i think that code doens't include Glide MAX. and will not allow you to obtain it by usual means. So you hve to use a ability mod.

In megaman Command Mission, you can get ultimate armor after you defeat a really hard boss. Also you can get Zero's Absolute Zero which looks like a vampire xD
