Illiana nodded her head as Pagos shook his head at her offer. She took another sip of tea and as she did, Pagos had revealed a very interesting detail. "You're not the only one who's thought they lost someone only to find that they're still alive. One of our own, Avra, has two sisters who both thought she was dead until recently. Atmos and Aster. I believe you've heard of them." The girl almost spit out her drink over the shock of it. She put down her teacup as she was processing this new information. Illiana took a deep breath before speaking. "Avra.....I'll definitely keep that noted. Thanks. It's like they say 'Help can come from unexpected places' or in this case 'unexpected people'." Illiana poured herself a bit more tea. She put her thumb under her chin as the rest of her fingers laid on her lips as she was pondering for a few moments. "It's starting to make a bit more sense but I doubt she could've known that much. Still doesn't answer some of my other questions but as long as one question gets answered then I should be able to decrypt the rest." She sighed before she sipped her tea. Pagos then folded his arms. Illiana sat up a bit straighter as she awaited for the boy's next words. Though she had a gut feeling this wasn't going to be good. "I suppose I can arrange for you and him to speak with each other but Koa's dedicated to this cause. He sees that this is more important than anything else." Illiana sighed before looking at her locket again. "Can't say I'm surprised. Though I doubt all the pieces are lining up." Illiana looked at Pagos as he had more to say. "Darkness will soon consume everything if it is not wiped out from the realms. No amount of wishful thinking and ignorance will change that." Illiana nodded her head in agreement. "Koa's on our side because he, like myself, believe it is the only way to save this realm. So if you're hoping to persuade him to go anywhere with you, don't get your hopes up. If anything you'd have better luck convincing the Light Chaser to join his side." Illiana went silent for what seemed to be a few moments but immediately broke through said silence. "I know.....I'm his sister. I should know my own brother better than anyone...." She paused before sighing. "Well, the second person to know him better than anyone else. His fiancee has that top spot and is keeping a tight hold on it." She chuckled softly before sighing again. She looked at Pagos before asking a question. "How much of this whole situation has your 'Master' told you? Cause I can almost guarantee you he's definitely hiding a couple things from you. Especially you, since you're so young." She laced her fingers together as her chin rested upon them. "I'll let you in on something that maybe you might know or perhaps you don't know." She paused before continuing. "If you guys get rid of all, and I mean all, darkness in the realms...... You'll be eliminating more innocent people than the Light Chaser is telling you, if he's telling you at least." Illiana lifted her head and stared straight into Pago's eyes. "If the Light Chaser succeeds with his plans......an entire race of people could be in grave danger or worse......go extinct." Illiana put away the tea set before looking back at Pagos. "There are innocent people that done nothing wrong to you, your friends, your master, or this realm." She paused. "Do you really want to be held responsible for killing so many innocent people? I don't want you to bear something like that when you're so young. You have your whole life ahead of you. I'm saying this because I've been in a similar position....Not exactly this similar but I can definitely tell you this...." Her hands immediately turned into fists before taking a deep breath. "I have so many corpses under me that I'm drowning in it. I can't even tell you how many lives I've taken with these two hands. I've been robbed of just about my entire childhood all the way until I was 16 or 17. I don't want the same thing to happen to you or any others that are just about your age." She closed her eyes as the sounds of war echoed in her ears. She shook her head as if to rid herself of those horrid memories. "I'm not telling you to change sides but I am telling you to really think about what I've said and what we've talked about. Really think about what you're doing.....There's a balance to everything in the cosmos. You can't have one without the other." She looked at Pagos once more. "Let Koa know I'll be right here. He and I have a lot to catch up on but.....Pagos...." Illiana paused before reaching into her pocket. She took the boy's hand and placed something in it before closing it. "It's a good luck charm. It's a dragon claw necklace. Its helped me through some tough times and I'm sure it'll help you. If Koa finds you good in his books....then that means you're good in my book." She smiled before ruffling his hair. "Once you find Koa tell him I'll be here. Which reminds me..." Illiana pointed over at the ice wall Pagos made earlier. "Folks are gonna get really curious if that stays up for too long." She chuckled a bit as she looked at the ice.
Illiana sipped on her tea as the boy sat down with her. The boy scratched his chin as he noted an observation he made about her. "Interesting...I was expecting you to be more violent given the temper of yours I was informed about. I shall have to make a note of this for later." She sighed before putting the teacup back on the small plate. She shook her head before looking at the boy. "Whoever told you that was telling you nothing but lies. I have my moments of tension but enough to be a recurring situation? Definitely not." Illiana picked up her teacup once more and took another sip of tea. "You know you're more than welcome to have some tea? Which brings me back to a prior question." She paused then continued. "You got a name I can call you by or what?" The boy then answered. "Ah. Of course. I guess you wouldn't know me just by looking at me. My name is Pagos." Pagos curiously looked over the entire table and as well as the chairs. "Curious about this little set-up?" She chuckled before explaining it. "It's not that complex. Don't go digging too deep. It's a pretty simple spell. Learned it from my father. He called it his special 'Dine and Dash' spell. It comes in handy though." Illiana chuckled once more over the fond memories behind the spell. Illiana ran her finger over the photos in the locket. Pagos had then asked her as he glanced at her locket. "Hm. I'll humor you but I don't suppose this is about you wanting to switch sides, is it?" She remained silent as she shook her head 'no' slowly. She took a deep breath before passing the locket to Pagos. On one side of the locket was a picture of her, Koa, and her parents and on the other side was a photo of her and her brother and what had appeared to be a swing. Koa was sitting on the swing while Illiana had her arms wrapped around his neck from behind with nothing but pure, genuine smiles on their faces. "What do you see when you look at these photos, Pagos?" She took another sip of tea as she went silent for a few moments. After some moments of silence wafting through the air, Illiana broke the silence. "I see a family that knew struggles but kept looking on the bright side and adapted. A family that trusted one another and shared almost everything with one another." She laced her fingers together and squeezed them. "A family that would got to hell and back if it meant to save their family." She took a deep breath before continuing. "This was never about taking sides and fighting against some force. This, for me, was about solving the mystery of my missing brother and who caused this pain and suffering to our family and his beloved!" She slammed her fists down on the table before taking a deep breath. "You have to understand that Koa has been missing for two years. My family have grieved and suffered for those two years at the thought we would never see him again." Illiana took another sip of tea. "And now I hear from a complete stranger that my little brother is alive and well? I thought it was a joke but...there he was.....and went and scarred my shoulder and side." She lowered the sleeve of her left shoulder just enough to see the scar. She paused before continuing. "It's a scar that is punishment for not keeping my brother safe...." Illiana lifted her sleeve back up. "Pagos.....if you know where he is, I need you to tell me. At least give me the chance to really sit down and talk to my brother, face-to-face." Illiana looked at Pagos straight into his eyes while her eyes could only paint just a bit of the suffering she had gone though these past couple years. "I can't go home. Not without him and not without talking to him. Please.....I.....just want to talk to him again......"

Illiana kept walking through the alleys to find her way back to the streets. As she saw a way back to the streets, she kept walking until she felt the air grow cold. "Well this is can only mean one thing." Illiana sighed as a wall of ice grew in front of her. As she stood there, a voice called out from behind her. "You're Koa's sister, correct?" "And here I thought this weather was going to be really nice." Illiana sighed before turning around. "I suppose Koa didn't send you as a messenger." She sighed then continued. "Oh well. What's this about?" Pagos then spoke. "Don't worry. I'm not here to kill you. Koa would never forgive me if I did something like that." Illiana waited for moment before summoning her keyblade. After several moments of silence, she tossed her keyblade to the ground. "Neither am I. I'm not one for fighting a child even if they're stronger than me. Besides, all this fighting is getting kind of annoying." She folded her arms before shrugging. "You know me but what's your name? What do you need?" Pagos continued. "You're not doing anything but getting in the way, Illiana. Why don't you head on home and your brother will meet you there when this is all over. Trust me, it'd be easier for you." Her eyes widen for a moment before her face continued to remain blank and calm. She tried to not clench her fists but felt her hands make fists. "That's what you want to do anyway? Ignore everything around you that doesn't concern your family, right?" Illiana clenched her fists right then and there. She took a deep breath before her fists returned to being her hands. "I see you've done a bit of your homework." She laughed for a moment before opening her umbrella. She reached into it and pulled out a table and a tea set. She set up two chairs and two tea cups as well as a plat of cookies. Illiana sat down and poured herself some tea. She looked over to Pagos. "Just humor me. Besides I have a question of my own if you'll humor me. I promise you I mean no harm." Illiana looked into her teacup before closing her eyes. She took a deep breath before placing her locket on the table. "This is a bit more complicated than how simple you want this to be." Illiana took a sip from her tea as she looked at Pagos.

Illiana stopped in her tracks as she heard Chrys' voice. She turned around and spoke. "What now?" She lifted both palms up in annoyance. Chrys went off on Illiana for her careless choice. She should've stayed back? She's making herself an easy target? Like she cared about any of that BS. Illiana folded her arms as she listened. The next words that came out of her mouth were ones that Illiana was not really impressed by. Professor Garlic? Ko-star? Illiana sighed. "Really? Garlic? You can come up with something better." She paused. "My brother has more common sense than that. I know he'll listen. The circumstances prior to this was inconvenient. You don't know my brother like I do. It's not about standing on even ground with him. It's about trying to get him to open his eyes and think about his decisions." She looked away before opening up her locket. "Even if he doesn't come home with me....As long he's willing to listen and talk with me. That's more than enough." Illiana closed her locket before walking up to Chrys. She leaned in and spoke in a low hushed tone. "I'll let you in on a little secret." The girl paused and then continued. "I was never here to go on this crusade of justice and all that nonsense. I could care less about the Mark of Mastery or what'll happen to the worlds. I'm not risking coming out of hiding to do this crap." She pulled away before continuing. "My brother is at the top of my priorities and that's that." Determination lied within her eyes but it was also if guilt was lying underneath that determination as well. Illiana's eyes went over to Take as he chimed in the conversation. He had said not to rush into things and to wait until they had a better plan put together. "I know you wanna get your brother and all but wouldn't it be better for you to do when we have a better plan put together and you aren't running off the initial energy rush of 'oh he's here'?" Illiana sighed before looking away. Take then continued, offering his help and the others' help as well. Illiana couldn't do that. She could never rely on another's help. Not with the track record she's had in the past. She shook her head before walking to the boy. She bent over to ruffle his hair before speaking. "Sorry kid but this is something that's not for you or anyone else to deal with. Koa's my problem and this will stay my problem. You don't need to get involved." Illiana stopped before speaking to the group. "I'm going after him regardless. Besides, I got my communicator. I'm not that stupid. This isn't my mission and besides it's not like you guys are that fond of me so you guys'll be fine. Just let me take care of my business and you take of yours and everyone'll be happy. Cool? Good talk." With that, Illiana walked off in search of her brother.
Illiana crossed her arms and sighed while rolling her eyes at Gladio's sarcasm. As Gladio answered Chrys' question, something he said had definitely piqued her interest. "As for the other one? Yeah. Gave me the pleasure of learning his name too. Koa. Koa Salamander if I heard him right." Illiana felt Tinarah's eyes on her. She decided to cut the long moment of silence. "It's pronounced Salavic." She paused before unfolding her arms and looked right into Gladio's eyes. "The other one is Koa Salavic. And the girl you're talking to right now happens to be his older sister. So you're gonna tell me where you last saw him. Got it?" Illiana walked up to Gladio trying to get the information out of him. "Just point me the direction you last saw him and we'll be fine." Illiana looked into his eyes again before backing up. She took a deep breath before looking at her bracelet. She placed her other hand over it before looking at the others. "I'm taking a detour." Illiana paused and then continued. "New plan. You guys go on ahead and find that material and for god's sake don't draw unneeded attention. Especially away from the CEO's new bodyguards. I'm gonna go have a much needed chat with my little brother. I'll catch up with you guys eventually." Illiana reached into her umbrella until she pulled out a small satchel. She puts away her umbrella and put her satchel around her. "Gladio. Where did you last see him?" Illiana looked back at Gladio before walking away.
Luna summoned Maximus!
Luna used Barrier Surge!!
Illiana looked around her as the wall of ice surrounded her. She looked over only to see Tinarah spring into action with keyblade in hand. She looked behind her and then in front of her in shock. "Wait. Wha-.." She paused before shouting. "Hey!!! Get back here!!!!" This was simply not her day. Once the wall came down and the enemy was gone, a stranger had then walked over, having caught wind of Tinarah's little outburst. Illiana had then sighed before face-palming. "So much for not drawing attention..." Illiana sighed again as soon as Tinarah followed the stranger. "If someone told her once, then someone else is gonna kidnap her 100 more times for her to learn....." She took a moment to take a couple deep breaths. "Just remember it could be worse.....I could probably be dealing with the matter of due paperwork.......Actually.......No......Don't feel like dealing with putting that other name on the paperwork and explaining it to the association." Illiana looked over at the stranger and the group as they started following him. She caught up to them looking over to Tinarah and then talking to her in a hushed tone. "Listen...I get it....12 year old suddenly turned 18....Though that doesn't excuse for not learning something called 'common-" Illiana looked ahead and stopped mid-sentence as the stranger revealed his name. Illiana went silent for a few moments as she listened to Gladio as he explained the Gigas and the chasers that were backing that CEO. Illiana was the first to speak up. "We're basically dealing with stolen tech." She folded her arms before a smirk crept on her face. "Can't say I haven't dealt with something like this but that's not to say I don't welcome it." Gladio had then asked as to what brought them to the Gigas. "As far as you know, we're not from around here either. As for the Gigas, just a little detour. I can safely say one of us isn't a big fan. As long as it doesn't get in my way, it's nothing more than a squeaky toy." Illiana then put a hand on her hip and dropped the other to her side. "As for the CEO's new security guards, a new plan will need to be made. And no, striking them head-on in anger isn't a plan. It's just stupid." She turned her head a bit to addressed the group. "How about we start by getting out of the alleyway that screams 'We're definitely not up to no good'?" She folded her arms again.
Luna used Stopga!
Illiana looked over at the sign that said something about showcasing something called a Gigas. Once Fost was done talking, Illiana followed the others to where the showcase was being held. She looked over at Tinarah as she had asked her if she was going to be able to handle her brother. Illiana looked forward and closed her eyes before opening them and giving her answer. "It's not if I'm gonna be able to handle him. The matter is if he's willing to have a conversation with his dear old sister." Illiana looked at her bracelet before grabbing her shoulder. "I'm not gonna let these scars be gained for nothing." Illiana walked ahead and looked around the showcase before looking over to Chrys as she had spat out a name. "Oh please don't tell me they're here already....Arydn's enough but I rather not add this." Illiana sighed before looking to the others. "For now, let's not to try and draw attention to ourselves." Illiana looked at the Gigas and had an immediate bad feeling about it but she decided to keep quiet about it for now.

Luna smiled as Beuce apologized. "Sorry Luna. Didn't mean to make you worried, but i'm glad to see you're alright too." She nodded her head before responding. "Just don't do that again and you can consider yourself forgiven." She giggled before hearing voices, several of them. "What's going on?!" Luna stepped back a bit before seeing some familiar faces fall down in front of her. "Oh my goodness!! Is everyone alright?!?!" Luna then went around to check for any injuries before hearing an argument burst out. She looked over to see two young boys arguing with one another. Just then, a ghostly wail could be heard. The two boys argued once more before one of them ran off. "Wait!! Hold on!!" She then looked to the other boy. Luna walked over to him and rested a hand on his shoulder. She squatted down to eye level and smiled. "Your friend is in trouble right?" She paused then continued. "And you want to help them right?" Luna paused once more. "Then that alone makes your heart much stronger. What makes a strong heart isn't just physical strength or saying your heart is strong. It's about what drives you to see a new day. What pushes you to be a better you than you were yesterday or the day before. Think about what’s most important to you. What is your heart telling you?” Luna looked back to where the boy ran off and where Beuce ran off. She then looked back at him. "You know your friends better than we do. I want to help you and your friends as much as I can. What do you wish to do? What does your heart say?" She reached out her hand and smiled at the boy once more.
Illiana kept calm as Ardyn had made his appearance. He had said a few words here and there but Illiana didn't really pay much attention to him. Once he had left, Tinarah, Take, and Chrono made their comments, Chrys then had said something that piqued Illiana's interest. "The chasers are here, I think." She looked at the girl before looking at her bracelet. She then whispered to herself. "Dammit...It's like he knew he was gonna be here." She sighed before walking over to Chrys. "Are we talking all of them or a group or individual in particular?" Illiana crossed her arms as she was trying to assess the situation. Before Illiana could think any further, the chimes of several communicators sounded off. "Oh what now?" Illiana reached into her pocket and put an earpiece that was connected to her communicator on. She put two fingers to it to answer. "What do you want now?" Fost had then responded, passing on a warning to the group. "Due to your idle chatter I neglected to mention a reminder for you all. The Council may allow Chrysanthemum to join your mission but she is not to be left alone with Takehiko at any time." Illiana pulled the earpiece a bit away from her as the volume of Fost's voice hurt her ear. "Hey Frosty the Snowman!! How about using something called your indoor voice?! 'Kay? Cool." Before Illiana could hang up, she decided to bring up another topic of interest. "While I still have you here....little lamb here says the chasers are here. Want us to avoid them or take up a plan of our own with them?" Illiana looked to Chrys as she ask Fost her question.
ATLUS HAS GIVEN ME MY BIRTHDAY GIFT!!! Also nuuuuuuuuuu. I need mah dose of Ryuji and Futaba xD
Illiana followed the others until she found herself in a city. "Not quite like Stella Nihil but it still has that city air." Illiana opened her umbrella and kept following the others. Tinarah and Chrono were discussing with one another. Illiana kept looking around until Chrono asked the group. "This is your home not ours. We don't know where we're going so not like we have much choice." Illiana shrugged her shoulders as she gave her opinion on it.
Luna brought her hands together as she watched over Beuce and Stratos as they haven't woken up yet. Aux and Karina had left in search of the others. She closed her eyes and prayed for their quick recovery. After awhile, Beuce was the first to wake up. Luna smiled as a sigh of relief left her lips. Beuce ran over to Stratos and he too had woken up. Another sigh of relief left Luna as she ran over to them. "Oh thank goodness you two are alright!!" Luna ran over to the two with Jiminy on her shoulder. She then put her hands on her hips as she glared at the two. "You two had me worried sick!!!" Her face relaxed as she placed a hand on Beuce and Stratos' shoulder. "I'm just glad you guys are okay. Don't do that again alright." Luna smiled before catching the two up on the events that have happened thus far. "I only just got here with Aux, Karina, Beuce, and Steel. Aux and Karina went to go catch up with the others. They've went deep into this whale. I wanted to stay behind to make sure you guys were okay. If you guys want to run ahead, they went through there." Luna then pointed to the direction Aux and Karina took. "I would take a few moments to catch your breath before running ahead. You guys did just wake up."
Illiana walked into her room to prepare for the mission. Before grabbing any necessary items, she decided to lay down on her bed for a moment. She stared up at the ceiling before reaching into her nightstand and pulled out what seemed to be a phone or communication device. She stared at for a few minutes. The little charm on her umbrella popped off and jumped onto her nightstand. "Milady, maybe it would be wise to inform your parents that you are alive. Word will spread of your return. You can't stay in hiding for much longer..." Illiana sighed before sitting back up. "I.....I know....I just....I can't come out of the shadows just yet......I need more time Seirei....I need a little more time..." Illiana sighed once again before dropping the phone and her head. Seirei looked at her with concern. "But your parents should know at least. They deserve to know that you and milord are alive and well." Illiana shook her head. "No...If they find out about the conflict that's rising between us...I don't want even imagine that sight....I just have to figure out how to get Koa away from that lunatic's grasp." Illiana laid back on her bed and sighed before standing up and leaving her device back on her bed. She then proceeded to prepare her things. Before she left, she picked up a photo of her and her brother making peace signs at the camera with a big and warm smile on their faces. "I've lost just about everything.....If you leave me and I lose you......I don't know what I'll do....." Illiana placed the picture back down before taking another picture and placing it in her father's journal before putting it in her umbrella. Illiana walked out of her room and made her way back to her group. She opened her umbrella and placed it on her shoulders. "Alrighty. I'm good to go. I got what I need. Who's ready to head out?"
