My point was with Justin Bieber's case, he gets the benefit of the doubt nine times out of ten from his fans, if not more than that. If someone in your school, town etc goes racing in a rented Lambo while under the influence generally people will think very bad things about that person. He however gets a slap on the wrist simply because of his fame and popularity. Sure he can get in trouble with the law just as much as anyone else can. I mean if you go illegally racing in a car worth more than most people's houses, you draw a lot of attention to yourself. Most of that attention is negative, and sure maybe his fans thought that was a dumb move. However they still support him in an almost cult like fashion. Even you have defended him. If we as a society are going to judge people based on their actions, we should do it without a bias on equal terms. Since this isn't happening and hasn't happened in a very long time if ever, this will unfortunately be another reason why equality will never be reached. Not at this rate anyways. I compared him to Hitler as both a joke, and an exaggeration to get reactions. I for one am very passionate about this as it gets very annoying hearing someone back this guy up with their lives, yet the stoners in your highschool get treated poorly or even that "D-bag" who drives to fast. (I am also aware that you aren't in highschool, I was merely using it as an example to anyone who reads this) Double standards suck people. We should all be able to 420blzitup whenever we want without judgement, and if we are going to judge people for it. Judge everyone.
