat up and I will come visit you and your friends soon, okay? Yes I am fine. Now leave before I get in trouble for letting animals in here." Adelina had an entire conversation with the small bird, it tweeting back it's answers and with Adelina's power she could understand it like it understood her. Sometime it felt like the small forest animals were her only friend. Though she hadn't been able to get out and visit them too much lately.
Tatiana woke up, groggy, at first slightly confused where she was and what was going on. She looked around the room and discovered that she was in her room in the brothel in which she worked, however there was no sign of her client. Looking around she could feel a pain from a cut or something in her neck, and on her shoulders. This got Tatiana sitting up in bed trying her best to remember what had happened hours before. Tatiana had taken a client, not a regular, just a random person who walked in during the day. He had paid a lot for her services she remembered, meaning she was pretty much expected to do whatever he pleased as long as it wasn't physical abuse pretty much. As much as she dreaded clients who paid for that kind of stuff, she needed the money so she wouldn't complain. It started out as any other client would. She remembered talking, letting him vent, stuff like that for a bit. As he talked his hand wandered all sorts of places on her body, making her uncomfortable but this was expected from many men so she could deal with it. Then he moved in on her, and she let him. Following that was pleasure, the kind she hadn't gotten from a client in many years. She could remember that please well. However it was shortly after that her memory got a little fuzzy but things also got worse. Tatiana could recall now him starting to get too rough. The entire experience had been rough but now it was going over the top. Playful nips and her neck, ears, shoulders, and various other parts turned into harder bites. His gentle touch he kept on her arms turned into an iron grip, with his nails digging into her skin. She was about to say something about it. Tell him to stop, call for help when he casually grabbed both wrists with one hand above her head and sat on her so she could move. His hand cupped around her mouth to keep her from screaming. He spoke to her but she couldn't remember what he had said. Then he reached under one of the pillows grabbing something, a knife of some sorts and held it to her as a threat. He gagged her and tied her wrists up as he continued on, sometime pleasure, others pain, but the gag in her mouth stopped her from screaming. After that she couldn't remember anything. When it ended or how she ended up asleep, her best guess was drugged, but of course the man took all the evidence with him. Tatiana figured he would have had to place the items he needed under the pillow when she left the room to change into his selected outfit, something she would have to remember next time. Tatiana at last got up and dressed, doing her best to cover the marks left by the mans fun he had with her, and slipped out of the room. "What were you doing in there so long? Did you fall asleep on a client? Is he still in there?" One of her friends and coworkers whispered when she saw Tatiana leave the room. "No he left. I guess I must have fallen asleep... I haven't been getting enough lately." Tatiana said as she kept her eyes to the ground. "Tiana look at me. Now!" Her friend demanded, lifting the young womans chin to look her in the eye, catching how horrible she looked and some of the marks left on her neck. "What did he do to you? Why didn't you call for someone?" When Tatiana didn't respond her friend looked shocked and sorry. "He didn't let you did he? You tried and he shut you up? Oh poor thing." The woman gave her a hug. "You have to tell someone." She urged "No it is okay." Tatiana responded at last. "Really it is fine. He didn't hurt me that much." She insisted. Truth be told if she let it slip that something like that happened to her, there would be an investigation and if the investigation lost any customers, guess who's debt would grow even more. "I am just going to go home. I might not be back for a couple days. After all what guy would choose me with all these marks." Tatiana told her friend before rushing out the front door. Luckily they were not tied to work in the sense they had set shifts and hours. They just came when they needed money, worked only when they wanted. However this tended to be often due to the debt that hung over almost every girls head. They wouldn't escape for many years. Those free of the debt never stayed. The only ones there were the ones that had no other choice. If you tried to escape your debt then you were captured and forced to live in the brothel and offered for the clients with more nasty tastes, like violence. Tatiana would never take that risk. Aaron stepped out of the city of Kaer Morhem, clenching his fist as he looked into the sky. "I have done it sis. I am a Witcher now." He said with great pride. Aaron ensured that his Katana's were secured to his back properly before holding a sack of coin in his hand, money his sister had sent him for his travels. "This will be the last payment sis, I promise. I will get home, make sure you are safe, and then I will find work. Soon I will find the money to pay off your debt. You will be free, I promise." The young man said out loud, reminding himself of his promise once again. He had to get home. He knew his sister was working harder than she should have to in a scummy brothel just to provide him with funds to live. He used that as motivation to grow stronger, strong enough that he would be able to protect her and defeat any wrong in this world. He would also become a famous Witcher with lots of money. This was his plans. The young man didn't take much time to reflect on the town he had spent so long in training to become a Witcher, he was too excited to get back to his port town of Novigrad. It was going to be a long journey home, and he didn't know what he would come across, but if he was able to find jobs on the way home so he could return some of the borrowed money to his sister to help pay off debts then he would. She took care of her for so long, it was time for him to take care of her. Brushing his shaggy white hair from his face, Aaron set his eyes west, towards home and began to walk.
