"I wouldn't say I know a lot about food, just enough to know what wine should go with us..... Actually that is a lie, I asked the waitress who asked the cook who knew all about it. They are just going to make the food and deliver the wines that match with it to us. I was just trying to be impressive to be honest." Slavko admitted with a slight chuckle. "I am no where near that sophisticated." He stated. Then the topics of movies came up. "I don't think you could ever complain about a star wars movie, it just isn't possible. I liked the character of Rey, and the little thing she had going with Finn. It was kind of cute I must admit, and Finn wasn't half bad looking either." Slavko chuckled. "Have you ever seen the movie V for Vendetta. That is one of my personal favourites. Sometimes I like movies that provide a little bit of commentary on civilization, what we think and feel and how we can follow something so blindly until one event changes all that."

"What do you think, smart *ss?" Laurentinus responded. He was just getting pissy with everything that was happening lately. Lumen asking the obvious wasn't helping his mood as his hand was still bleeding quite badly, though the pain from the poison wasn't as bad and almost gone. He didn't know if it was a good idea or not, but desperate for feeling in his hand again, Laurentinus reached up and untied the cloth that stopped the poison from circulating through his body earlier. Moving his hand around a bit it felt good, but it was not in great shape still. He watched blood hit the ground from his hand and winced. The wound didn't close fully and it wasn't going to close more by the looks of things. There was someone around that could help now, but he really didn't want water dumped on his head again or to actually have to ask for help for that matter. He never had been good at asking for help when he needed it, probably wasn't a good thing but something that he lived with.

Standing up the man faced the others. He still held his injured hand favouring it, but didn't say too much on the subject
. "We really should continue searching for Conrad and Tessa. After that spider flipped out, I am worried that they might be in more trouble." He stated as he looked around trying to guess what direction that they should be heading in. The previously friendly Shadowweaver had run off before he could give them that information. So now it was back to a wild goose chase to find them and not get too lost themselves.

"You are simply a bitter close minded man. You need to open your mind and your heart and you will see what I see. That being said it isn't my place to force it on you." Sebastian stated to Ulrich. It was becoming more and more clear that getting along with this man would prove a difficult task. Just to top things off he was instructed to work with said man to protect the city. Well as long as he could hold his own then he guessed it wasn't the end of the world. As long as he could still be doing the work of The Guardian than everything was fine.

There was one upside to all this, he didn't have to work with the man child right at this moment.
"Good luck men. I wish you all the best. May the Guardian bless you and keep you in his protection." Sebastian said as he bid Sanderson and co farewell. "Well then sir I guess that just leaves you and me to go help the town, shall we head off?" Sebastian asked Ulrich. However they didn't get a chance to leave before a man ran up to them asking for help. "Of course we are here to help my good man. Lead us to where the biggest problem is, we will take care of it for you. Don't you worry." Sebastian replied.

Well it seemed there was big fights all around the major players that kind of left him out of things. As much as that sucked there was plenty of lesser solders causing problems that he needed to deal with. He rode his black stallion into the middle of the battle, lance in hand. He was taking advantage of the charge attack while destroying the people around. Hammers were falling left and right at his hands. Some seemed to write him off for not being in the middle of everything, but he was doing something far better in a way and keeping things off everyone else in their major battles. He wished he could do more, but being a mounted combat type it wasn't good for close quarters with both allies and enemies around. He needed to be just among his enemies, striking fear into them.

"Don't worry about being late. It is fine. Come have a seat, you look great." Slavko invited Nick. When the man sat down and started sipping the wine, Slavko felt a sense of accomplishment. This seemed to go well so far. "Why of course white wine Nick. I don't know if you know much about wine, but this particular white wine goes great with this bruschetta that I ordered for us. It is a fine pairing. Go on, try, what do you think?" Slavko offered. He would start the conversation simple then ease into learning more about Nick, learning about things he could use against him.

As oxygen caught back up with Roxanne's body, filling her lungs and allowing her to breath easy, the young Nephilim began to stir. Although as she tried to stretch out she realized it was not possible. Something felt terribly wrong with the situation. She could hear voices around her as she started to come to. Something touched her skin, sending shivers down her spine. Finally Roxanne's eyes fluttered open.

More awake now Roxanne looked around to see a
man and a woman standing over her. The voice of the man sounded familiar, she realized that was because the man was the one who told her not to do anything, before she passed out. The other woman she couldn't figure out who it was. "You b*stard!" She yelled out as she squirmed trying to get free from the invisible thing that bound her. "Let me go!" She ordered. Roxanne was a bit panicked but she was still ready to fight, despite the inability to do anything at all.

Terra glanced over as Sweallow entered the house, asking about her stitches. It crossed her mind to lie and say she was alright, but at this point, what was the use in lying. It was clear how she was feeling, and he was treating her wounds, so she may as well be honest while speaking about them. "Yeah. I think I really irritated them in my sleep last night. Still a little too sore to try standing yet. Perhaps in another hour or so. I would still really like to go for that walk we talked about yesterday. I don't think I could stand being in this house much longer. I mean it is a nice house, but I am not used to having to sit still for this long." Terra explained to Sweallow with a bit of a smile. It started to occur to her, how stupid it sounded to ask to leave yesterday. She could barely stand today because of the pain, how did she expect to run, and protect herself with these injuries? It wouldn't have been possible. She hoped that she would heal quickly but she had to face the facts. She was stabbed not once, but three times, it wasn't something you simply walk off.

Talon rolled his eyes, many feared his father, but his father wasn't in town so they believed themselves safe. It was a stupid notion on their part, when his father returned there would be hell to pay for all this. But in the mean time he just had to hope that Matilda found out what happened and came to pay his bail. She had a lot of her own money from her business, but she also had access to the family fortune. Paying bail wouldn't be a problem for them... That was if anyone actually knew he was in there. "How is someone supposed to pay my bail if no one knows I am here?" Talon questioned, not bringing up who he needed to contact for a bail to be paid. He would only bring his sister in if he really really had to, but it was going to be a dangerous move. They could arrest her too assuming they were both Doppler Sympathizers.

Gregory sat quietly with Tessa, helping her with her hair for the time being, content not to listen to the adult conversation, it was boring anyways.
Matilda sighed as she continued work on Seth's hand. She supposed she should explain before she worried Seth and Tessa too much. It was her job to help them feel better, not make them panic. "I don't think so. I don't know to be honest. My brother... Talon. He went out to the bar last night, just to relax and have a drink or two. He never came home. I don't know what happened to him." Matilda explained. Her eyes flashed down away from them, trying to mask the sadness and worry.
"Do you want help searching for him?" Seth suggested. He wanted to help if he could. This girl after all was doing so much to help them. It was then he noticed she was finished with his wound.
"You should probably just stay in today and let your wounds heal more. I can't ask you to come help." Matilda explained before turning to Tessa and beckoning her over. "It is your turn.

"The sky...." Colton questioned quietly before letting out a few coughs. "I haven't seen the sky in years, I think I can wait a little longer." He said, although he knew that he should look up, he should just go along with it. He needed to stay awake for the sake of the others. Colton slowly lifted his head and felt the sun beat against his face. "I-its nice.... It is warm. I haven't felt this warm for a while." He said, his voice cracked as he tried to stay awake. He just wanted to rest, he needed to rest, but they weren't safe yet. He was grasping at straws to try and stay awake. "Please say we can rest soon." He begged.

Delia listened from ahead but didn't say too much. She had to find them some place safe. Her house was not an option, but perhaps she could find them a hotel soon, or someone willing to take pity on them, though in this society it was always hard to tell. Some people liked Spyrix, some hated them, and mutants were never well received, but perhaps people would take pity on Colton. "Just a little longer kid. We will be safe soon." It was a lie but one that she needed him to believe, for everyone's sake.

"Just because I have been ruling the city doesn't mean that I haven't got any practice. Don't go getting too cocky on me dear. You have underestimated me many times before." Amber said as she ran her finger under Drakes chin then walked away. Soon enough she was heading towards the hunting sight, falling behind Drake as it became clear they weren't going to the normal spot.

    Upon arriving
Drake thought it was going to be a great idea to make a bet with her. "Fine then. I hope you are a good actor." With a quick kiss, she then transformed into a leopard. She glanced back at Drake before stalking off and blending into the forest around her. It was time for the hunt to begin and she was going to go all out with it. There was no way that she planned to lose.

It seemed it was time for everyone to go. Adelina took that as a queue that it was time for her to clear out too and let Chrono get to his work. She looked over at Zack who still had Zarron. She didn't want to let him leave again just yet, but she supposed that it was time for him to get back to doing some work himself, or at least rest. Zelina was still crying but not as loud as before, it was quiet enough that she felt confident enough to take Zarron bad.

"Here I will take the children. You worked all night, go rest. I love you." She told him as she reached out one arm to take Zarron. The past couple months she had gotten really good at holding two kids at once. It could be a little difficult at times but she could handle it, she had to handle it. There was many days that Zack had to work and she had to take care of both the kids at once. It wasn't too bad though.

Bliss... that was probably the closest word you could get to how Roxanne felt, however it was never true bliss in her mind, or the mind of any insane person. Though for the moment with her ice cream in hand she felt mostly at rest. The peace was a nice change, perhaps things could fall back into her routine again.

Roxanne felt safe at that moment, though it was stupid to think she was ever safe, this mistake cost her dearly. She rested her eyes for that moment, and that moment was all it took for someone to sneak up on her. Hands were around her neck before she could do anything. Instinctively Roxanne dropped her ice cream and started to claw at the hands that were choking her. Then her eyes dropped to her ice cream. Why could she never just finish her ice cream? Roxanne wanted to scream at the man to let go, but no words came, she couldn't get any oxygen in her lungs to help form the words. Roxanne reached down to her boot, wrapping her had around the handle of her knife. She tried to pull the knife out to fight back, but the world started to go dark around her. The world faded from view as she heard some words being spoken, but none really registering. Soon everything was dark and consciousness slipped from her grasp.

Yvette jumped up and saluted when a man approached her. He was a higher rank then her, but that was not hard, everyone was a higher rank than she was. "Grear, Sir. Yvette Grear." Yvette replied to the man when he seemed to be asking for her name. Inspector Quint then asked if things seemed to be in working order. Yvette blushed slightly as she sat back down. She didn't actually properly check over anything yet, she was simply familiarizing herself with the controls once more and day dreaming about flying.

Yvette began to flip a couple switches and hit a few button which in the end lit up the console and got it ready to go. She checked everything was in the correct positions before flipping a few things on and off to check that they were in working order as well.
"Everything appears to be in working order Sir. Everything should go smoothly on this end." Yvette at last replied as she turned back to the Inspector at last. The name he gave her sounded slightly familiar, but she couldn't pin point why off the top of her head. As long as she treated him with the utmost respect everything should be perfectly find.

"Sounds great." Slavko then went on to give Nick the address and detailed directions on how to get to the restaurant. "I look forward to seeing you in a bit." Slavko finished the conversation before he hung up the phone. Changing into some nicer clothing, Slavko set out a little early to head to the restaurant. He wanted to make sure that he got there before Nick to set things up. At the restaurant Slavko ordered an appetizer to share and a pairing of nice white wine. It looked like a nice way to start things off, and completely and utterly innocent.

With a successful hunt done, Roxanne made her way back through town to the store she bought the ice cream from before her. It was a celebration for a successful hunt after everything that had gone on. She loved her ice cream and any excuse to have some was a good one. With ice cream in hand, Roxanne headed towards a park to sit down for a little while. For a moment while she ate her ice cream Roxanne just thought about what it would be like to have a normal life. What it would have been like if her sister had not been taken away from her. They were just dreams but for a moment she felt okay.

Surprise surprise, the ships came for his sister, and this time Aster was prepared. Instead of hopping on a wild horse half way through battle he was on a tamed horse for war, this would make his job a lot easier. A smirk crossed his face as he kicked his horse forward into a full charge. His lance was in hand as he was ready for the fight ahead. "Come on Hammer Head! Come try to take your precious Black Rose back, lets see how well that works out for you!" He called at them. Soon he had closed the distance, it was time for war.

Rose sat quietly and listened as people yelled about being under attack. A grin crossed her face. "You should go out and help them. What do you think I can do with all these chains. Perhaps you should go out and help." Rose suggested to the guards in her car. She knew that they would come for her, now she just had to see what she could do to make things easier on them. If the car was empty she may stand a chance of escaping and getting back over to the Hammers. It would be hard with people like Carissa around, and the injured hand, but she had to do something.

In the silence Laureninus let his shoulders relax slightly. He didn't know what was going to happen to him, but he had to at least relax a little for now. It was the only thing that would help for now. He was stuck waiting, waiting to see if someone showed up to help, or if Kara came up with anything helpful while searching the house. It was all a waiting game now for him and he hated it.

Thankfully it wasn't too long before
Kara exited the house, a bottle of green liquid in hand. She knelt beside him and told him what was going on, not giving him an option to say anything. He honestly didn't know if he would have protested or not. He was suspicious of it, and Kara's reasoning for using it was flawed. That being said they were running out of options as his arm was changing colour. He only gave Kara a small nod before she poured the liquid on his wound.

As the liquid soaked into his wound Laurnetinus clenched his fists tight and let out a cry of pain. He ended up gripping his left hand around the wrist of his right, injured and holding it as it shook. He didn't expect anything to be this painful. Surely she found something very very bad in that house. However as he managed to open his eyes and look at his throbbing hand, the wound began to close. Relief filled him as some of the pain subsided. He would hug
Kara but it still hurt a bit too much for that. He couldn't even manage to bother speaking yet as he watched the wound start to close.

"Sure there is a God, my good man. Things may seem bad here but he has now sent me to fix things around here. Unfortunately I cannot be at all places at once so I was not able to protect the people from the first attack, but that does not mean that there is no God. You must just look and find one for yourself." Sebastian replied to Ulrich.

Meanwhile it took all his muscle to keep his horse from moving or kicking at
Bryce who thought it was a great idea to lean against the damn thing. "I understand that you are not all there, but can you not lean on my horse. You must understand it is very dangerous thing to do." Sebastian explained looking down at the man with sympathetic eyes.

With that out of the way Sebastian turned to
Sandersan who was asking about groups and where people wanted to go. "I will stick with staying and protecting the town, after all that is what I was first hired to do, I should not abandon that task. You understand do you not?" Sebastian told him. As much as he wouldn't mind getting away from Bryce, he had his task at hand. Mercenaries never abandoned what they were hired to do,

Felicia did nothing as she watched Ash pick Clarity up to leave. There was no words to be said anymore, none that were worth while at least. She watched them exit the building before turning around and grabbing a fresh bowl of water to deal with her own injury at long last. Though the wound itself was not that deep, blood still covered her entire shoulder. Felicia kept her jaw clenched as she cleaned, refusing to acknowledge the pain. Her eyes stayed glued to the door. At any moment now more wolves were going to show up, and she would have to deal with them.

Just as predicted they did, and Felicia had not had time to finish bandaging her wound. She was able to talk the first couple down into not fighting her, buying her enough time to do a quick, halfa*sed job of wrapping her wound before the next that wanted to fight her showed up. With a sigh she escorted him to the training room. There she spent the next little while, beating down wolves when she had to, and talking the rest into picking someone to represent them so not as many had to be hurt, and more importantly she still needed to be ready for fights after these.

"I would love to go out tonight Nick." Slavko responded grinning to himself. "I don't believe I have formally introduced myself either. My name is Ryan, though you probably knew that from my card. However that seems like such a lame way to find out a name, wouldn't you say? Anyways I know of this quaint little Italian restaurant that we could go to. It is a little hard to find but it is also one of the best places I know. Shall we go there? I can pick you up if you are not sure about getting there on your own." Slavko offered Nick. Italian food went well with wine, so if Slavko could get Nick to have a few glasses of wine, get a little tipsy, chances are he would talk more and reveal more about himself that Slavko could then use against him at a later date.

Yvette had enjoyed exploring the engine room, however soon she felt like she was just in everyone's way. She supposed it was time to head towards her station anyway, even though she still had time. She would rather be really early than even a minute late after all. Giving a smile and a thank you to some of the engineers she passed, Yvette headed back towards the stairs. She could have taken the elevator but she could use the exercise anyways.

Running up the stairs, taking them two steps at a time, Yvette made good time heading towards the bridge. She was going to be flying them to their destination she she figured that she should familiarize herself with the controls. After the training she had been through she could fly pretty much anything, but she felt better taking a look over it first, just to make sure things went smoothly.

Smiling Yvette sat down at the controls and looked out at the sky waiting beyond. She ran her fingers lightly over some of the controls and buttons. Everything seemed familiar enough that she was confident about her ability to fly. Yvette leaned back and just thought about what it would be like to fly for a moment. She imagined how nice it would be once they were in the air and she had control over the ship. It would be amazing. She couldn't wait. She knew it wasn't long till they took off but it still felt like an eternity waiting.

Gregory looked at Tessa for a moment trying to decide if he trusted her enough to go sit with her, however with a small encouragement from Matilda he ran over and joined Tessa on the bed. "You hair doesn't look silly, I like your hair." Gregory commented as he sat down and started touching it, expecting it to be softer than it was.
"You, sit in front of me now." Matilda ordered Seth as she knelt down and pulled out supplies. She would normally be nicer about things but she was in a hurry and didn't have time to deal with these two and their couple bickering.

"Yeah yeah I am coming. But if you have something to take care of first, we will be fine." Seth offered Matilda as he knelt in front of her and held out his hand. The girl seemed stressed, he wasn't going to make things more difficult on her than they had to be.
"No I am treating this wound again here and now, no arguing about it." She instructed as she began to take the bandages off Seth's hand and examine the wound which still looked fairly bad. She started to clean it before putting more of the Salve from the night before on. "Hey... how you two got hurt.... It isn't because of some threat here is it?" Matilda asked quietly wondering if what hurt them got her brother too.

"What do you think?" Talon responded to the guards first question about him being alright. Things were just getting worse and worse. "And I didn't quite expect him to explode over a single question, literally. He was nuts." Talon commented not really caring at this point if the guard like his answer or not, it wasn't like he was going to take anything that he said seriously.

Then there was talk about making the man a lord. "I might be one, but fortunately for you, I can not make you a lord. Trust me you don't want to be one. Not like you actually care what I am saying right now. I may as well be talking to a damn wall. Nothing I say will get me out of here and back to my... responsibilities." He was going to say family but feared that this guard would use his family against him. He didn't dare put Matilda and Gregory in trouble. "How much do you want to bet his Grace doesn't even know I am here." Talon said with a dry laugh. He knew that talking to Lord Archon or a judge was his only chance of escape, but that wasn't going to happy any time soon.

Tatiana was startled when Veera approached her. She removed her hands from her eyes and looked up at Veera, hoping for a little bit of female company. However this was not so. She instructed her to talk to Vecelsav instead and gave her directions. Her next comment made Tatiana question what was going on. Perhaps it was just because she was rubbing her eyes when Veera walked up, maybe she looked a little upset. She was sure that was it.

    With
Veera gone, Tatiana followed her instructions to get to where she said Veceslav would be. Before knocking Tatiana adjusted her oversize tunic and trousers to look some what put together. She knocked gently and spoke just loud enough that Vecelsav would hopefully hear. "Excuse me, Mister Veceslav? Veera said that I should talk to you, can I come in?" Tatiana asked.

"Proper cared for?" Felicia spat and rolled her eyes at him. "If you were going to properly care for her then you should have been the one here risking your life for her, not just coming once someone else has done the work for you." Felicia may just have been slightly bitter about the fact that after everything she had just done no one seemed to care. Now she had the Inquisitor wanting her head and soon she was going to be forced to take on every wolf that wanted to be alpha to keep her position just to keep that girl safe. It almost wasn't worth it, but the damage was done and the most likely way to survive was to keep on with her plan.

Ash soon continued with a "helpful" suggestion, before
Clarity spoke up herself. "And I suggest that you don't poke your nose in where it doesn't belong. I am not leaving and do you want to know why? Because as soon as I leave, the man who attacked her will know that everything I told him was a lie and go after her again to get the proper answers to the question. Until you, your Shadow hunter friends, or my pack deal with him, we are not going anywhere, it is only more danger for everyone." Felicia stated before glancing over her shoulder at Clarity. "You never cease to amaze me with your sassy remarks girl. You are lucky for some damn reason I like you." Felicia responded to her as well. She took a step back allowing Ash to head towards Clarity, keeping an eye on them both. She would just watch and see what happened for now.

When the phone rang and an unknown number popped up, it meant one of two things. First it could mean someone finally tracked what happened to his wife and was contacting him about it, or Nick was calling him at long last. In the end it turned out to be the latter, thankfully. "The offer?" Slavko asked, pretending to be slightly confused. "Oh yes you are the man from earlier today! I am glad you called. So would you like to do coffee sometime? I have time tonight, or early tomorrow morning, though after that I am pretty busy for the next few days." Slavko lied to try to make Nick a little more desperate to take him up on the offer sooner rather than later.

Well she was trying to be helpful, and while it wasn't being received as well as she would hope, Felicia continued on. "While yours may not be life threatening, I worry about internal injuries as well as the external wounds. While I can't take care of the internal ones that well, at least let me help you with the external woulds, so things are at least a little better. My shoulder isn't that bad, it can wait without issue." Felicia told Clarity, as she cleaned the wound.

It was visible that she was getting a little irritated with
Clarity when the girl asked her next question. "Remember where we are. I just took the home of the shadowhunters. I am sure their water is filtered just find you you." She retorted. Would it kill the girl to show a little gratitude for saving her life? Instead she pissed off the Inquisitor more after he already wanted her head, complained about everything she did, and didn't even trust her enough to help her call for someone. This was ridiculous, she remembered why she never cared to have friends.

Meanwhile at the front door two wolves watched as Ash approached them. They silently listened to the man state why he was there before looking at each other and nodding in agreement. Without having to say anything to each other they understood each other knowing where they sat on the matter. The man to the left, the smaller of the two stepped aside opening the door for Ash to enter. He had to resist the urge to shift or bite off Ash's head for the comment about the leash. Instead he kept his words to a minimum. "Follow me, I will take you to the Alpha." He stated as he guided Ash up stairs to where Felicia waited.

    Glancing away from
Clarity as she heard a knock at the door, Felicia arose to greet her guest.
"He says he is here for the Ifrit." Her werewolf companion told hr before leaving the room to return to watch at the door.
"So I would assume you are this Ash person that Clarity spoke of, am I right?" Felicia questioned as she paced around Ash, examining him. Her eyes were cold, her stare deadly. She could play nice when she wanted to, but she did not trust strangers, and with more werewolves showing up any minute that she would have to deal with, she wanted to see where he would stand in all this. "Clarity is just over there, resting after her injuries, but first tell me, why should I trust you to get too close after I had to bale her out of the last mess. You see I don't like strangers, and she showed up to my home with one asking for help, and now we are here. You can understand my lack of trust for them, can you not?" Felicia stopped her pacing as she stood in front of Ash, her hand resting on the pommel of her sword.

The Vampire screeched in pain as Roxanne cut out the shape of each organ out on his skin. She was just preparing for something. She smiled as she took out chunks of skin at a time, opening the Vampire up a bit giving her space to remove the organs, one by one. If she did this right there she wouldn't have to make any more cuts. It was good practice and more importantly reminded her of a game that she played as a child instead of reminding her that she was killing someone.

With the parts of the skin removed Roxanne continued to get her hands dirty breaking ribs and removing bone shards followed by organs, starting from the least important one, to the most. She had barely gotten past cutting the skin off before the vampire passed out, making things a lot easier on her. She didn't care if it was awake or even alive any more, she just had to finish what she started. When all the organs were removed and in a neat pile next to the body Roxanne glanced around looking for old newspapers or any flammable garbage she could use. Given she was in an ally it didn't take too long to track down. She covered the body and organs before dropping a match onto it all. Roxanne did not stick around to watch the body burn, she did not care for such things.
