Walking onto his aerial vehichal alongside Light, Gilgamesh glanced over at Light as he wrote something down in the book of death. To his surprise he witnessed Weskers name being written in the Death Note. Witnessing such a betrayal Gilgamesh closed his eyes and let out a small chuckle "I was right in choosing you. You shall bring great forms of entertainment for me and ease away the boredom" Gilgamesh said as he walked to the throne of the ship and sat on it
Gilgamesh placed his hands in his pockets and looked upwards as the sirens went off in the aircraft "oh? and I had hoped that this thing would have survive much longer than this" Gilgamesh said as he glanced over at Light "well the shall we go then?" Gilgamesh said as he walked towards a nearby window and smirked as he snapped his fingers. The glass before him shattered and on the other side of what was once the window floated a giant golden ark known as the Vimana. Glancing over his shoulders he set his gaze over at Light "come if you will, this ship shall fall from the sky. You should feel honoured that the king is granting you passage on this golden ark" Gilgamesh said speaking highly of himself as usual OOC: Vimana's appearance Spoiler
"indeed though it will be quite annoying if that book of death should fall into the hands of mere filth. Your sight disgusts me mongrel" said Gilgamesh as his body slowly appeared beside Wesker with his arms crossed. Though he spoke to both of the two intruders his last remark was more to the red haired...person.

Paying little heed to the event earlier, Gilgamesh merely looked at the helicopter and raised an eyebrow in disgust "hmph such a small thing? hardly worthy of holding the king" Gilgamesh said closing his eyes as his body faded away into golden dust. For now he would remain in his spirit form and appear before them if needed or if he chose so

Suddenly Gilgamesh began to close his eyes and let out a loud and hearty laugh "This is too much. A mere mongrel dares say such ridiculous things. King of the universe? how utterly ridiculous" Gilgamesh said as he laughed harder and placed his hand on his forehead. For the greatest king to have ever lived, this man before him was nothing but trash. Though he did find the little girl with the title of king to be quite amusing
Gilgamesh scoffed at the words of the one above him "hmph a mere piece of trash dares to talk down to the king" Gilgamesh said as he placed his hands in his pockets and looked up at Dalek dully. "hmph such an eyesore. Hardly worthy of even one of my noble phantasm" Gilgamesh said in disgust

Gilgamesh merely kept his eyes closed with his smirk still on his face"you may refer to Gilgamesh, king of heroes" Gilgamesh said. Though he would have been insulted at the fact that these mongrels would dare point a weapon at him he felt forgiving. This world was different and thus he felt to forgive them for their ignorance of his greatness "I have no interest in harming this boy. On the contrary I am merely a sepectator willing to watch whatever may come" Gilgamesh said and grinned "If need be I will help protect the boy if I so feel to" Gilgamesh said
"how intriguing boy" Gilgamesh said decending upon the rooftop he stood upon and calmly landed near to Light "you interest me boy and are worthy of my attention" Gilgamesh said closing his eyes with a smirk "I shall accompany you and watch what unfolds" Gilgamesh said. His attention was soley on Light while he disregared the others at the moment
Upon hearing his mother’s words Legault merely let out an exasperated sighed. “oh dear and I worked so hard on that list. I poured my every being into getting said information for you mother” Legault said with an obviously faked sympathetic sigh, putting absolutely no effort in covering up this lie. Closing his eyes, his calm and relaxed smile soon crept across his face “nonetheless I understand completely mother. Evalotte has always been the perfect daughter, but…” Legault said as he turn away from his mother “you underestimate me dearly oh mother of mine” Legault said placing his hand in his jacket pocket. “I shall leave you now. Sitting on a throne and doing nothing must be very tiring indeed” Legault said calmly as he raised his other hand in farewell as he walked out. The moment he exited the throne room Legault opened his eyes and looked over at the closed doors of the throne room. A malicious grin crept across his face as he narrowed his eyes. Yes that’s it…keep on disregarding me…reject my words…think of me as a mere servant. Stay blinded by your greed and self superiority said the thoughts in Legault’s mind. Silently he continued on his walk. There was still the matter of a certain pawn he found interest. Control or no, Legault would find a way around it one way or another.
Gilgamesh's smile soon began to grow until he couldn't help himself. He placed his palm over his face and started to chuckle, which soon rose into pure laughter. He couldn't control himself as he found amusement from the words being said

"ahh so the killer has not died after all. And to think he is nothing more than a mere kid" said Gilgamesh with a smirk. Casually he sat ontop of the rooftop of the nearby house to the Yagami household. His red eyes locked on the one named Light. At his position his presence was easy to be noticed but he cared less about being seen. The action going on was most interesting
Silently Drake merely watched the conversation that was taken place. Keeping his arms crossed he raised an eyebrow at the professor. To fail a student for merely standing up for her desires was quite strange. This professor is he truly testing this girl Drake thought to himself as he glanced over at the girl. Sure enough what surprised him was the fact that the girl accepted the punishment and prepared to leave. What was to happen next would be decided by the professor. If the professor said nothing then Drake would have to break his silence and speak for the girl. He could not just let her walk out unfairly
