quick way to lvl it up is get your 3 time abilitys then go into sephiroths pit, stay in the area jsut before the point of no return and you will lvl them up fast.

actually its really easy just get mime and counter x8 use ungarmax make sure you have barrets ultimate weapon. make sure cloud has speed shoes on and make him use hero drink off the bat on barret, then make barret use ungarmax, barret will get hit then unleash 8 more ungarmaxes and kill him.
