Sorry this isn't too organized, its been awhile since I tried to create an original RP.

Story:
Centuries ago, a hero called the Elemental Warrior saved everyone and everything from destruction. Thanks to him, the world was at peace, but peace would not last. Five years later, the hero vanished and his power sources, the elemental orbs, were scattered all around the world and hid themselves.

Since the great hero was gone, people began searching for the orbs. Every orb except the orbs of light and darkness were found. The orbs of fire, wind, earth, metal, nature, water, ice, lightning were constantly being fought over and used in wars. The world seemed as if it would be destroyed until a man by the name of Dole found the orb of darkness.

With this new power, he gathered his own followers and started conquering nation by nation. Every new nation he conquered gave him a new orb, which increased his power. Soon he had conquered a whole continent.

Dole set up a new government, and made himself the king. He called this new nation The Dole Empire. He based the capital, called Dole, in the middle of the country. Around the capital he made 8 buffer zones, each with a trusted noble as a buffer zone leader. He let these nobles run their buffer zone how they like, and if they retaliate, he would just take them out of power and insert a new leader. Each noble has one of the elemental orbs. *except darkness*

The world is also at Dole's mercy because of the orbs. Day by day, people worry that he will expand and take over the world, but there is hope. They say who ever finds the orb of light could save the world...

So what is your role in this world? A loyalist to Dole, a rebel, another nation's leader, or the chosen one to find the orb? We shall find out...

History: Grew up as a Dole loyalist but never liked the guy. When his father, who was currently a buffer noble, was excuted for high treason, Drake gained a new desire to kill Dole for it. He replaced his father as the noble and gained the fire orb.

History: Alaric's father was a noble but was killed by someone trying to get the orb of lightning. When his older brother became a noble and replaced their father he betrayed Alaric and put a reward on his head thinking that Alaric would soon kill him for the orb. He was forced to go into hiding, because of it he has started hating life. He hates having to help others but will usually do it anyways because of his conscience.

History: After rising to the surface, Vallyn the Dark Elf searches for a place in the world for himself. Naturally, he is Lawful Evil, having intentions of his own benefit, while regarding everything and everyone respectfully. He does not care if someone or something dies, but does if they were never given a chance to actually live or is attacked by a large group. Not really a good character, Vallyn, himself, would kill anyone who makes him seem inferior or almightily good. He wears enchanted anklets and bracelets, enchanted leather armour, and wields two enchanted swords, a bow, and multiple arrows. His piwafwi, enchanted as the Drow custom, hides him in perpectual darkness. His infravision gives him an upperhand in darkness.
Currently has the fire orb and has control over the fire zone.
