ok so i am to understand that i get the two-hits and i use time, and my idea where i use time, but i cant attack because it drains me right? that seems resonable right?

but wouldnt that send you and the victum into a time zone together? thats not much of a change....... however what if the time power can DRAIN you instead? like say your going to get hit, but you stop time, the time power can slowly drain you leaving you UNABLE to attack but getting away instead....
