I'm pretty sure Kagato is right there. As for the name thing, it'd be hard to turn the name "Kairi" into one with changed lettering with an X in there and still make it sound good. Although, I did look up "Namine" and "Kairi" on Google for name meanings and here's what I got. "Kairi" means "Sea village" while "Nami" means "wave". I hope that makes sense and helps at least a little bit.
Not exactly a "loop hole" there's a very limited number of artists I can go with now... but I figure I can do ones that would be under the radar....

Yuna looked over at Leon. A small smile came on her face a bit as she removed her hand from Leon's forehead and started raising upwards so Leon wouldn't get her. "Does dis mean I get to see him back when he was cute?"
Yuna looked up at Vexen, keeping her hand on Leon's forehead. "What is it, Vexen?"
Yuna glanced at Sephiroth and then back at Leon. Quietly she put a hand on Leon's forehead to check his temperature. "hm..."
Yuna floated into the room, her feet barely even touching the ground. "What's going on?" Noticing Leon, she immediately flew over to him. "What is it, Weon?"
Olette yanked some grass out of the ground. "I don't think dey would go that far.... besides, de only one dey would blame is Hayner, so you're safe, Pence." Olette looked up at Pence and smiled like she was just joking around.
Olette sighed exasperatedly as she plopped down into the grass next to Hayner. "Dat's not what I meant..."

Well in some of the cut scenes when a character would say Xion's name they would pronounce it more like "she-on" at least that's how it sounds to me.
Well, they're not 100% certain if they're even going to make a KH3, although I hope they do even if it's not going to be on the PS2. I can't really blame them, though. Not only is Square Enix busy with Kingdom Hearts, but they have their hands full with Final Fantasy too, which FF fans are being just as demanding for new games as KH fans are, which some kind of welded together into being both FF fans and KH fans, but that's not the point. Square Enix is in charge of 2 huge-hit game series and both series are time-consuming in making new story lines, character designs, settings, the actual making the game, etc. That's a lot on their plates and the fans are being extremely demanding, which just adds more weight. I doubt there is going to be a KH3 since Sora pretty much has his "happily ever after" so there's basically nothing left. Unless they made it where it's another group of people, another person who gets a Keyblade and then has to fight the Heartless... but then it would just become like Final Fantasy in making games for ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.... and I digress.
