Sota stared at his notebook, trying to make sure the notes he took made sense.
Oh, yeah, I counted at least three different shows/movies in that trailer, including the Justice League cartoon, the new Star Trek movie, Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight, etc.
...you guys do know this trailer is fake, right?
Sota stopped outside the building and quickly checked his bag. He sighed in relief when he discovered With wasn't in it. He went to his homeroom, and sat in his seat.
Sota tried to catch up to Kairi.
Sota turned red as Kairi said that. He weakly smiled, and without turning his head, he looked at her, "Whether or not I care about you is no question at all, Kairi," he whispered. His smile got a little stronger.
Are we going to have any new info on BBS, or have we heard all we're going to hear?
Sota sighed (mainly in relief), and started nodding, "Okay...okay...we take it slow...," He started walking again towards school, "Never knew dating would be this confusing or nerve-racking," he said, shaking his head while saying that, "...I'm sorry about my constantly questioning...us, like this." He looked towards the ground.
"Are you," Sota hesitated, "...okay with us...dating, or would you rather we not at all?"
Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix ...I was tired from school, drawing, and working outside. I didn't care what was on.
The person I want to see introduced is The Jackal. He started out as one of ESU's college professors, who turned supervillian. This guy get's a sample of Spider-Man's DNA, and clones him.
Sota looked her in the eyes, and smiled, "Okay. I can do that."
Sota noticed that Kairi was looking away, "Would you rather we take it slower? I mean, seriously, if I'm forcing you to go too fast..." Sota shifted a little. He held both of Kairi's hands, "If I'm being too forceful, making us go faster than necessary, let me know, and I'll slow down...you're the most important person to me, Kairi." Sota looked into her eyes.
The school was starting to come into a more clear view. "One more thing, before we get to school," said, Sota. He stopped walking, "We're basically dating now, right? So...do you want to wait a little while, if people ask if we're dating, to just say we're hanging out, or are you comfortable with saying we are if they ask?" Sota looked at the sky, turning red and avoiding eye contact, "It doesn't matter to me, which way we go, but I don't want you to...you know, feel trapped or whatever if they ask you."
Sota sighed, "I gotta quit being sarcastic; I forget that it doesn't sound like a joke to others..." Sota smiled, then let go of Kairi, "Anyway, my main point is, your brother's got the best intentions for you...so please, don't be mad at him for trying to hire me." Sota reached for Kairi's hand, and intertwined their fingers as he held it.
"Yeah," Sota smiled, wrapped his arm around Kairi's shoulders, and leaned on her for a sec, "Not that I'd want him to make it a habit of going to the hospital...it's an interesting plan, but I don't think it should be practiced." Sota added, sarcastically.
Sota shook his head, still smiling, "In a way, we kind of owe your brother," Sota looked straight ahead. The school was still pretty small, but starting to come into view, "I didn't start to really get to know you until I saw your brother fall. I never realized how much we had in common until we took him to the hospital, and...well, I don't think I'd ever have realized how much I like you if it hadn't been for those moments." Sota started to blush as he thought about all those moments he spent with Kairi, "Granted, I wish they didn't scare us so much, but...I'm still happy I spent them with you. I'm happier now than I've been in a very long time..." Sota looked at Kairi, smiling.
Sota chuckled a little, "You know, if you think about it, it's kind of funny," Sota looked straight up at the sky.
"Sorta," Sota shrugged, "It was just before he collapsed, when we went to the hospital together? He looked like he was having a tough time, so I offered to help. He offered to pay me minimum wages and such, but I told him I'd work for free; my jobs already pay me enough, yadda yadda." Sota shook his head, "It feels like an eternity ago, too..."
"Okay. I'm sorry, I should've known better... I'm used to people, mainly at jobs, getting rid of me pretty quickly," Sota sighed in relief, shaking his head slightly, "Do you want some help getting the chores done? I mean, your brother did 'hire' me to help out around the house. Even though I'm working for free, I might as well earn my keep," Sota looked a little bit up towards the sky, a little confused, "...which is nothing, oddly enough..."
