Everette nodded pulling out a bottle from his backpack filling it with water to be tested later. "It is quite unfortunate the state of your town. We will do everything we can." But mirror magic was useless here. He wasn't able to do all that much to help the town and it felt horrible. "Is there a way to get to the river that this water comes from, it will be good to have samples from numerous points, check the change in condition of water from one to the next." Everette asked, wondering if something in the soil could be getting into the underground water supply. He didn't want to test all the soil though unless he knew since it would be a large area to cover. Pulling out a pen he marked the bottle that he had first. "Of course that can wait until later, at least after we took at where you store the rain water as well." Everette added since that was likely in town. May as well check out everything close by before he started to jump around and look into everything. And with the river being fifteen miles out, he might not get there and back in an hour, meaning he would need to meet with Conrad and Samuel before he left for it.

Placing a finger to her chin, Thea thought over the plan for a trail. "Well I can always get a bag of... um... rice! Yeah rice. I will get rice and then I will cut a small hole in the bag and then even if that stupid magic works to some extent, but I don't think it will, then you can follow the trail of rice." Thea suggested gleefully as she turned to Gavin who was still worrying. "I don't mind, do whatever you think we need to. We just need it to work after all." Thea told him not really in a position to deny his suggestion anyways.

The teen boy lead them to an inn where Thea insisted on taking her own room. After all she didn't want to sleep with stinky boys. Whether or not they would let her keep her own room when they went to bed was another story, but she at least had to try for now. After setting up their rooms however they then ran off to the town hall to meet with the kids, getting ready to eat dinner. The woman watching them reminded her of one of her old nannies and Thea wasn't too fond of it. Far too stuck up and strict. Thea tried to ignore it however as she turned to the older boys.
"So what are we going to ask the kids?"

The door slammed open and Tinarah's hand tensed on her keyblade, expecting the worst. Instead however she found Boreas standing over her, carrying Master Gero with him. They needed to go, sure, but that was easier said than done. Planting her keyblade in the ground Tinarah used it to help get herself to her feet, her legs shaking terribly as she managed to stand. A wave of black came over her vision and Tinarah braced her free and on the wall, waiting for it to pass. It took a moment but her vision returned and she offered Boreas a nod as she stepped out behind him.

Boreas kept a good pace, but Tinarah lagged behind a bit. She her run was barely a run and she found herself using her keyblade for support. The stairs became daunting as she started down them, trying to hurry and avoid the battle behind them. She wasn't ready to give up and die here, she had to keep going, but she was struggling to do such things. The lack of rest, the single meal, the near starving herself to death, and the running around it took a toll on the girls body, something that no matter how much her mind didn't want to give in, her body was not giving her much of a choice as she stumbled down the last few stair, only catching herself from falling by planting her keyblade in the ground. She was already out of breath as she reached out for Boreas, making sure he didn't leave her behind. Her mind told her it was best that she let Boreas go ahead and save Gero, save the important one without her holding them back, but it was her own fear that had her reaching for him instead of telling him to go.

After standing in an awkward silence for a while waiting for the confirmation, Mirela gave up. Lunaji had offered if she wanted to speak to him that Mortimer would be upstairs, she didn't think she actually needed further permission than that. "Well thank you for bringing me in and showing me around. I am going to pay my respects to Lord Gallahowe now. Thank you again!" With that Mirela turned around and headed for the stairs almost skipping along as she did, her eyes alight with the idea of talking to THE Lord Gallahowe. She didn't necessarily know where she would find him upstairs, but she would look around, she was sure it couldn't be that hard to find him.

Lucian followed behind Dylan wishing he had some of that whiskey. However he was on a job now in a way and had to keep his head at least somewhat clear before he ended up in another mess like the one in the bar. As they walked though instead of explaining the full situation the man asked Kara about the prick of a constable she had been tailing. He had a good idea from the start that the girl wasn't just someone he accidentally bumped into, but if she didn't say anything he didn't care. He didn't really give her much to work with anyways, but he wasn't in the mood to listen to whatever rant this pompous green haired man might have upon finding out, he hoped Kara was in the same boat. Maybe after he took out some anger in a fight or two it could be considered, but not yet.

Silence... silence but a feeling, regret. Tinarah looked disheartened but at least she knew he heard, and he seemed to possibly remember her. It was a small comfort. If he had the connection to her the same as Stamatis, knowing that some time somewhere she might have been important to them, then she had to trust her Uncle knew what he was doing, even if it was hard. It was easier to believe in him than it had ever been to believe in herself, and yet here she was anyways. Still it didn't leave her with a satisfying feeling.

Grabbing her Keyblade, Tinarah pushed herself to her feet. She couldn't leave them to battle alone, she was here, Stamatis said they needed every able bodied master that they could get, and while she was not a master, they might still need help, especially if the Light Chasers students started showing up. The door barely got open when Tinarah could feel her knees shake.
"No... not yet, just one more miracle. One more like I got in jail." Tinarah didn't know who she was praying to but anyone that would give her this miracle. No one else was coming for them, it was up to those who were in the castle.

Stepping through the door, Tinarah peered out just as Atmos was thrown. The impact against the floor was the last little bit needed for Tinarah's legs to give out on her. Who was she to think one bowl of soup was enough to keep her going in a battle against the man who was feared by so many it seemed. She had needed to use her keyblade to even stand up off her bed, praying for a miracle, to who? If there was some sort of god out there he clearly didn't care for her, she knew this. Tinarah used what strength she had left to push herself back into her room, leaning against the inner wall, listening to the battle around her, listening to Torrin's commands as she was powerless to help.
"Guess I am still not strong enough yet.... It just means I have to live to make up for this and every other time." She told herself softly, keeping her keyblade by herself, a small comfort, scared who might come through that door for her. If she was lucky it would be Boreas... If not... she couldn't imagine what may lay ahead of her this time.

As they waited for the other witcher, instead the man who had been staying at her tavern the past couple nights had shown up. "Good thing that most people are too drunk to listen in to conversations most of the time." She commented back, sheathing her knife and crossing her arms, standing up straight. She wasn't fond of the reception that she was getting for being there offering to help with a mission that she had no reason to even be a part of, except that she felt like helping a friend. She would have thought at least the witcher would be a little more grateful that she was helping him rescue his teacher, but she supposed she couldn't please everyone.

The idiot of a witcher kept talking digging himself into a bigger hole with her, each word she spoke. She was nearly ready to turn around and walk right back in the tavern.
"It is a blessing of the elves. I am sure you wouldn't be able to begin to guess my real age." She let the height thing slide because she had a feeling he would be defensive calling it a joke, however good jokes were usually built on truths, and standing at 5 foot 11, Dayla wouldn't be considered short by any means.

Finally the last Witcher arrived, they could be done with this stupid conversation then.
"Great the gangs all here. Lets get moving before the cold stiffens our joints too much to do this stealthily." She was already flexing her fingers and rotating her shoulders, keeping the blood flow strong with this cold weather. They were breaking someone out of prison, it was better to not risk making mistakes because of the cold.

Tinarah lingered at the doorway when she brought Stamatis to see Gero. She watched how gentle and concerned he was over the man, it was true that that Gero had seemed to touch many peoples lives. She heard Stamatis say something about his successor and Tinarah wondered if this old man was once Master Stamatis's teacher. It was interesting to her, this interaction. Stamatis seemed to be a bit tense though as he went back to being more serious, needed the number to oppose the Light Chaser.

The world shifted again and Tinarah looked around a bit confused. Suddenly there was a familiar voice but not in a good way, as a hand on her shoulder moved her out of the way, and she was left staring at the back of a cloaked figure. It might have been a long time since she had seen him, but she knew who this man was, knew that voice. He complimented her and Tinarah couldn't help but feel this was all her fault, her own stupid fault. Stamatis was going to die because she was so weak and desperate to just know he was alive.

The conversation caught Tinarah off guard though. He would have never acted out against his master? Stamatis trained the Light Chaser? How did he turn into such then? How did all of this come about? Tinarah wanted answers but there was a battle to be had. Summoning her keyblade, Tinarah was almost ready to jump in and help. She wanted to protect Stamatis, but she knew, she knew that in her current condition she would be taken out in seconds. She needed help and there was only one man she could think of that she trusted enough right now to ask for that help.

Darting out of the room Tinarah ran for her own bedroom again, slamming the door behind her, locking it, even if the effort really wouldn't stop anything. Planting her keyblade in the ground she closed her eyes again.
"Master Fost." She spoke the name in a little bit of a panic as she waited for that feeling that someone picked up. When the sensation came over her Tinarah started to speak without thinking. "Listen Uncle Fost, I know you don't remember me, but Master Stamatis came to see me and the Light Chaser tracked me... or us... I don't know. Now he is here and I think he is trying to kill Stamatis and Master Gero. I am not strong enough to stop them, but you might be. Please come and help, you are the only one I can trust. Search your heart, remember me. Remember Tinarah. Please! We need your help. I am begging you for this one favour, please before it is too late. I am at Master Choma's castle. Please. I beg you Uncle Fost." Tinarah called out for help. She couldn't fight but she could maybe get someone who could and save Stamatis.

Something shifted and Master Stamatis stood in front of her. Tinarah just sat there, it was the only thing to do to keep herself from running and hugging Stamatis. This Stamatis didn't know who she was, it would be weird to do such things no matter how much she wanted to. "From what I could tell.... he was distant before I arrived I think... I think as he put it, I made him soft. I want to reach out to him, but I am scared that he will just reject it because he doesn't remember me." Tinarah told Stamatis, as if she was talking to the one she spent five years training with, the one that knew her story.

Stamatis had asked her about Gero and Tinarah nodded, she supposed that she needed to explain again.
"I found Master Gero after you... or other you tried to help me get home. You gave me this necklace and told me to focus my magic but where I ended up... it was still not in my time, somewhere in my future. I... I got in trouble trying to defend what you and Fost died fighting for and was thrown in prison to be used for something else later. It was there I met Master Gero. He said his student locked him there after he failed them, in that realm. When I finally was able to summon my own keyblade I fought back just enough to get him out, he created a portal for us, and now it is two days after I left, but I was gone almost 6 years." Tinarah tried to explain the meeting, giving some context but not all of it.

"Anyways Gero is this way." She said, getting up off the bed and feeling dizzy for a moment before manage to get her balance. She slowly lead Stamatis towards Master Choma's room where the man was sleeping. She hadn't really got a good look at Gero since they went through the portal, she hoped he was doing alright, managing well. Perhaps the rest would help him. She just hoped that she had been sufficient in helping him through this all.

The heartless was going down easily but there were so many. In the background he could hear conversation, but couldn't afford to focus on it at the time, not until Alder yelled out a warning to Daeni. Whipping his head around he could see a fight break out with Mora, who shortly after turned into Ria. This was bad, this was very very bad. He had saved Ria.... He had put her under their protection. He was stupid, so stupid and now he had to fix the mistake.

"Daeni control yourself, don't act out recklessly, Ria will get whats coming. Watch your back!" Cerdic called out before turning back having to knock away a few more heartless away from himself. It was four against one, they could do this.... they had to do this. At this point Cerdic knew it was their last chance to get rid of Ria or they might die to Ria, he wouldn't let that happen. After Daeni struck at Ria's arm Cerdic tried to put himself between Ria and Alder, giving Alder a chance to recover. "So what if I am stupid, at least I am stupid because I care for my friends." He retorted taking up a defensive position instead of offensive. If he could draw Ria's attention and protect himself, perhaps the others could strike them down.

At least Stamatis believed her, even if he didn't remember her. She guessed Gero was right, in his mind he didn't know but he did know her in a way. He didn't respond however to her asking, mentioning that she wanted to know if Fost was alright, instead asking about where she was. Tinarah didn't mind telling him, but first she had to know. "What about Fost? Is he okay? He was the one who rescued me and figured out that I wasn't from the timeline, he brought me to you and I made him visit us often. He... He was kind of like an Uncle to me then. I wan't to know if he is okay." Tinarah insisted.

Finally Tinarah forced herself to relax, something that had been hard time doing recently.
"I am at Master Choma's castle... in the mountains." Tinarah actually didn't have any clue where exactly his castle was. She was just there. "And no I didn't come alone, Ge- Master Gero brought me out of the realm in which I was trapped." She hadn't called him master in jail, but the way that Atmos spoke of him, she knew he deserved a lot of respect that she hadn't given him before. "We found our way to Master Atmos, Torrin and his friend Boreas, they are here at the castle now." Tinarah informed him so he was prepared if he showed up that it wasn't just her there. She didn't feel like letting him in on how tense things were between her and them though, she would let him figure it out for himself while she hid in her room a little longer.

The thing was, Tinarah at the time wasn't sure how bad The Light Chaser actually was. It was his student that saved her life, he healed scars no one else could. He rescued Aria when they had all left her for dead, then he offered to let her go. Tinarah didn't trust him fully because he refused to let Aria go, but still she was confused and conflicted about her feelings towards him when she left and Chrono found her. She wanted to say something, wanted to explain it all, but she didn't think he would take it that well, and Torrin warned Boreas to back down a little bit.

Boreas continued to push her on why she was looking at them how she was and Tinarah's mouth went dry as she opened to explain it.
"Because you... you wouldn't stop him. You helped him kill the keyblade masters, you let him kill his wife, you let him kill Mika." Tinarah was about ready to cry as she stared at Boreas a moment longer before Atmost showed up questioning what she was overhearing. Torrin answered for her, which was fine, except that lead into a conversation that had Tinarah feeling like she was invisible. Right in front of her questioning the legitimacy of it actually being her. They couldn't have waited until she had gone to sleep even? It was making her rather uncomfortable.

Coming over Atmos checked her temperature as she offered to make Tinarah more food, but Tinarah shook her head.
"I am not feeling well. I think I am just going to rest." Tinarah informed them as she excused herself from the table. She was still feeling weak, but the food had helped a little bit, and at this point she just needed to get out of the room. All the talk, how they doubted her and how they looked at her, it didn't sit well, even though Tinarah glared at them back. She needed time to clear her head, and there was still something she promised to do.

Heading to her room, Tinarah shut the door behind her and sat on her old bed. She caught herself staring out the window for a moment, daydreaming before finally summoning her keyblade. Placing it in the floor in front of her, Tinarah closed her eyes, picturing the kind face of the man who trained her.
"Master Stamatis." She whispered sitting there anxiously until she heard a voice come through. Instantly she realized that she didn't know what to say, but she had to say something, she didn't even know if Stamatis would know who she was.

"Master Stamatis? I know you might not know who I am, or this sounds crazy.... but my name is Tinarah. I am...trained with you in the past, but it was another realm as well. I just needed to hear your voice, know that you were okay. Uncle... Master Fost as well. I need to know you are both alive and okay even if you don't know who I am. I am sorry to disturb you for something so stupid, but I just needed to hear your voice again, after all that I have been through." Tinarah tried to explain. She knew, she knew she sounded stupid, that is why she hoped somehow these connections that Gero said they would still have, ran deep enough for him to remember her. She felt alone with Torrin, Boreas, and Atmos, she needed someone on her side.

Auburn looked away when Lazuli mentioned this could be another mistake. She liked to believe that she was fixing a mistake, not making one. Being here was a mistake, going to Beacon was a mistake, thinking she could ever work with a team and make it as a huntress, that was a mistake. She knew that she couldn't talk to people, so why did she even try to do this? It was a waste of time and money, at least she didn't have to waste more time than she needed to here.

"I wouldn't call it a change of heart. I just thought I could do this, and proved I couldn't." Auburn said bluntly before tearing away. She could feel the tears stinging her eyes and didn't want to make things worse for herself by crying while she was attempting to run away. She could have some dignity in it at least, hide the tears and just walk away, not turning back. Auburn would have liked to say with her head held high, but that would be a false statement as her shoulders were curled inwards, her head down as she reached for the door to leave once more. She hesitated but finally pushed the door open, taking a step away from Lazuli.

Boreas came down soon after she had spoken the first time. He had put Gero in Master Choma's room, which she supposed was more appropriate than her room. It wasn't like it mattered that much where he stayed just as long as he had a place to rest and food to eat, food that Atmos was soon delivering to him. She really hoped that Gero would be alright, Tinarah had done all she could to help him at this point, there wasn't much else she could offer at that point, it wasn't like he had any other choice to get them out of there, Tinarah had never been taught about portals, and she knew she would never be able to outrun Torrin with Gero, it would probably end up worse than Gero putting so much energy into opening the portal.

Boreas started speaking to her and Tinarah slowly looked up at him, trying to stop her glaring as she thought through all those two had put her through.
"Look, I don't know. I don't know what happened anymore. I only found out last month, while locked in prison, that I was in a whole other realm, not just another time. When I saw him, that was Chrono, I would recognize my own brother. I was getting upset because he wasn't listening to me and he got mad. Chrono doesn't usually get mad, but I don't know I was never supposed to follow him in the first place, maybe he really was mad at me and let his emotions get to him. I was told I was being sent back to the others and I saw my brother, what else was I supposed to believe." Tinarah glared at Boreas again, her hollow looking eyes drilling into Boreas as she seemed to already be a bit out of breath from that rant.

From there Torrin continued to ask questions as well. Of course it was natural for them to want to know what happened, but Tinarah at least wished that it was Atmos, not the man... or a version of the man who had tormented her for the last few months. Tinarah let out a sigh as she pushed away her empty soup bowl, her stomach starting to feel a little better already.
"I remember helping the people in that world. I was on a boat fighting heartless with a guard. I think I got knocked off the boat protecting the guard. After that a boy took me to Eventide town and I met the Light Chaser. He brought Aria too me but said she couldn't go home. He was going to send me home and I promised to bring her help. After that The Light Chaser opened a portal for me to go back to the others. I was on a bridge, saw Chrono, we got in a fight, and I was thrown off the bridge. When I woke up I was in a different time line." Tinarah gave him a quick explanation, clearly still not impressed with the questions. Tinarah looked at the bowl, wondering if she should ask for seconds, but a odd gurgling in her stomach told her that while she was hungry, eating too much after not eating at all would be a very bad idea. She put a hand on her stomach, starting to feel at her ribs that were more pronounced than they should have been. When she was training she kept in decent enough shape that she was reasonably thin, now though, even though it had only been just over a month, she was clearly underweight and just being able to feel that, it bothered her.

Uniform kept trying to taunt her, but Kiara put on a bit of a swagger as she stared him down. "Good thing I don't care about daddy's approval anymore. There is such a thing as doing this for myself." Kiara retorted simply knowing it wasn't much of a taunt, more of trying to prove she put the past behind, even if it was still a work in progress. She could at least pretend for the sake of getting through this day.

The conversation didn't go much further when Finlay stepped in and managed to get into more of a fight with Uniform. This wasn't going to end well, she just hoped that they were enough of a distraction for the other three to flank and catch them off guard. Of course Finlay was the first to run in and steal her fight, but Kiara supposed that she could share, as to not end up in the same mess as last time.

"You like to hear yourself talk don't you. Almost as much as Juliet did. Do you really think we were that dumb?" Kiara wondered if he really thought they didn't know about the necklace or if he just liked hearing his voice that much. Either way Finlay was already in fighting, so it was time for Kiara to join the fray as she approached at a walk, behind Finlay, waiting until he gave her an opening before lashing out with her whip at Uniform. However as much as she wanted to focus only on him, there was two enemies. If Aeira focused on the other enemy, she would jump between the two. Better yet, she could try and lock one in until they had time to deal with it. Barely turning to Lima, flames erupted form the ground surrounding him in full before she turned some of her flames back to her whip, channeling them through the metal, as she took another lash at Uniform with it.

Well that had to be one of the most embarrassing things that Aislinn had ever had to do. There was no time for embarrassment however as the hyena's started to charge after them, clearly hungry. At least the distraction worked, but that left them fleeing. Aislinn managed to keep a larger group of hyena's on her so Kaida and Ananta could split off and find safety first, she was the biggest prey there, which meant she had the most attention on her. Unfortunately for Aislinn though she was't the fastest of the bunch and ended up getting a corner of her cloak torn as she narrowly escaped the hyena's on her tail.

After a while Aislinn managed to circle around and join up with the group again, tired and out of breath. She had arrived just in time to hear Scar claim that he killed Mufasa. Aislinn looked at Simba, pinning Scar and gave him a slight nod. The lost lion was starting to become a king, it was time that he took up his throne. This was one battle that they didn't need to be involved in, it was something that Simba had to do, and he had to do alone. AJ then turned to them and commented that he was glad they were safe.
"Unfortunately for some people." She eyed Aux for a moment. "I hope you enjoyed the show at least, it was a pain to put on, but it looks like the king is finally ready to take his place, so I guess it was worth it."

Being lead to the table, once again by Torrin while Atmos walked away, Tinarah felt a little alone. She couldn't bring herself to trust Torrin, and the way he questioned her only made her feel worse about things. At least after Torrin helped her into a chair he seemed to zone out and pay no more mind to her. It felt weird, sitting in Master Choma's chair, a place where she had never been allowed. While Tinarah sat there, waiting, she summoned her keyblade to her, just staring at it for the longest time. Having her own back, not Chrono's it felt weird, and it felt like she had finally fully just let her brother go, moved on from that part. That being said the other family she wanted to turn to, might not even know who she was here, she knew that she might be on her own for a while until she managed to get stronger and send herself back to a world that needed help, a world that would one day be controlled by him.

By the time Atmos returned Tinarah found herself glaring at Torrin who was in his own little world. The longer she sat the more the aches in her stomach subsided to a mere whisper of what they were before, to a familiar feeling of emptiness that she had become used to during her time in prison. She knew she had over exerted herself earlier while escaping, likely causing her to really feel the hunger again, but she did what she needed to in order to escape. It was the only chance she got and she had to take it.

When the soup finally arrived she sipped on it slowly, careful not to eat too fast. The pain started to ease and ever so slightly did a little bit of colour seep onto her overly pail face. It took nearly half of the bowl of soup before Tinarah could bring herself to say another word, and at the pace she was eating, the others would have likely finished.
"You might want to bring soup up to Gero for when he awakes. My bread was barely enough to sustain him." She informed Atmos before turning back to her soup, if only to try to hide the anger that she harbored towards Torrin at that moment.

Don't make me dive back down this hole. I really don't want to, but this is getting sad.

After helping Mora back onto the cliff, Cerdic turned to Alder. "She is alright, managed to catch herself." He yelled back before turning his attention to Daeni and Mora. "Thanks for the help kid." He patted Daeni on the head even though he didn't think her holding his legs did much, at least she tried. Understandably, Mora seemed a little shaken by the entire thing asking to make sure that it didn't happen again, and while he didn't really know what happened to stop it, he could take measures to help. "If you and Daeni take watch, then we shouldn't be surprised again, and you can leave the heavy lifting to the big strong men." He informed her as she turned to grab more rocks, but seemed a bit injured.

Soon after Mora moved back to the other two, heartless showed up. Cerdic clenched his teeth, so much for taking watch.
"Get the cave cleared, get Mora cover, I will take care of the heartless, hold them off." Cerdic shouted back summoning his keyblade to his hand. "Ready kid?" He asked Daeni ad he charged towards the shadows, hoping between the two of them they could fend off the heartless while Chrono and Alder finished digging. If the heartless were here, it was only a matter of time before Ria showed up as well.
