You don't have to talk to Cid a second time. You can actually just go to the Second District, defeat some Heartless, run back into the shop, followed by Sora leaving the shop and Ta-Dah! You get to fight Leon. Dual Wielder PM me that he also wanted to know where to find Leon during Traverse Town 2nd Visit so I'll just post how to get to him here. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong: At the end of the Second District Alleyway, there are these bars. If you look carefully just outside these bars, there should be a red Trinity mark. You can only speak to Leon after you have the ability to activate red Trinity marks. After that, just go inside and you should be able to find him without too much difficulty.
It is possible...it will just require alot of skill, a cheating device and patience. I'm going to close this since the question has basically being answered.

As numerous members said or perhaps implied before me, they are just being lazy. They'll most likely stop doing this Computer/IM lingo once they realise they aren't getting any smarter or when their grades are dropping dramatically.
