Midnight, I wish you all the best~
Abby was not having a good day and for once the 100 days couldn't be up fast enough. She just wanted to disappear, the ground to swallow her up whole as they mocked her. She'd not found anyone all day and had been completely unsuspecting when they'd found her. They'd managed to trap her and blocked all her escape routes. There was nothing she could do to escape their constant ridicule and mockery, how they made fun of her and told her she was worthless. She'd be dead soon enough and they could celebrate. She wondered if they'd treat her the same if they knew, not that she could tell them. But no, for now she just had to somehow survive this for the next however many days until it was all over.
Midnight comes to take you away to another world~
Negative Kelvin? How the fudge does that work?
Abby was so so scared. She'd somehow made it out alive and even managed to save dear Cherno but still two people had died. Just two like the email had predicted even though they'd all been so close to death. Made you realise your own morality and how fragile life was. Everything could be going along fine one moment, then the next...it was terrifying to think about. What were the limits to Crestatia's powers? She'd panicked and posted on tumblr, where fortunately both Tyler and Anthony had reassured her. That had helped a lot but still she was so on edge. She'd hardly got any sleep due to nightmares and she didn't know what to do. The morning came to bring her night of terror to an end and bring her one day closer to her death. After what had happened yesterday, all Cherno's plans had been put on hold. Well at least she hadn't had any texts to tell her otherwise so she guessed it was school as normal. Normal? She didn't know if it was even possible that anything could be normal right now. She rode quickly to school but was so careful not to take any risks. She didn't want to die just yet. Hopefully there would be someone there who she could talk to, hopefully Tyler would keep to his word. Right now she just wanted someone to hug her tightly and tell her everything was going to be okay. The chances of her getting that? Slim to none. She locked up her bike outside and slowly walked into school, hoping the day wouldn't be too bad. After yesterday, it shouldn't be too hard to top.
Okay, so I decided to discover the timer option on my camera and have a go at this~ Spoiler STOMP Spoiler Just gorming in my bright pink hoodie~ Spoiler Tasty~ (Kinda copying Misty more than Ross but ah well) Spoiler It's nearly Christmas and mine is purple because I'm cool like that.
No problem, I'm glad you got through in time.
Get to 100 Days ASAP, get out of there!!
10 Abby's head jolted upwards, she wasn't quite sure how she knew but she knew. Time seemed to slow down for her as she saw it all in horror. The thick strip of ice glistened on the road so prettily, but so deadly. It was almost surreal how she saw the gas truck hurtle round the corner so fast and out of control, straight towards Lacey's.Its blaring horn was so loud and clear yet everyone was so blissfully unaware on the pavement. Temperance was locked away in her car, oblivious to the immediate danger she was in and Cherno, closest to the curb, ignorant of the trouble he was in, but when it hit this entire place would blow. She would not have time to get Temperance's attention but there had to be something she could do. All this she saw in a split second before time caught up with her. For once Abby did not freeze, she was not quiet, she was the loudest she'd ever been, "RUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN" She screamed, just hoping they would hear her and move before it was too late. Nor was she still, she moved faster than she'd ever moved before, lunging forward to grab Cherno's shirt while simultaneously turning and dragged him away from the truck as she ran. They had to get out of here, now!! She ran so so fast, making as much noise, just hoping everyone would get the warning and be able to get away in time.
Midnight!!!!! May it bring you the best of luck on your new day!
Abby smiled as she turned to look at Anthony as he spoke to her, "Hey, no it's fine, I probably should of said something earlier. So are you alright?" She asked him with the most delicate of voices, a genuine care behind it. There was something so naive and innocent about that boy that made this whole thing so tragic, to think this would cut his life so short? He didn't deserve to die, he had so much more ahead of him and yet this had happened. It just seemed so unfair. Why had she chosen them? What had they done to make them have to die? Somehow she doubted she'd ever get answers to her questions.
"If you wouldn't mind, I'd be interested in getting involved too. I hate to miss school but yeah, I think right now this takes priority." Abby finally spoke up, though her voice was still so so quiet. She'd been paying attention ever since they'd stepped outside but only now had she gained enough confidence to actually speak. She quite liked these two despite not really having talked to them before. Neither could really be described as normal but she kinda liked that, they were interesting and out of this group she now found herself part of, ones she would be most interested in getting to know. On top of this, what was being proposed was a very interesting concept and it gave them the chance to discover more about this mystery. Sure she wanted to make the most of her time if it was very limited now but what would she really achieve at school? Getting to know these two more, might just be a worthwhile activity. Jonathan had now got in on it, she didn't mind him, he seemed like a nice enough guy but she didn't care too much for religion though. "...Just one thing, can we please avoid cafes? We don't seem to be having the best of luck with them. Also avoiding M and Temperance being anywhere near eachother might be a good idea." She asked, rubbing her neck before getting her phone out, "Swapping numbers also sounds like a smart idea." ...Well this was all provided they lived long enough to see tomorrow. Two people to die today and she felt so powerless to help. Could she be in the last few hours of her life?
I think there just might be, hey Loxare, do you mind going back to your old job for a moment to navigate us a route to this planet of snacks. Give me the directions and we'll be there in no time.
8,981,097,616 (aka 8.98 x 10^9, standard form is so much easier) Also, what?? 12 is the square root of 144. The square root of 12 is ~3.46 Hmm you can have the question I'm currently doing on my hw. Find dy/dx as a function of x and y when (1-x^2) tan^-1 y = 3
[/url] Abigail Grace, Medical Student, was doing her homework. So exciting. It needed to be done though, being a superhero didn't work as an excuse for not doing your work. She'd been busy enough as it was and she needed to get this done in the little time she had. Spirit, her alias, might be able to go off and save the world and heal everyone with a simple touch but unfortunately it wasn't that easy for Abigail Grace. It might seem a bit silly that someone with healing powers was studying medicine but for her it was the logical choice. It got her into hospitals where she could help people, it meant she understood what she was healing and if she ever lost her powers, she could still help (Not that she planned on losing them). Needless to say, there was more than their share of miracles at the Hospital she did work experience at. She was wearing earphones, of course, she always was of some form or another. Very few people had ever seen her ears or knew the true reason why she was always wearing them. Right now no music was playing as she worked hard to not get distracted from her work. Still her eyes kept drifting over to her phone, waiting for the smallest excuse to get distracted. She wondered when the next time she'd be needed with the Allies, it still seemed a little unreal being on a super hero team, like a child's dream. Bet in that dream they never thought that superheroes would have to do homework. But still here she was, she just hoped she could be of use to the team since her powers weren't exactly offensive.
Never, they're going in opposite directions. Or something to that effect.
There goes our last food supply~ We really need to do a food raid.
Granted. *hugs*
Abby didn't know what to do. She'd been quiet, carefully listening to everybody's contributions and figuring them all out in her mind so she didn't say anything stupid. Then without warning it had all kicked off, Cherno had suddenly freaked out...over germs? She wasn't really sure. Either way, he'd suddenly panicked and had to go outside. What was she supposed to say to him? She still didn't really understand why he'd done that but honestly they were all on edge after that email and she didn't think any worse of him. It had caused her to retreat back into her shell though. Then Temperance. Need any more be said? She was being a *****, as usual, firmly cementing Abby's hate for her. She was being so mean and horrible again, sure M & Cherno had reacted a lot but given the stress they were under it was understandable, she wouldn't blame them for it. Temperance's comments were completely unnecessary, Abby almost wanted to cheer when M ripped into the *****, if she hadn't been busy internally panicking about what to do. She wanted to do something, anything but she was terrified of them turning on her. She played out so many scenarios in her head, mostly ending badly, but in reality she didn't say a word or move. She was simply reduced to watching the fight in terror so powerless to do anything. She got out of the cafe as soon as she could, not wanting to spend another moment in there, this was not what she'd expected happening when she skipped school to do this.
Midnight comes to grant you all your wishes~ ...within reason.
