Roxanne sat there in Hendrick's arms for a minute, savoring the comfort it brought her. This however was short lasted, as she had to do something other than cry at some point. "Thank you..." She said quietly. It almost felt weird saying those two words. She almost felt normal, if only for a moment. Normality was over rated anyways, but sometimes she did just wish for her old life back. For how it felt to be able to interact with others and the world the way everyone else did. Most of all she wished that she didn't have a constant war in her mind to fight. However that was not all in her control. Though now at least she knew that she didn't have to do it all alone anymore.

"By the way. That is my name for her. You old man, have to come up with your own. I know my names are just so awesome but I am sure you can figure something out." She told Hendrick, a small smile touching the corner of her mouth. She still wasn't alright, but she at least could pretend a bit. Put on a braver face for the time being. Things were feeling a bit better, so why not make them seem a lot better, then the old man didn't have to hurt himself worrying over her. "Lead the way... I er... wasn't really paying attention to where I was going. I don't know how to get back." Roxanne admitted her mistake. To be fair it was an easy city to get lost in, but still she shouldn't be getting lost even still.

Anthea became slightly nervous as she saw Aston approaching her. She took a step back at first but didn't move too far away. When he spoke he had no harsh words for her, and no bad news either, that was good. Anthea kept her gaze at the ground where it belonged while talking to someone hire class than her before speaking. "I-It's nothing. I didn't see anything out there. It was just... Well you see, I ran in here so fast when I heard the yelling, that I forgot to mark or look where I was going or coming from properly. I was simply looking around to make sure I could figure out which way we came from so we could return to the path. After all Sir Kellan seemed like he was in a rush to get to the place that we were headed." Anthea explained to Aston.

"Sorry if I did something out of line. I didn't mean to... I just. I don't know what is expected of me here." She tried her best to explain herself. If she wasn't to be a servant here, how was she supposed to act. What was she supposed to be like. How was she supposed to act here? She didn't know and she didn't really want to ask, so she was just guessing and hoping that she wouldn't get in trouble.

Things went silent when his story finished. Laurentinus feared that the spider had killed Kara while he was telling his story. Laurentinus didn't realize he was holding his breath until he heard the mumbles of Kara and exhaled. She was still alive, thank goodness. It sounded like she was having a conversation with someone as well. The only problem was he didn't hear another voice. What was going on? He was scared to speak. He was scared to say anything wrong, so in silence he stood, waiting, hoping that everything was going to be alright. And while he stood there he prayed to whatever god would listen to him. He just wanted Kara to be safe.

Talon listened as an angry man was yelling at a man who was clearly looking for that sort of reaction. So much for getting any more information here. Part of Talon thought it would be fun to join in on the brawl, given he was one of few sober in the bar, he was confident he could hold his own. That being said he promised Tilly that he would be safe, and that meant not fighting. Though still he couldn't help but be curious about this man.

Getting up from his seat, Talon moved and dodged his way through a crowd of drunk men punching and yelling at each other. More than once he had to avoid a punch or getting a beer dumped on him from some drunken b*stard. Fights like these could get really annoying and tiresome at times.

"You. What was the point in starting a fight if you aren't going to bother joining it yourself?" Talon asked as he approached Xross, hands in his pocket. He didn't feel threatened by the man, nor did he care to look threatening. The only possible threatening thing about him was the dark cloak that he wore with his hood up to avoid being recognized. "Do you find entertainment in watching men beat the crap out of each other? Because you know there is fight clubs for that, all you have to do is find the right one."
    [IMG] [IMG]
"Is it? Oh. But Tilly does it for me and she isn't my mommy." Greg replied looking to his sister.
"Well I guess big sisters have that power too." Matilda replied with a slight giggle.
Matilda waited for the girl to be kneeling in front of her before she said anything to Greg. He had seen a few not so pleasant wounds, but she would rather not have Tessa feeling bad because Greg saw it.
"Gregory can you do me a favour and face the other way and perhaps start to play?" Matilda asked her brother kindly.
    "But-"
    "One... Two....
"Okay." Gregory finally did as he was told and turned away from Matilda and Tessa and started to look for a way to entertain himself.
In the meantime Matilda began to examine the girls wound. It was far worse than she expected it to be, but nothing she couldn't handle either, thankfully.
"Listen, this might hurt but I need to remove the stitches. Your skin has healed enough that they are doing more harm than good at this point. I will numb the pain in the area before I start, but you still may feel it a bit. After that all it needs is cleaned, a healing salve, and a bandage." Tilly assured Tessa before beginning to go through her bag and finding everything she needed to complete the task at hand. "Ready?" She asked before starting to rub the numbing ointment on Tessa's back and starting on the procedure.

Seth watched the young girl get to work. It might have bothered him that she was so young, but she did seem to know what she was doing, that made him feel a bit better. That being said he wasn't calm for long, as Sigmund brought up the punishment again. He had nearly forgotten about it after falling asleep with Tessa in his arms. He supposed he did say he would take punishment, because that was the only way he could assure him and Tessa were not chased down for the rest of their lives.

"It's clear." Seth muttered in response to the old man's strict tone. He felt like he was being talked to like a child. Almost how the healer girl was talking to her younger brother, not a moment ago. "So what have you decided?" He asked as he glanced back at Tessa and then to Sigmund. She was the reason he was doing this, and he would stay strong and face whatever was to come for her.

"Katia... That name is so pretty. I like it." Terra commented with a smile as she picked up a fresh piece of paper and began to write the name in fancy lettering. Given how the girl was his inspiration for helping people, Terra feared the worst had happened to the girl herself, so instead of asking further about that right away, she instead figured she would as a little more pleasant question in a way. "So what was Katia like? What made her special, different from any other girl you met?" She asked Sweallow. Terra held her pen at the ready. As Sweallow spoke she was planning to draw and decorate the name to fit the girl. In a way sort of a gift for the man who helped her out so much, not only treating her wounds, but allowing her to stay for a while. She knew that she owed the man far more than a drawing, but at this current time she had nothing else to offer him.

Tatiana walked the path with nervous steps. Towards the big building, the concept seemed easy enough. That being said if they ran into a witcher that they had not met yet, trying to explain the situation might be a little awkward. Then there was the fact that she was wearing a bed sheet modified to look more like a dress. That being said it was almost dark and Tatiana and Kruez couldn't simply stand around in the dark outside the witcher school. At least they could find a way inside.

Approaching a set of doors that lead in, Tatiana opened then and then knocked on one of them quietly.
"Hello? Is anyone in here?" She asked as she entered the massive main hall of Kaer. She suddenly felt very nervous and out of place, but there was no going back now. She had said something so now it was time to keep moving on in and hope someone inside could provide some assistance.

Hendrick's words were something Roxanne desperately needed to hear. It helped her win the battle with her subconscious for the time being. As lost and hopeless as she felt, it wasn't quite time to call it all quits yet. She was still allowed to hold onto that shred of hope that said that she could beat Slavko, with Hendrick's help of course.

    Roxanne held still as
Hendrick bandaged her wound and drew a healing rune on her. She finally looked down to where she had scratched herself, which was now covered, to Roxanne's relief. Her hand trembled as she touched the fabric of Hendrick's coat that was covering the wound. She really hoped that the scratches at least would heal without a mark. Roxanne didn't think she could handle anything else that reminded her of her breakdowns, it only made things that much worse.

Talk of promises, Roxanne took little comfort in. She knew better than to believe in a promise that can't be controlled. Her fiance had once promised everything would be alright because they were together. Not a month later Slavko possessed his body, killing his soul and forced her to kill his body as well. In the end promises gave her little comfort, but the hug he offered was a different story. Roxanne stepped forward into
Hendrick's open arms. She did not embrace him but leaned her head against his chest as she closed her eyes, tears beginning to drop slowly down her face. "Don't leave me alone... I am scared to be alone." She said after a long moment of silence. As scared as she was about Slavko taking someone else away from her, she was just as scared as the thoughts in her own head and would rather avoid them. She just hoped that he would agree.

Upon returning to the human realm, Slavko decided to first find where the boy from earlier went. After tracking him to an apartment building he walked away for a moment in order to take on another appearance, this time using what he knew of the boy from last time in order to work to his advantage and get in closer with the boy. Learn a little more about him and what made him tick. When he got that information then perhaps Slavko would have fun destroying it.

Slavko found a handsome young man to possess. The man must have been a few years older than
Nick, but that was fine. Slavko ran his fingers through the sandy blonde hair of the man he possessed as he adjusted to the body. Soon after he made his way back towards the building he last saw Nick go into. Waiting across the street, Slavko patiently watched and waited for the most opportune time to get close to the boy. He had no where to be, so he would wait all day if he had to. In the end he just wanted to see the boy squirm.

Everything was going well so far. Karina had taken a little damage but it was nothing that she couldn't handle. The shadow blot seemed to be having more difficulties, and that was her goal. A smug look crossed Karina's face as she prepared herself for the next attack. This thing wasn't as tough as it looked and she had a good team behind her for the battle. "Well lets work on finishing this up. I would rather not have to stay here longer than possible." Karina commented before running forward, jumping and starting a series of slashes on the blot.

"Those people have never been trapped here." Colton responded in a groggy, scratchy voice. "At least when I find a way out of here we can say we have been through hell and back. We can be proud of that." Colton commented, still holding onto hope that one day they would get out before they die. Colton curled up slightly tighter to keep himself warm as he spoke with Alarick. "The doctor might be smart but he has nothing against us when the three of us actually work together, we just need the right moment." He stated. He knew he spoke of escape before and it only made things worse for him, but he wasn't about to bow to the mad doctor who had made his life a living hell.

Right on cue, Doctor Sorrow walked into the labs with a stack of papers in hand. "I hope you all like fighting, because today we are testing all your powers in combat. You better learn to work together or you may just get yourselves killed." Doctor Sorrow said as he looked straight at Colton. The boy had an annoying knack for staying alive, but he doubted that would last too much longer. It didn't mean that he would die right now but it was possible.

"Are you going to fight us yourself? I have been looking forward to this." Colton said from his cell, a devious look in his eye.

"No 556, I am not that stupid, but you would do wise to shut your mouth." The doctor responded as he turned his back to the three prisoners and looked at the cage across from their cells, it was larger and today set up with a few boxes and objects of various sizes, and inside lay several robots. Everything was prepared. Clapping his hands steel bars came up from the floor to create a caged path to the fighting ring. "I would suggest you fight in the area provided, because if you destroy your cell I will not be putting it back together for you. You live with how it is." He said as an incentive to get them up and going. "And Delia dear try not to shift and destroy them if you can't control. I need at least one of them alive after all. Unless of course you are volunteering to go out and get me another."

"You underestimate my ability father." Delia said as she casually strolled through the hallway into the area. "You boys better hurry up. Don't worry, I will not turn on you and I won't let either of you die." She assured the boys. Delia knew better than to expect any weapons inside since this was a test of powers. She would have to rely on her mutated form, which she was not so comfortable in yet, but what could she do?

Forcing herself to shift Delia made her way to the center of the arena. She stood still in her wolf form, her black pelt shining with the dull light of the arena. The robot's activated and Delia let out a low growl, looking to see if the boys had entered yet. However she didn't have time to wait before the robots attacked her and she had to get out of the way. Two began to circle her. Delia swiped at one before the other forced her to back off.

Colton however couldn't sit and watch as the girl who said she would help them was attacked, even if she was the mad doctor's daughter. There was nothing small enough that he could find right away to shoot at the robot, so instead he did what he could and moved a box between one of the robots and Delia giving her a chance to get away from at least one. However now he became a target, meaning he had to get out of his cell and in there before him and Alarick had no where to sleep. The boy was shaky as he struggled to his feet, but looking at the doctor's smile, he pushed himself harder to get to his feet. He had to be stronger, he had to beat this guy.

It wasn't long before soldiers lined the room and Rose was forced her her feet and chained to the wall. The assassin didn't even flinch as this happened though, no sign of fear in her eyes at all. She took what they had to throw at her for now. Later she would find a way to escape, she was sure of this. Rose was no one to lay down and die or simply quit, but she did know when to lay and wait for a more opportune time. Given a room full of guards, the top demi-god killer and a higher up, not to mention her brother and some other dude, this was not a good time, but one was sure to come.

Ah here came the predictable questions and threats. Rose simply glared at the
Inheritor. "What did you think you would get from an assassin, some highly armoured hot head like him?" She asked as she used her head to indicate to Aster. "Then again no matter what I look like, remember, looks can deceive." She stated dryly before moving onto the question he asked. "Jayce plans to take you all out, but I am sure you already know that. So why bother asking." Rose responded. It was far from the response they wanted and that was fine by her. She didn't fear them or what they planned to do with her.

Aster stepped to the side and allowed the guards to come in and take his sister. A sly grin crossed his face as he watched. "Always the loser, huh Rose. Well I suggest that you pay attention and answer, or not. It will be more entertaining for me that way." He said as he found a free spot on the wall to lean and watch the fun. He wasn't even phased by Roses comment to him. "I get to hang around with a hot girl and torment my sister. This is a great day in the end." Aster commented as his eyes drifted to Carissa's backside.

Seth stirred at the sound of a knock at the door. Tessa didn't seem to be moving, but hearing Sigmund's words he figured it was best that he let them in. Seth had worried about Tessa's wound since they left Oxenfurt, so he was not going to pass up the opportunity to get it looked at. Tessa might have pushed her face back into his chest, but that didn't mean he was going to take her action as final decision. He let go of her hand that he was still using and slowly stood up. "Sorry Michael, but we should take advantage of someone able to look at your wound." Seth said softly as he walked to the door and opened it. "Come in." He said, stepping to the side allowing them in.

When Seth laid eyes on the supposed doctor, he was no longer so sure of his decision. The girl looked young, very young, and she had a child with her. The most confusing part about that, was she looked too young to have a child of that age. The entire situation just got a bit weird for Seth's taste, but who was he to turn down help. "
Give Tessa a moment to wake up, then you should take a look at her wound. It has been cleaned and patched but we just came off a long journey so I am worried something may have happened or gotten into it." Seth explained before Tessa had the chance to try to convince the girl to look at him first,

Matilda followed Sigmund up the stairs and waited quietly as he knocked on the door of the guest room. Soon enough the door opened and they were let in.
"My name is Matilda, and this is my younger brother Gregory. He will be sitting in just because I couldn't leave him at home tonight." Matilda explained as she set down her brother and her bag of tools and medicines. She listened to Seth's request, but her eye slowly dropped to looking at the man's hand. It looked in bad shape, and if the girls wounds were previously treated then why should she start there? But in the end she figured it was best to just listen to the request and not get herself into any trouble with these two, especially not with Greg around.
"Tilly? Are they sick? Is that why we are here? Because the big man doesn't seem sick." Greg asked Matilda as he looked between Tessa and Seth.
"Not quite sweetie, they have big boo boo's that I have to look at and make better." Matilda responded before addressing Tessa. "Take your time but when you are ready come sit in front of me and show me your wound so I can see what needs done." She instructed as she sat on the bed and waited.
Meanwhile Gregory paced around the room before stopping in front of Tessa. "Do you want a kiss to make your boo boo feel better. That is what mommy used to do for me." He said.

All was silent for a moment, then Laurentinus heard Kara talk. She wasn't screaming or trying to fight, she was simply asking him for a happy story. There wasn't much else he could offer from the other side of the door, so a story it was. "Alright Kara. I will tell you a story." He spoke to her softly through the door. His hands trembled as he reached into the depths of his mind for a story to tell Kara.

"Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a girl. Now there was not anything extraordinary about this girl. She was no princess, she was not rich, and she had no magic, but that didn't mean she was not special. The girl was very special in fact. She might not have had magic but she had the power to make people smile anywhere she went, and she herself would never stop smiling." Ren started on his story. It was the story of his mother. One he used to tell his sister after their mother passed in order to help her sleep at night when she was sad or scared. His sister was not that much younger than him, but she enjoyed story even as a grown woman.

"Now you would think that someone like this would be able to find a suitor very easily, however that was not the case. For you see this is no fairy tale. There is no prince charming just waiting to be scooped up. What she found instead was closer to... lets say a toad. He was the son of a blacksmith and a little rough around the edges. He was the only person that the girl had ever met that she could not make smile. Naturally that became the girls goal, she would make the boy laugh even if it killed her. Day after day she would show up at the blacksmiths workshop with a story, or a joke or something in attempts to make the boy laugh. Day after day she left unsuccessful. This went on for months, nearly six when the girl finally decided to not go everyday and start thinking of something else she could do to make the boy smile."

"Noticing the girl hadn't visited in a while, the young son of the blacksmith decided he should go find the girl, make sure she was alright. He traveled a ways on foot to find her house, and when he found it he spotted her in her garden. She was tending to a beautiful set of roses. She had not noticed him yet, so the boy left before she did, not sure what to say to her if he had gotten closer.

"The boy worked late into the night that night to make something for the girl, a gift of sorts. The next day while she was out he left it on her doorstep for her. A rose made of scrap iron from around his fathers forge. Inscribed on the stem of the rose was three words, "I miss you." When the girl found it that night she went rushing straight for the forge to find the son of the blacksmith, knowing he was the only one who would make such a thing for her. When she saw him she asked what he meant by what was written on the rose. He only responded with his own question, "Why did you stop visiting?" The girl explained how she finally gave up trying to make him smile so she left and gave it time to find a different way to make him smile. The boys response however shocked her. "It was the hardest thing in the world not to smile when you visited, but I needed a way to make you come back and visit because no one else would." He told her. Years later the same rough young man, and beautiful girl, now a woman got married and had two children...."
Laurentinus trailed off before he finished with the happily ever after. He knew that part wasn't true, but he wouldn't let Kara know that. For now all she needed to know was a cute, happy story of how his parents met.

Roxanne hardly noticed when Hendrick approached her, she was too busy fighting the demons in her own mind. "He hasn't won yet. He hasn't! I will find a way to protect them! I don't care if they don't want my help!" She yelled into the cool air as she continued clawing at her skin trying to rid herself of the scars. It was like she was talking to someone, but no one except Hendrick was there. It was simply her own subconscious getting to her, but at the time she didn't realize it.

    When
Hendrick reached out to offer her a hand was the first time she recognized that he was there. She didn't know if she wanted to go with him after everything that happened, but she did know that she couldn't remain here alone any longer. When she reached up to take his hand, she noticed the blood on the tips of her fingers and under her nails. This was not the wolfs blood either. Looking down she noticed and actually for a moment understood what she just did to herself as a series of scratch marks oozed blood down her stomach and side. Roxanne looked up at Hendrick frightened, unable to say a word. She simply grabbed his hand and got to her feet. Her entire body trembled as the voices of doubt still circled her mind. Even with Hendrick's kind words it didn't help.

"I want to protect you guys.... I want to keep him from taking you away too.... But I lost, and I can never forget I lost now." Roxanne's voice was quiet and shaky as she pushed past anger and anxiety from before to actually talk to the man in front of her. She couldn't look down, afraid to see the scars and the bleeding, so instead she just looked at Hendrick. "He will make me kill you too. I know it."

"Who is she?" Terra began to pry. Now this was a normal conversation, something that she looked forward to. "Are you trying to pursue anything with her, or are you too scared to talk to her and just look on as an admirer?" Terra then asked with a bit of a smirk. She was going to enjoy this, she could tell. As long as it didn't turn into something super depressing that was, and knowing her luck it would. Still if she got to teach this kid how to get the girl he was eyeing would be so much fun.

"If I had to wager a guess I would assume they would be inside the big structure that probably doubles as their home or at the very least a form of shelter." There was a spark of hope as the door started to sound like it was about to open. However that hope was shattered as the door slammed shut on him, locking Kara in and him out. "No..." He said breathlessly as he stood there staring at the door. From the other side he heard the muffled voice of Kara, and it didn't sound like anything good.

Laurentinus leaned his back against the wall as he cursed himself silently. He couldn't say a word no matter how much he wanted to. He couldn't risk making too much noise. He had to keep his mouth shut for her. A tear leaked from his eye as he stood silent in hall next to the door. He failed to protect someone else precious to him. First his mother, then his sister, now
Kara. There was a reason he was such a stickler for the rules. Why he didn't let people get too close to him. In the end he couldn't protect them, any of them. What was the point anymore even? For one day he let himself have fun, let himself get close to someone, and now they were behind a stone door facing their doom, and all he could do was stand in the hallway and wait to see if what he feared came to pass because if he tried to get in and save her, he would make way too much noise and anger the spider more. He couldn't risk that. He wouldn't risk that.

Roxanne ran as far away as she could from the police station. Everything in her mind was screaming at her that she messed up. She couldn't protect her friends. It was telling her most of all, that she lost. The evidence of that was written on her skin in the form of two long, jagged scars. She couldn't stand it, she didn't know how to handle it. All she knew was she couldn't go back to the institute. She couldn't return to those she failed.

After a while Roxanne found herself under a bridge. She looked at her scar's and began to cry and yell.
"Get them off! Get them off! I didn't lose! Nick killed him!" But the voice in her head said that she still lost and would have died if it wasn't for Nick. Roxanne began to tear at her skin with her nails, trying to rid herself of the scars. The pain didn't register as her nails managed to break skin. She didn't have the sense to stop as she made herself bleed. All that was going through her mind was that she had to get the marks off her by whatever means necessary.

The boy sat on the ground and leaned against the tree. He closed his eyes as he could feel the last of the energy draining from him. "Well it was fun, but I suppose this is what I deserve." "Great. That is a way to make me feel better about this?" Laurentinus rolled his eyes as he leaned against the wall, waiting for something to happen. Though he was acting all calm about everything, really he was freaking out slightly. Kara was in there alone. What if something attacked her? What if she couldn't get back out? He wasn't small enough to get through the opening. If something happened to her.... He would never forgive himself.

Just to make his worry worse, Kara let out a loud gasp. Laurentinus rushed to the door, trying to see Kara through the crack
. "Kara! Are you okay? Is everything fine in there? If it seems dangerous just come out!" He called to her while trying not to be too loud. Please please please don't be hurt. Laurentinus begged any god that would listen to him. He just wanted her to be okay.

That was why she tended to hunt alone and not bring the others along on tasks. She liked to have fun with her prey. That being said there was not much she could say to Brianne about the situation, only listen to her. "Yes your majesty." Bitterness dripped from Roxanne's lips as she spoke. Quick and clean just wasn't her style of fighting.

Of course it didn't end with just
Brianne yelling at her, Hedrick had to get in on it as well. "It isn't like any of you would care if I am dead. One less person to babysit." She responded to him scolding. With that she turned around and started to walk away. As much as she wanted to get away from both of them, she knew there was no where else to go but back to the institute. At least if she could make it there before them she could find a dark corner to curl up in and hide for a while.

The girl started by asking about her magic and commenting on her age. Thea shifted a little uncomfortably before bothering to answer. "I have fire magic. Though I wouldn't really consider myself a wizard. I am not really good with my magic. They say it is too strong for my age and size of my body. I can't contain it properly." Thea explained to the girl. She then mentioned that they were considered adults at the age of 12 in her city. That idea was not pleasant for Thea. "I couldn't imagine being considered an adult already. I don't want to be an adult." Thea responded.

Well the beast was gone, but it left Thomas feeling tired and drained. After all this new magic and stuff he found himself out of energy. Well it was never meant to last forever and he knew it.He simply wished he had a little more time. In the end he was thankful that he at least got that one date with Lucia out of it.

As the group talked about finding a place for the Demons, Thomas only thought about how he was going to get away from the group so they didn't have to witness what was to come. When the idea of splitting up came about, Thomas decided that would make a good excuse.
"Well I don't know about the rest of you, but I am going to go off and search on my own." Thomas said, his voice sounded warn and tired as he turned from the group and started off into the forest by himself. Such a fitting place for it all to end.

Sitting down Trevor set 750 jewel on the table. "You get the rest when the information is given. I have it here, I just need to know you are good for your word first." Trevor said. He kept his head low avoiding eye contact with anyone in the building. He wasn't entirely sure what he was getting himself into to he best be on the cautious side.

"Wilkin do not assume that your idea will work the way you think it should. These people might be incompetent half breeds but they still have powers, ones that we do not know. We should be prepared for anything. If one person say has weather magic, simply smoking them out won't work as well as you think." He warned Wilkin. He admitted that he thought highly of himself, but so did these men. They couldn't conceive the fact that perhaps their first plan might not work and they would have to be prepared with other plans. "Besides with my dear sister not returning, who knows what she has told them, what they have prepared themselves for. You need to be ready for anything, and that means more then one plan. So no you are not allowed to leave yet." Koldo kept his tone neutral as he responded except when he said the word "sister" then it was full of bitterness.

Koldo chuckled at Lexander's annoyance with the feet on the table. He wasn't going to say anything this time. Instead he would just let him get mad because in the end his dreams that were handed to him would be torn away. This was the one kindness that he could allow. If a kindness is what you would call it. Koldo was never all that kind to Lexander, and if that meant that the boy left, then that is fine by him. However for now they had to plan more for the attack. "So what else do you guys have for ideas if the first one happens to fail?" He asked.

Amber switched back to her fae form as she lay on top of Drake. "Who said I want anything. I have got all I want right beneath me." Amber stated before going down and giving him a kiss. "I had fun just playing. There is nothing else I really need. That being said I suppose it is time to head back to the city and do our jobs." She rolled her eyes slightly as she spoke.

Soon enough Amber was off of
Drake and on her feet, offering him a hand up as well. "Sometimes I miss the days where I can just play like this with you. Though then you never expected a game. It was fun just sneaking up on you like that. I want those days back." Amber said softly, almost sad. She still didn't feel ready to be queen although she had been for two years now. That being said she didn't necessarily think Drakes favourite spot was leading at her side. He would rather be head of the scouts, but she needed him where he was, and Veera was doing a good job on her own.

"So shall we head home and get some breakfast?" She asked Drake before taking off towards the tree tops and towards home.

Adelina had made two people smile that day, that was good. Tessa seemed to be in a bit better mood, as did Chrono. All that left was finishing breakfast and her job was complete for today, besides taking care of the kids. Perhaps some of her other friends would like to visit with them too. Adelina found children tended to bring a smile to a lot of peoples faces, and she wanted to make as many people as she could smile.

Adelina soon finished up with breakfast and started to load plates onto her arms.
"Alright Chrono, lets go eat." She told him taking four plates and bringing them down, setting the first one in front of Tessa, then Zack, then Chrono, and finally one for herself. "Zack, Tessa, would you like me to take the children so you can eat?" She offered, knowing the struggles of trying to eat when there were babies in your arms.

Her brother might have freed her hands but with Carissa and one other person on top of her brother there, there was not much that Rose could do. Carissa knocked her back into a wall, stunning her for a second but that was all it took for the other man to tackle her to the ground. Rose hit the ground with a thud. She grit her teeth and scowled as she tried to wrestle Onamakritos. This didn't go to well as her brother approached, stepping on her throat to prevent her from doing much but trying to get his foot off and attempting to knee Onamakritos.

"You almost make it too easy sis. I thought the Black Rose was supposed to be one of the best. Or do you just get too close with the demi-gods to make them say that?" Aster taunted his sister while she grabbed at his boot trying to get it off.
"Like you are any better." Rose spat back at her brother but he only chuckled not really letting it get to him. He then glanced at Carissa awaiting orders. Perhaps this time they would be better to chain her to something instead of giving her free movement, but it wasn't his call in the end and he didn't much feel like getting punched in the face one more.
