Safe, she thought it would be safe. What did that mean? "Is someone after you? Does someone want to hurt you? Please tell me. I won't kick you out, it is for all our safety. I need to know if I am supposed to protect you guts, if I should be on my watch." Terra explained before pointing to her full plate of food. "You may sit over there, and eat that food." She told the girl before turning to the rest of the children. "Everyone this is Sarah, she will be joining us here for a while. Please make her feel welcome." That was when she heard another knock at the door. Terra supposed she needed to answer it too.

Opening the door she saw a young man standing there.
"Hi there. Is there something that I can do for you?" Terra asked in a kind voice, though she was getting somewhat impatient with all the unexpected guests. She just wanted a quiet night in and now she had a new child to care for in which she didn't have the heart to turn away, and now there was this other person. She didn't understand why they were all here all the sudden but she supposed she would take them in, it is what her husband would have wanted.

Looking around Tatiana took in the place her brother had been at for the past eight years. It was an amazing library, likes of which she never seen before. Tatiana took a seat when Veera helped her down. She didn't blame the woman for being tired of carrying her, despite her all too thin frame. No one liked having someone else put all their body weight on them, it was never easy. Then Veera said something about not touching things because she would already be in trouble. "If you get in trouble blame it on my, please. I have caused enough trouble and have nothing to offer for it. Don't let yourself get in trouble for me." Tatiana begged. This was all her fault. If they were going to get in trouble then it was her fault for it. She let herself get hurt and she begged Veera to keep her alive, even if she could talk. If she had just died then there would be no trouble, but now she was in debt to not one but two people and didn't know how she was going to pay for it.

Seth found himself a spot in an ally behind what seemed like a local tavern. The place seemed closed so it was quiet, quiet enough for him to sit and think. The only problem was attempting to sit and think only made him slightly depressed. Not that he would let anyone see that. Seth didn't dare drop his demeanor around others. He would rather everyone hate him than pity him. Pity just seemed like a lame thing. But even so he couldn't keep the act up right now, not when he saw that there was other options to his life. He had thought that was the only thing he had left, but it turned out that he was wrong, well according to Bryce anyways. "Damn it Bryce. Why did you have to do this to me?" Seth said with a bit of a chuckle.

"I am Silvia." Silvia said quietly not realizing she had yet to introduce herself to either of them, even after healing one. Now that she thought about it, it probably seemed really weird for Tessa, however that was Silvia's natural instinct, to heal those who where hurt, no matter what the instinct. Silvia then realized she didn't answer Tessa's question either. "I specialize in healing magic yes, along with herbal medicines. I used a mixture of both on your wound. Herbs to make sure it didn't get infected, then I used magic to close the wound." Silvia explained. "And we would love to join you for dinner. If that is okay. I can clean up after. I don't mind." Silvia offered. She was talking for both her and Leo at this point, figuring that he wouldn't mind.

Thea stood there going to answer when Vance approached, and this caused a problem with with Ander. Vance seemed to get protective over her asking what Ander wanted. But Ander responded feeling threatened. Again this made Thea very nervous. She didn't like conflict and it always made her magic more wild when she got scared due to the fact people were yelling. They weren't yelling yet but she could see things were getting tense. Thea rubbed her tired eyes before yelling herself. "Stop it! Stop it both of you! I don't like it! Stop fighting." Thea said instinctively covering her head and ducking low before the two men could start punching each other.

Silvia was startled when other people started talking to her. "Oh, hi..." She said shyly. "No I don't need help. I was just going to make food for Leo and I but then realized I hadn't bought any ingredients for it." Silvia explained as she looked at the ground, brushing long strands of raven hair behind her ear and out of her face. Then she noticed the blood. "Here let me help with that." She offered reaching in her bag and grabbing out a clear liquid. "This might sting a bit but it will clean the wound." She said as she grabbed a cloth, poured the liquid on and dabbed it on the wound. After that she started to use healing magic. "Just one more moment." She said holding Tessa's hand. Soon the wound was completely closed with no sign of the cut at all. Following that she grabbed another cloth and put another liquid on in and cleaned the remaining blood smear from the girls hand. "There good as new." She said with a slight smile. "If you don't mind Leo and I having some. I won't worry about shopping. But is there anything I can help with?" She asked Conrad.

"I-I am sorry I didn't mean to intrude. I don't know what is going on. I am scared. I don't know what happened or what I am doing here? Is this what death is like. It seems wrong." The young girl panicked. "I don't understand, why did they kill me anyways. I didn't do anything! I did whatever they asked. I don't understand." Snow Silvia White was clearly very distressed. Dying wasn't an easy thing to come to terms with after all.

Thea stopped walking when she heard her name. She looked up to see who it was. She only partly recognized him. "Yes sir, that is me." Thea said not knowing how else to respond. She was still visibly tired and ended up leaning against the wall as she talked to the man. It was rude to ignore someone and keep walking but that was all she wanted to do, because she was tired and wanted to get to her bed and sleep. Vance was a few feet behind her, still at the bar while she had passed it and was almost at the hall way to the girls dorm. She hoped to get there before he noticed and insisted on going with her. She would rather he have his conversation and she could go herself.

Flame was running as fast as she could and soon she came barreling through the training grounds, shifting at too high speeds to stop herself from stumbling into her father. "Dad! Dad they got them. They got Drake and Veera. I couldn't save them. We need to go back and get them please!" Flame began to talked rather fast and overly panicked. "Please we can't wait." She begged as she stared at her father, the king of Kaynta. She had honestly forgotten about the wound and the main in her eye right until her father touched it.

The kings hand lingered over his daughters wounded face before moving to wipe a tear from her eye. "Calm down Amber. Please tell me what exactly happened. We will save them I promise, but rushing right back in right away is only a way to die. Where is the rest of the scouts anyways." He wasn't going to bother asking why she wasn't with her hunting regiment, it was rare that she stayed where she was put. Right now the priority was with the scout regiment that disappeared. All but one other, Gale who seemed to be trailing behind Flame.

"I went with the scouts and we were attacked by Titans, at least ten. We lost four there, but Drake, Veera, Gale, and I continued on our mission to the walled city. The outer wall was broken and the town behind it destroyed. Something called a colossal titan attacked apparently. We found a group of people sent out to collect stuff from the rubble and they recognized Veera. I went to get her out, careful to over the fact I was Fae, but the recognized me... One said I looked like someone from years before.... Dad what happened to mom. Did titans truly kill her?" Flame got to asking the question she really wanted to ask.

"I don't know. They were split up by a group of humans, your mothers regiment and her. No one found her again, we just assumed she ran into a titan. " The king explained.
"They took her... they took her tortured her and killed her to give people more a reason to fear us. They wanted to remind the people we exist and need to be killed." Flame said, a tone of anger in her voice.
"Amber, get that wound cleaned and go rest. I am going to get Gales point of view of what happened, and then we will put together a stealth team to rescue them. But you are not going. They know what you are and what you look like now. It is too dangerous. I will not lose you too." The king demanded.
Flame stepped back she didn't like that answer. "I got them into this. I need to save them. Veera... Drake... I will not leave them."
"You will only put them in more danger! Amber go!" The king ordered. Flame was unreasonable at the best of times, so now she wouldn't be thinking clearly.

Flame finally listened, tears in her eyes. She was so angry and so scared. She didn't know what to do anymore. Soon she activated her maneuver gear and was flying up into the trees and back up to the city, to find her way home. Perhaps their maid would be in cleaning. Flame almost considered her a friends, something she didn't have many of. She just needed someone there to keep her from going insane.

Meanwhile the king let out a sigh, looking down at the blood left on his hand from the wound on Flames face. "Gale, front and center. The rest of you I advise you to listen, see if this is a mission you will be confident taking. No one has to go though. This will probably be dangerous and only those who want to go have to. But first I want to hear Gales account of what happened, then we will decide who will go and what the plan is." The king instructed before stepping back to allow Gale to speak.

Adelina soon found herself back in her kitchen beginning her work. Although Karen was trying to be kind and all it still didn't help her from feeling sorry for herself. Issac was dead and she felt sorry for herself because of that and refined herself to just being a cook worker. As she continued to work, a squirrel had found it's way to her windowsill. Well it was some form of distraction. As Adelina worked at breaking down the meat, searing most of it off for a stew that night she spoke with the squirrel, occasionally tossing it a nut or something she had laying around the kitchen. With the strange silence of the kitchen, she was happy to have a companion, even if it was just a squirrel.

    Inside the walled city
"You think you are so funny. Asking for a key like I am just going to let you out? I don't think so. Neither of you are going anywhere until you tell us where that Fae is hiding out, or she comes and rescues you. But don't worry, if she takes too long you will both be dead so you won't have to watch what we have planned for her." The man said as he turned from Veera towards Drake. "Get her a drink of water, we don't want her dying on us just yet!" He ordered before turning to Drake, plunging the knife he was holding into the mans thigh. "Perhaps you will be willing to tell us just where the girl went. I promise if you do, you will live." He said as he twisted the knife ever so slightly.

Aaron was just about to take off on another run when another guy approached saying he didn't have to do them. That being said he had already mentally prepared himself for this second run so was going to follow through with it. "I hope he doesn't mind waiting a few extra minutes for me." Aaron told Derrick as he turned back to the course and took off running. If he could do it just slightly faster than his last run then it would be good. He would go back and see Veceslav and then if he still had too much energy, come back here, if not he would write that damn paper of his.

When he had finished running the course he past Derrick on his way out.
"It is all yours. Have fun with those twenty runs. Two has me working up a bit of a sweat." Arron said as he gave the man a pat on the back. After that he turned and walked back towards the library, completely forgetting about his shirt that he had just found again. Although he was covered in sweat, Aaron felt it wasn't appropriate to have a shower before meeting Veceslav.

It didn't take long before Aaron approached Olivia and Veceslav. He brushed some of the hair from his sweaty brow.
"Sir, I was told that you wanted to see me." He said giving the man a slight respectful bow. "I apologize for my current attire. I was running the gauntlet when I was told that you wanted to see me, and didn't see it appropriate to make you wait so I could have a shower." Aaron explained. He was a little nervous to be honest. He was always scared pf Veceslav and being called by him never seemed like a good thing.

With both her and Leo more than a little embarrassed, Silvia began to move away towards where the kitchen thing was. She would try to distract herself with the cooking. What exactly she was going to cook she was not sure yet, perhaps just chicken and rice or something. That sounded good. Now the question was, were there any ingredients? Probably not. "I need to go shopping for ingredients. I forgot about that part." Silvia whispered, embarrassed.

Kruez's cold face did not help as he responded to her. He didn't show any emotion, not worry, not relief, not anger, nothing. People who were able to do that scared Tatiana the most. She could never understand them, never read them. She couldn't figure out what they were thinking or if what they said was the truth or not, and that could be a very dangerous thing in her industry.

Soon after Kruez left, Veera entered the room. It seemed like they had figured out what they needed to and now it was time to go. Tatiana feared the consequences of leaving Novigrad before her debt was paid, but she was in no shape to argue with the witcher at this time. She would hope Veera had a way to deal with the consequences when they needed dealt with eventually. Tatiana sat up with Veera's help as Veera brought over clothing. Tatiana slipped into a floor length dress and held the shall tight around her slightly too thin arms. With every movement Tatiana expected a sharp pain, but nothing came. Tatiana quickly brushed out her own hair after asking Veera to get her brush, then it was time to walk.

"Do you think Aaron is still there?" Tatiana asked, feeling like he might already be traveling and she would have just missed him. She had one arm slung over Veera's shoulder as she walked slowly, still regaining strength after everything. The lack of sleep didn't help with that either, but she had functioned fine on no sleep before. The whole experience had her drained to the point even walking felt like a chore, but she could ask Veera to carry her, she wouldn't let Veera carry her, she wasn't that helpless.

Exiting the room she was in, Aarons, she turned back to look at the two bedrooms near each other, both on which were soaked in her blood, one worse than the other. She didn't know if she could ever stomach cleaning it. Perhaps it was time to leave this home behind for good. Tatiana forced herself to look away from the rooms and look forward to the portal that would take them out of there. However before they entered she broke away from Veera's support, taking a moment to catch her balance before walking towards Evander. She placed a hand on his cheek then stretched up to kiss his forehead
. "Thank you once again. If there is anything I can do for you, let me know, even if it is just to keep you company, for a while, I don't mind." She told him before removing her hand and looking towards Veera. With a nod, she walked back to Veera, using the witcher as support again as they went through the portal.

Seth had no choice but to listen as Bryce talked. He spoke of getting a job, but did the man even know her? He never worked an honest day in his life. Working really wasn't his style. He preferred to get his money off of poor drunken idiots. The thought of working never actually crossed his mind to be honest. He never cared enough about it to bother trying. The idea of helping Tessa at her tavern came up, the only appealing thing about that was Tessa, but still it was better then nothing he supposed. Then there was the thought of his current life catching up to him. Honest job or not that was bound to happen eventually, so why not have as much fun as he could before it happened.

Bryce left, leaving him with an encouragement to think about things. Seth remained suspiciously quiet as he looked down at his drink. From outside Seth heard children playing before they got scolded by someone that seemed like their mother. Here there was whole families of dopplers, something he almost didn't think possible. He didn't ever remember having a family, he had always been on his own. He spent most of his life stealing to survive and eventually the trouble it caused him, became fun, a game, a young boys only way to deal with the life he was thrown into. Now as a grown man he didn't know if he wanted to change. Was it worth it? What was the worth to change just because Bryce asked him to? He owned the man nothing so why should he? With a sigh Seth threw a bag of coin on the counter.
"That should cover Bryce's tab." He said dryly to one of the servers before walking out. He just needed to get away from everyone for a moment. He needed to go for a walk and find a secluded ally or something that felt familiar to him in order to sort through his thoughts.

Yana made it look so easy to summon the portal, but still she couldn't do it. Why could she not do such a simply thing that it seemed like all mages could do? It was unfair, now she wasn't going to get her break that she needed. But to Annabelle's surprise she was told that she was indeed allowed to have a 24 hour break to do whatever she wanted, and that would be sleep. She wasn't going to sleep for the full 24 hours, but she would rest for quite a while. Annabelle followed Yana right back to the camp, she soon made her way towards the shelter that they stayed in. She curled up under a ragged blanket, holding her bunny close and soon fell asleep. She stopped caring about having clothing right away, instead rest had become the most important thing for her. Rest that she could now get.

"Gotcha boss." Seth said in a half sarcastic manner as he took Zack off of Bryce and brought him into the room that the innkeeper gave him the key for. "You really need to get a hold of your alcohol better." Seth sighed as he placed Zack down on a bed. "No one wants to carry you around like that, especially not me." He told the unconscious man as he pat his shoulder. "I would hate to be you in the morning." He then chuckled as he walked out of the room and back to where Bryce was waiting for him. "So what is this so called future you talk of. As far as I am concerned, that does not exist for me. There is not much waiting ahead for me." Seth stated as he waved down a server to get him a drink. Despite all the depressing things that he said he still talked in a rather uncaring tone, like everything was fine and it didn't bother him at all.

Terra had not had much to eat when a knock at the door was heard. "None of you are dismissed from the table yet, I will be right back." She told the children as she headed towards the front door. Opening it she saw a young girl who looked quite hungry and desperate. "Oh my dear child, come in, come in. You must be cold." The woman said ushering the child inside. Even with how broken she felt and what she did, she still couldn't turn away a child. It was better for them to live in warm comfort and die at her hands then to die cold and starving on the streets. "We were just eating dinner, lets get you washed up a but and you can have my serving, I should lose weight anyways." She said ushered the girl in and to one of the bathrooms, wetting a cloth to wipe the girls dirty face off with. She left the water running so the girl could wash her own hands. "My name is Terra Mace, I own this orphanage. What is your name? And how did you find us. I mean you are welcome to stay here, I can't turn away a young girl on the streets after all." Terra introduced herself as she began to wipe the girls face, then handed her a dry towel. "Follow me to dinner if you want."

There was no one around, so that meant one thing about Yana's sister. She wasn't actually alive anymore. This however came as no surprise to Annabelle, seeing Yana's destructive nature. It didn't surprise her that Yana's sister was dead, it was probably by her hand too. So Annabelle stayed back, it didn't seem like she was required to follow. Instead she gripped her bunny and thought about her own loss of her parents. Annabelle didn't know what it was like to have siblings, but she had a family at one point. However thanks to Yana they were gone, and her entire home had gone down in black flames. She had nothing left of them, not even a grave to visit.

Annabelle jumped when she was yelled at. She slowly walked closer to Yana to listen to the woman's instruction. What Yana promised was something that sounded really nice, something that she really needed, however what she was asking was nearly impossible. She had never been able to open portals like Yana and other mages did, no matter how hard she tried. Still this didn't stop Annabelle from attempting it. Is she succeeded this time then she could rest and have medicine. But if she failed, Annabelle dreaded the training she would have to do. So Annabelle held out her hand in front of her and focused as she tried to make a portal to somewhere, anywhere, she didn't care it just had to appear. She imagined the portal and where it would bring her in her mind then focused her magic, but when she opened her eyes, nothing. So she tried two more times, both not even coming up with a spark of magic.
"I can't do it your greatness. I Can't!" She said clearly upset that an impossible task was what she had to do to retrieve what she needed.
"Too late to change anything now. I doubt I could make matters any worse now if I tried to." Seth said waving off the comment about stopping his destructive behavior. "Besides it isn't like there is anything else in this world that provides any entertainment." He continued. And this was true for a person like him, the only thing that proved of any entertainment for him anymore was the rush of being in danger due to his actions, but even that was beginning to get a little boring because the stupid city guards couldn't catch him or stop him at all. The witcher, well that was a fun one, however it turned out to cause problems for a lot more people.

Bryce welcomed him to what he referred to it as "his home." Seth froze for a moment. It sounded strange to him. He couldn't remember the last time he had somewhere he would call home. He usually just jumped around from place to place, causing trouble, stealing another skin, and then move on to another place and making a circle. heading back to the first place when all was settled. Calling anywhere home, that hadn't happened in a very long time. Seth kept his head down and his thoughts to himself as he followed Bryce. He had never seen so many dopplers in one place. He would admit he didn't know this many existed. In a way Seth felt slightly less alone, but then again as he walked past them practically invisible to many of them as they went about their busy lives, he still felt alone.

The sound of a knife on a chopping board was all that was heard for a long time. The children were keeping each other busy while Terra stood in the kitchen preparing dinner for fifteen people. As she chopped Terra picked up the knife and looked at the blade, thinking of the duel daggers she had hidden in her room from her past life. How had she gone from a dangerous rogue mage to a matron for fourteen children in the middle of one of the biggest cities. She used to be known and feared by everyone, now no one knew who she was. But that is what she wanted when she met Eric. And that was the dream she would keep following no matter how hard it was to see the dream anymore. The anger that prickled under her skin, she wanted to take the knife and stab it into her old bosses throat, but she knew she couldn't. Instead she put her head down and finished chopping the vegetables.

When dinner was ready she called the kids, and sat down and ate with them. She did what was expected of her and asked about their days and what they did. She asked what they wanted to learn next for school and how she could improve their living. She did everything that she used to do with Eric. Everything that was expected of her. But her mind was somewhere else, thinking of how close she was to recreating the strand of illness that killed Eric. She thought she might have got it today, now she just had to wait a few more months till her oldest child, a seventeen year old girl, turned eighteen, the cut off year for being taken care of in the orphanage. After the send off party, when the kids were in bed and the drug that she will have slipped into the girls drink takes effect, she would take her down to the lab and test this one. If it was it, then she could start working on the cure. Then no one again could take away what she loved. She could love the kids again, and maybe even love another man.

In the past six months things had been difficult for Lucas. He remained outside of any guilds, and only partied with people when he had to. He continued to distance himself from the other players as he began having to work a lot harder to keep up with them. He was a fighter on the front lines despite his solo player status. Given the rate things were going Lucas questioned whether or not he would see the end of the game. It seemed his illness was beginning to take more of a toll, and surprisingly enough he doubted it was because his stepmother got her way. There was only so long a body could fight against an incurable disease after all.

Day after day Lucas headed into the ant camps and fighting with all his strength, trying to make his way deeper in, and trying to become stronger. He had reached level thirty finally though it took a lot more work than he thought it should. Now he was stuck just fighting the ants, selling whatever he picked up from them and making his way deeper. Maybe eventually he would see signs of this rumored boss. Maybe they could beat it and move on before he became too weak to fight on the front lines. He was going to get out of the world before he died. He had promised himself that two months earlier as he watched other players get slaughtered, realizing once again how awful it would be to die in this world without getting to see your family one last time or say your goodbyes. However even at that he would rather be killed in there then by his step mother taking away his treatment.

The thirteen year old girl still fought on occasion whenever people chose to party with her, but she had also set up a shop where she made potions to help people through their tasks. The young girl was still frightened of the front lines, scared that she would weigh people down more than she would help. She had gotten the incantation for the healing spell down to a chant, making it easy to cast, as well as the other two. She still however didn't always have the best aim with her bow. This is why she chose to create potions and other helpful items instead, while on the side leveling up her cooking skill so she could at least make this place feel a little more homey. She sold her cooking to make money to pay others for the ingredients for the potions when they were in too high level of an area for her to go alone and get and couldn't find anyone to party with her, given a lot of players were out on the front lines. Though still in the safety of her shot Samantha couldn't find a home inside the game, not like her brother did. She didn't belong here and missed her parents terribly. Over all Samantha was still struggling quite a bit with the reality of the situation.

With the confirmation that his room was still his room, Aaron made his way there, he had a paper to right after all if he wanted a chance to go home. It didn't take long for Aaron to navigate his way through the halls towards his room. Perhaps he left a shirt in their too, it would be slightly less awkward for him if he did. Walking around shirtless he was fine with and all but others tended to give him weird looks, and that is what bothered him at times. Entering his room, he quickly discovered a shirt forgotten in his closet. After it was on he sat down to work on his paper.

It didn't take long for Aaron to get restless. He had never been a fan of doing homework. He found it rather hard to listen. Within ten more minutes he was back in the hall going towards the Gauntlet. After a run or too of that he would want to just sit down and writing the paper would be a break. And on top of that it would give him good practice for tomorrow. On top of it, it would burn off some of the anger at himself for getting into this mess and possibly leaving his sister for even longer. Her letters always said she was fine, but Aaron didn't fully believe that. He was worried that everything was not as fine as she claimed. After all she worked at a brothel, he doubted much good could come from that. Even still she wouldn't say anything to make him worry, and that was why he worried most.

It didn't take him long to get to the course and take his shirt off once again as he began. He didn't want it if he was running the Gauntlet, it would be too warm.
"Do it a little faster than last time." He told himself as he began, pushing himself harder than before. "Do it a little better than last time." He said as he got past the first obstacle. "Make yourself a little stronger." He said as he continued running. He continued to talk to himself like this through the entire course. When he reached the end he took a drink of water and looked back at it. That was bad enough the first time but he was still angry at himself and not ready to sit and do a paper again. "Do it again." He said between deep breaths, heading to the start, beginning to run the course again.

"It is okay sweetie. I am here now. Look I brought us some treats." Terra said as she placed her hand on one of the younger girls heads as she walked into her orphanage. She glanced over at one of the older boys, around sixteen. "Did everyone behave themselves when I was gone. Thank you for taking care of them for me. You know ever since Eric died money has been harder to come by and I can't afford to keep us going as well anymore. Here, have a few extra." Terra said as she place an extra five candies in the older boys hand as she kissed his head. Making her way into a big playroom, Terra picked up a two year old girl who was recently brought to her, found starving on the streets. "Are you getting used to being here now?" With a nod she put the child back down. "I am going to go make you guys dinner okay? Please try not to disturb me, but if you really need me, you know where I am." The woman said.

As she walked away from where all the children were, the warm smile dropped from Terra's face. She looked around at the decor of her orphanage, thought of all the kids she had just greeted. This was all Eric's dream, not hers. She loved the man and would support him in it, but now that he was gone... Nothing was the same. She hated all of it. Eric was the reason she left the life she lived before. He was the reason she no longer fought without purpose except money. He was the reason it had been so long since she had used her true powers. He meant the world to her. He made her realize it was worth saving instead of destroying, but now he was gone.

The day Eric died something broke in Terra, some lock she didn't realize that she created. The person she had become had cracked allowing parts of her old self to shine through, including the need for revenge. Someone had killed Eric by introducing a new sickness not even she could heal. No doctor could identify it. The symptoms were all over the place. There was no cure. No way to save Eric's life. That is why she had to recreate the illness, she would find a cure, then maybe she could allow herself go get close to someone again. Maybe she could find someone that would mean as much to her as Eric did. But not before she found a way to save them from one of her old bosses, if she didn't find him and destroy him first. Though the Orphanage kept her pretty tied down to Oxenfurt. It was all she had left of Eric, and no matter how much it hurt her to be here she wouldn't let it die and she wouldn't leave. Though the kids here had now begun to grow up to be experiments for her own project to recreate the illness, and her only source of income through human trafficking.

    Username: Aelin Fireheart
    Character Name: Terra Mace
    Age: 154
    Gender: Female
    Race: Mage
    Appearance: This girl right here
Bio: In her younger days Terra was wild, she would side with anyone and fight for anything as long as she was paid. She was highly destructive and most likely got herself on many peoples hit lists. She found a rush in putting herself in danger all the time. Now however she turned from the life, grew her hair out, tattooed her body, and did her best to blend in with the rest of the people around her until she disappeared, many forgetting she even existed. At that point she was able to settle down, even get married. Her and her husband started an orphanage. Almost like an atonement for all the children she had left without parents due to what she was before. When her husband was killed by one of her old bosses out of spite for her leaving him, Terra became frantic to figure out the illness that had caused it. The man had created a new strand of sickness that had been somehow given to her husband, and with no cure there was no saving him. Terra wanted to recreate this illness so she could create the cure, feeling like this wouldn't be the only time it was used if she ever got close to someone again. Terra became lost within herself, her kind hearted nature that she grew, slowly dissolving into nothing. She became obsessed over finding and testing this virus that she began to use her own kids from the orphanage as test subjects. Every wrong creation also leading to death due to her not making a cure with it until she found the right one. Though she kept a good face for the kids upstairs, seeming nice and nothing had changed, but that wasn't true. She grew more and more distant from the kids. Not taking care of them as well as she used to and spending more time "away." Claiming that she was making money so they could live, when in reality she was slipping into an underground lab to test things. Of course this didn't provide a living for her or her kids either. So any that happened to survive a strand of illness she made she sold into human trafficking. She couldn't let them out to the world anyways to reveal what she had been doing.

"Any of the S-classes could help." Trevor started. "Caliborn is patient and good with people. Cassandra is really knowledgeable. Leo is young and other could relate to him better. Mikasa is strict but sometimes people need that. Gexln is a bit out there but he is just as strong as everyone else. Edric, he may be drunk half the time, but he is also one of the most powerful we have and if you can nail him down, he might really be able to help. And then there is Quinn who is a good leader. Any of them would be able to help her if you nail them down and convince them. Convincing them would be the problem." Trevor explained looking over at the tired girl. If she didn't learn control fast she might kill herself at that rate. He however was not one to help. If another personality slipped out, that could mean trouble.

When Trevor was done his explanation, he heard another voice, Leo.
"You are an S-class like me Leo, you do not need to ask permission of me for things. I have no higher rank then you anyways." Trevor explained as he eyed the girl beside Leo. "That a new girlfriend?" He asked curiously. Leo wasn't very good with woman when it came to picking them up, so this was a surprise.

Thea got bored of sitting at the counter but she wanted Vance to continue talking. She wanted him to find her help. She didn't want to be scared anymore. So without a word she slipped down from the bar stool. She stumbled a bit on her first steps using the bar stools to help keep her balance, but then she felt stable enough to walk again so she started heading towards her room, placing one hand on the wall where she could just in case. She didn't need Vance to come tuck her in. She as twelve, plenty old enough to put herself to bed.

Silvia walked up awkwardly beside Leo as he asked the older man for permission. He didn't seem to care either way which was good. Then he asked a question. Silvia couldn't help but blush as she looked down. She was too nervous to answer herself and decided to leave that to Leo. She instead did her best to occupy her mind with idea's about what she might make for them for lunch.

Tatiana was on the verge of unconsciousness when Evander started his healing. She heard his words but didn't quite comprehend them. She couldn't quite decipher what he was saying, the words went through one ear and out the other, a moan was her only response. Her head rolled to the side as she felt a tingle go through her body. Tatiana couldn't comprehend what was going on until after it was all over. Throughout the process Tatiana went completely numb in physical feeling and in mind. It wasn't entirely from the magic either but the flu combined with other side effects from the witcher potion, it blurred her mind too much.

When it was all over Tatiana slowly opened her eyes, feeling better then before, and in less pain. She still couldn't think clearly but she could think better than before, things became slightly less confusing. Her vision wasn't completely fixed but at least her mind could comprehend what was happening and adjust for the effects the potion had on her sight. She looked at the man who had just helped her as he spoke.
"I remember you too..." Tatiana replied. "I couldn't forget, you were always so sad looking. You weren't there for the same fun as others. You were... I don't know. Running perhaps?" Tatiana said softly as she brought the blanket in closer to curl up in it's warmth. "Thank you... most wouldn't think I am worth saving, but you and Veera... I can't pay. I am sorry." Tatiana said as she closed her eyes. This time she was afraid if she did that, that she would not wake back up.

Evander left the room, Veera never entered, that just left one man that she did not know. He had come to her door way right before she was healed.
"I suppose you haven't seen that much of a woman before, have you?" Tatiana asked with a weak chuckle. She was tired. She was very tired but there were people over and she couldn't just sleep. Besides if she did she feared they would be filled with nightmares. "Tatiana, is my name. Thank you for coming." She told him as she closed her eyes once more. She could feel sleep tugging at the back of her mind. How much longer could she stay awake? She would try.

"It is not like I planned for the witcher to be there, it was just a little added fun. I usually just antagonize those poor local guards that are completely useless." Seth said as he yawned. "The witcher that may chase me has a few wicked scars across her face. She looks to be in about her twenties and doesn't look that scary if you ask me. Though I don't know how scary she actually is cause I preoccupied her with threats and then gave her something to do to distract her from me, so she may never find me." Seth explained, still not saying what that thing was.

Seth let out a sigh as Bryce mentioned the people he was putting in danger, including Tessa, who he could only assume was who he now liked to refer to as Michael.
"I will tell you what. If she finds me while I am here, I will willingly give myself over to her. I mean I won't risk their lives. At least they have someone to care for them, like Tessa and Zack have you. What does it matter if one lone doppler disappears from the world? It is getting boring anyways." Seth said as he shoved his hands in his pocket and continued following behind Bryce like nothing he said was a problem at all.

Tatiana lifted her eyes to look at the scruffy, older man that was talking to her. He must have been the person she heard enter the house. He introduced himself then asked to look at her wounds. That would require her to remove the blankets however. This wasn't a problem because she was embarrassed, but because she was rather cold despite being covered in sweat. "I'm Tiana." She managed to introduce herself softly, but didn't feel like the effort of introducing her full name. She loosed her grip on her blanket, allowing it to slip off of her with his second tug, revealing her bloodied and cut up body that was underneath of it. She looked up at the man, a glaze covering her eyes from the fever. The man seemed familiar, but she couldn't tell right away, not with colours now gone, everything black and white, and the fever fogging her mind. It was hard to figure things out.

Tatiana's eyes started to droop closed once again, when another voice brought her back, another man stood in her doorway, she didn't recognize this one at all.
"Are you here to help me too?" Tatiana asked as she rubbed her face, groaning at the pain in her arms still from some of the wounds. "I can't... pay..." She managed to groan before laying her bed back and resting her eyes for a moment, doing her best to not actually fall asleep yet, but it was becoming hard to keep them open anymore.

Seth couldn't help but let out a chuckle at Zacks drunken words followed by him drooling on Bryce. Yeah this was definitely worth following them instead of staying with that angel of a girl. Drunken Zack seemed to be funny but mores so pissed off Bryce at drunken Zack. Though no entertainment came without a price. He had to so called, watch Bryces back. "Yeah yeah I got it." Seth said with a wave of his hand. It didn't seem like he cared too much, but he did keep a hand on his dagger just in case as he followed behind Bryce.

Seth paid no mind to the knock or guards as they got let in, the only thing he really did pay mind to was when he had to hold Zack.
"Fine. I can do that. Just as long as he doesn't puke on me. I still got a beauty out there to impress." Seth stated as he took Zack. When Bryce lowered himself in, Seth hoisted Zack down and then followed down when Bryce was ready for him to do so. "What now boss?" Seth asked in a rather sarcastic tone.

Aaron rubbed the back of his neck while he was being yelled at. Well he was in more trouble than he thought he would be in, more so however this would delay him on getting money and getting home. Well that was not a good thing. Running the gauntlet would take him a good portion of the day. Then there was that paper. He doubted he could get it complete to Veceslav's standard in one day after running to course. So that was at least two days, then the test. Hopefully he could get that on his first try. If he could get out of their in two days before it snowed that would be ideal. He had to get home at some point. And more than that he couldn't ask his sister to pay for another winter here for him. "Yes sir..." Aaron responded before he turned to Olivia. "I should lead you out. Unless this mage wants to do that. I don't understand why he is here, but you could ask." Aaron suggested before turning around and lowering his voice, despite knowing that Veceslav could still hear. "Don't try to take the blame Olivia. It won't help and you don't want to get yourself in more trouble. I can handle it. Just get out of here. It was a mistake bringing you here, you aren't allowed to be here." Aaron told her before starting to walk off. "I don't suppose you save my room for me did you? I mean I have only been gone a single day."

Before the child had a chance to order, Trevor was already working on getting her a drink. He was heating up some milk with some warm spiced flavouring. "She looks tired and pale. I would guess that she used up too much magic. I have seen it a lot in the younger wizards that pass through here, they will fight and they don't know where their magic ends. It is an important skill, you could know yourself out or even kill yourself if you use up too much or all of your magic store. Please try to be a little more careful." Trevor said, not really looking up at the two as he set the warm milk and the water on the bar for the two people. He couldn't figure out what their relationship one was though. He had overheard the new young girl was a misguided orphan, but the way this man talked to her and treated her, he cared for her in a deeper way then just a comrade.

Trevor turned around from the two trying not to ponder his thoughts for too long, but seeing how the man cared for the girl, he figured the man might be trying to help guild this girl, but being a new person in this guild himself, he might need his own guidance. Trevor was drying off cups when he turned to talk to Vance over his shoulder.
"I wouldn't let her get out of bed for a while if I were you. She is young so might want to be doing things but more she does slower her magic will regenerate and knowing this guild you don't know when we will be called out again. If it is not regained she might get herself into serious trouble on a mission. I've seen it happen before. Also I know figuring out magic and control is hard but I have two tips. Stick to one person helping, too many will only confuse her or you. Second is find the root of the problem holding you back. Deep in your own emotional issues or even suppressed memories that might not hurt anymore. Face them. If you can face whatever is holding you back, you can move forward. Don't think it is all dealing with the here and now." The S-class advised Vance. With that he turned back to his work.

Thea let Vance lift her onto the stool at the bar and sat quietly as Vance asked her what she wanted. She didn't know and was too tired to think. She was grateful when the man just made her a drink and went on to talk to Vance. Thea just enjoyed sitting there sipping on her hot milk. It was all making her more tired and relaxed, but by the sounds of things she was overhearing, it wasn't a bad thing if she was tired and rested. Thea did her best not to listen in too much to their conversation because she wasn't addressed. She heard some but didn't pay as much mind to it, instead just finishing her milk and resting her head on the bar. Perhaps she would find her way to bed herself soon.

Was someone actually interested in what she thought? That was awesome. "I'll tell you how she is interesting. I am a scientist of abnormalities, and though usually it has to do with other things, this abnormality is cool too. I have never seen anyone freak out so much over someone talking to them and getting close. I want to see how her brain works. Why she does that. I think it would be so cool! I mean when do you get to see that everyday? A fear of others to that extent? She even got a little violent. I wonder what parts of her brain aren't functioning if any. Besides all this research will be FOR SCIENCE!" Isabella shot up her finger, excited about what she was talking about. That however is when Zephyr left to help take Analise into her room.

"Leaving me. How rude of them. I didn't do anything to hurt THEM. I helped them by shutting the girl up, they should be thanking me."
Isabella mumbled as she sat at the kitchen table finishing her first cup of coffee and moving onto her second one. "It wasn't like I was going to hurt her with my experiments." Isabella mumbled more before getting an idea. She grabbed the few things that she had used to knock out Analise and then ran to her room with them, not forgetting her coffee of course. If they wouldn't allow her to do experiments on just Analise then they would all be her test subjects. Fist though she would have to make up a knock out bomb. She didn't know what she had here to work with, but Isabella was confident that she could make anything work if she really wanted to, and her IQ helped prove that. Isabella wrapped a cloth around her nose and mouth before getting to work.

Things grew quiet once more, Tinarah supposed that was good, whatever issue there was had probably ended. Though it did worry her that no one arrived and claimed the second room. Perhaps she just had this apartment to herself, but it seemed odd. On top of that Tinarah had made enough food for two and there was no one else here to eat it. She didn't know what to do for the rest as it grew cold. Tinarah sighed as a fear grew though her that perhaps the screaming was someone dying. Tinarah didn't know at all and she was too scared to go check it out.

Finishing cleaning up the dishes Tinarah retreated to her bedroom, locking her door as she sat on the bed. The extra plate of food still on the dining room table, waiting for someone to come eat it, but at this point she felt like it was a lost cause. The young girl glanced out the window, watching birds fly up into the sky. Reaching behind her she felt where her wings should have been. How long had it been since she had flown? Her wings had gotten injured when she was attacked by the beast that one night, since then she hadn't been able to feel that freedom. How long had it been since she was able to get into the safety of the sky where nothing would be able to hurt her anymore, where she could feel safe? It had been too long. Pulling her knees up to her chest Tinarah soon pulled a blanket over her, it was the closest thing to the safety of her wings wrapped around her that she could get.
