It's awesome, but needs more Ox and muzeONE.
I'm starting to think this isn't going to go anywhere. Everyone is constantly finding things to disagree with, and if they do disagree they shun the entire idea without putting forth any alternatives or suggestions of their own. This was a hopeless endeavor from the beginning.

Where The Hell Am I?: The Game
I don't know, I personally think anything less than 3,000 is too easy considering a lot of people already have 2k+ posts, or are very close to that milestone.
Both would be amazing, but if I had to choose just one I would go with Bayonetta. There's only one game in the series and I'd love to see more of it. But still, it's been a while since a Viewtiful Joe game was released and I kinda miss 'em.
This is the exact mindset we want to (re)inspire in every other user as well. We don't want people to spam, and I have faith they won't. I also have faith that the activity will not die out after some members reach the new usergroup, because I believe once we get the activity flowing again it will continue for a very long time.
If I hear this one more time I think I'm just going to explode Why is everyone so hard pressed to believe this Do you want an active forum again or not The idea is to get people to post more, to make the forum boom with activity and flourish. We can't just make this happen by asking and pleading, people need incentive and purpose. Noble is that incentive. It encourages you to post more and take part in forum discussions, to share your thoughts, beliefs and opinions. If you do this, if you can devote yourself to this ideal, you will eventually be rewarded with a whole new fleet of rewards and perks.
Forgetting that most discussion of names and colors was dropped many pages ago. That makes sense, and that's how it was originally going to work out, but it's impractical to create a whole new usergroup for each tier. I personally think that will just confuse newer members, and it won't encourage activity. It encourages you to post until you grab the perk you want. Once you've achieved that you'll just go back to forever posting in the Spam Zone. It would be much simpler and easier to just have an entire new usergroup full of perks, rewards, and benefits for staying devoted and keeping the forum alive.
I listen to a looot of Asian artists and composers. Not just because of their ethnicity, though. That seems foolish to me. Here are some of my favorites~ Glen Check Perfume Gackt the GazettE Dir en Grey capsule
I can't say I didn't see this coming. The F2P model with a cash shop has become a very popular system among MMOs. I might actually play The Old Republic when this launches. I've never been too big on subscriptions. They usually make me feel like I'm forced to play almost every single day or else I'm wasting it.
Oh man, I absolutely love French, Swedish, and Russian accents. Sometimes I wish I had an older friend who was Russian just so I could always have a big, burly man with a Russian accent around. That'd make my life so perfect. I actually love Australian accents on girls with soft spoken, cute voices. Something about it just makes my heart melt. One accent I can't stand is Jamaican accents, but it might just be the way they talk. :x
So you voted no because it wasn't exactly the way you wanted it?
We have no idea. It's really up to the staff.
Poll added to the OP.
I just want to let everyone know that it isn't that Rainshine and I have some kind of superiority complex, it's just that we've been working together with the staff on this. We've been throwing ideas and suggestions back and forth, and they've been relaying their feedback to us. It really means nothing and I apologize if we come off as '******y'.
Guys, having a signature perk for the third tier wouldn't make sense. The second tier is already a signature increase, it could just be bundled up with that if need be. If only we could have customizable user titles, then it'd be so much easier to decide on a third tier perk.
