Like what she said you only get 7 orichalcum+ at certain locations. Once you have all 7 all you need are some materials for things. Once you have the synthesis items, have a serenity crystal (like she said) use it to lessen the amount of needed synthesis items like O+ will reduce to 7 instead of it being 13
