The minute I turned 18 my level of giving a **** and having ****s given about what I do decreased. I pretty much just say "HEY GUYS IM GOING HERE DONT MAKE ANY FOOD FOR ME CAUSE I WONT EAT IT" then proceed to not return until like 3 am. Also, I don't have a license or a job. I just have rich friends with cars, **** yeah.

1. Completely objective statement. Half the time people do these things with the intent of getting caught in the end, they only want to see how slow the staff are and how soon they can pick up their trail. 2. Staff don't continually check for banned member IP addresses, or any IP addresses for that matter. Banned members have come back and lasted quite a while before. 3. It's an older member. It's a safe assumption.

Who said anything about rules? However, since you brought it up, here is a "Rules of KHV" related scenario for you. Say a banned member makes an alt and is active for a few weeks. Say about a week or so into his/her little adventure, he/she PMs a member who know him/her in his/her previous incarnation, and informs them of his/her past alias. Now, let's say this member does absolutely nothing. She/he knows the rules have been broken, and she/he informs no one. Sheh/he acts as if this returning member is, in fact, a new face on the forums. Couldn't this member's lack of action be viewed as facilitation the return of a banned member because said member withheld information from our noble rainbow protectors?
One who does nothing can, in fact, be blamed for taking no action at all, being indecisive and being lazy.
