She's a bit upset at something, so Silver's probably battling her to get her in a good mood again. Come over here and don't mind them," she said, dragging him away gently. May then heard Brendan complain about not liking battles. She tackled him and pinned his arms down. "What was that Brendan? Sorry, I didn't hear you. You DID say you like battles, RIGHT?" she asked with a creepy smile on her face. Brendan preferred contests, but May liked to give him a hard time for being a bit of a sissy at battling. "Right?" she asked once more.

I DO like Lyra, but Crystal's just the first female protagonist who deserved much more than being discarded for someone new.

Not the way they mentioned it in the dub. They just said Ash caught them when he went to the Safari Zone. They never mentioned anything else. If they had mentioned Dratini, then yes, it would have caused more issues.
I do not deny it. I don't like any if those other than DBZ, but I don't say "DBZ is better because..." As far as Pokémon, I have a favorite generation, but I like them all, some more than others. Digimon is just amazing and doesn't need disscussion. PERIOD. Brotherhood was better at following the story, FMA was better at changing it up. FMA in general = Win. I like Death Note, but neither L nor Light is my favorite. L is weird and Light is kind of a dick. So yes. I just enjoy the awesomeness.
