Sota tilted his head slightly, in concern, "Is something wrong?" He looked away, "Are...are you, umm...bored, with my company?"
Sota smiled, then shrugged, "It's okay, maybe this weekend. What are you up to?"
"Uh...yeah!" said Sota. He had spaced for a sec. He ran to catch up with Kairi, "So, umm...do you want to hang out after school again?" He felt Dark starting to wake up, "This reeks of deja vu, kid," he yawned.
Sota turned red. He smiled, avoided eye contact for a sec, then looked into Kairi's eyes, "No problem," he said, a little sheepishly.
"I'm sorry, really," Sota said, "my alarm didn't go off until 7. Are you ready to go?"
Sota glanced up at the alarm as it was going off, "...aw, crap. I overslept!" He quickly jumped out of bed, throwing With at the foot of the bed in the process, resulting in a 'kyumph!'. He quickly ate some cereal, and put a small bowel of strawberries for With. He got prepared for school as fast as he could. About 15 minutes later he was out the door...then, he was back in his room, taking With out of his bag, and placing him on the table. "Stay here today, With," said Sota, "I don't need another misadventure, like the one you pulled yesterday." With pouted as Sota left. Sota quickly walked across the street to Kairi's home. He made sure everything looked decent, then knocked on the door.
Sota dreamed about all that happened with himself, Kairi, and Dark. With fell asleep on top of Sota. Some time later, Sota's alarm went off: 7:00 am.
Sota went to his room, locked the door behind him, and fell face first into bed. "What a night," he muttered, smiling. He reached over, turned on his alarm, then quickly fell asleep.
Sota smiled, and walked backwards a little bit, not taking his eyes off Kairi. It wasn't until he got as far as the street that he had to turn around. When he did, he walked back to his apartment. "Sweet dreams," he muttered as he turned around.
"Okay," Sota said, "Good night." He said, as Kairi was going inside.
"Yeah," Sota replied. He didn't want to leave Kairi, though, "Do you want to walk to school tomorrow?" With was getting excited and started jumping up and down on Sota's head, making it look like Sota was nodding slightly. Sota looked up at With, a little annoyed.
Sota nodded, released one hand, and led the way to Kairi's house. It took awhile to walk, but eventually, they got there. Sota led Kairi up to the steps of her front door.
Sota smiled. He moved one of his hands up towards Kairi's head, and sighed slightly, "We need to take you home now, though." He slowly released Kairi from the hug, but moved his arms to where he held onto her hands. With looked back at Kairi and Sota. He bounced his way to Sota, jumped, and flapped his ears. He flew until he landed back on Sota's head.
Sota held Kairi close as he kissed her. As he moved his head back from the kiss, he looked into Kairi's eyes, smiled, and gently touched her face. "I'm glad we came here, tonight," he whispered. With was still swatting at the lake.
Sota chuckled slightly, "I think it'd be better if I showed you," he leaned his head towards her lips, and kissed her again.
Sota made a quick nod to the side while watching Kairi, smiling, and walked towards her, "Maybe," He gently held her in his arms, and kissed her forehead, "Can you guess what it is, or do you need a hint?" He smiled as he looked into her eyes. With tried playing with the water; he was confused why another With was looking at him from the other side. "Kyuu!" he said, trying to tap the other With.
With bounced ahead of them, until they reached the lake. The moonlight reflected off of the surface. Sota stopped at a nearby tree, and released Kairi's hand. He leaned against the tree, facing the lake. He looked at Kairi and smiled.
Don't look at me; I know nothin' about coding, nor do I intend to start now: Too confusing.
He turned his head back, smiling, "I think he wanted to kiss you, too." With jumped off Sota's head, and started to run ahead of the two.
