umm does it flash a blue screen really quick, if so then a part of your computer is broke
look to see if windows is preventing youtube to run flash player, that usualy is the problem
yeah same to me but im the one that fixed it, call the service tell them that i tunes does not work and they should fix it for you...i still hate Apple
