Bioshock's the only one I'd consider watching, I think.
I say make Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga (and its sequel) into a movie. Awesome story...mostly.
Oh, and Xenosaga, even though I kinda already is... I don't think I've seen such long cutscenes in the history of gaming.

It's not that simple. I don't everyone has the right to just any opinion. Nobody should be allowed an opinion that is debunked by facts.
Classic example: "The Holocaust never happened."

Too bad your idiot friend of a friend doesn't realize that society can technically change its course somewhat with every election and that people who deserve to die today may have kept their right to live tomorrow.

No, they are extremely unwise. First of all you can't expect a teacher to risk his/her job and social reputation by getting romantically involved with a student.

I'd also like to point out that it would be extremely difficult to keep work and private life separated. It's difficult to remain completely neutral with someone you know in your private life. Suppose you befriend a student who you know does everything he can to graduate at the end of the year. You know he studies until late at night. Sadly, when you correct everything by the book you see that he fails an important test just barely. Quite a dilemma, no?
And what if the student's friends try to exploit this relationship?
It's best to prevent tricky situations like this. It's not a big loss if you don't know your pupils on a friendly basis.

And last but not least, most students tend to be at an age where they know jack shit about love compared to their teaching counterparts. I wouldn't be too optimistic about the longevity of their romance.

Which is perfectly fine but there are plenty of people who link their pro-life leanings directly to their god.
"Life is a gift from God." That kinda thing. It is different because in a way they try to push the existece of their God through along with their purely political opinions, since those opinions are based on their beliefs.

That's nice dear but when one becomes inactive I allow another one to be made, although I also allow bumping. However, I'd rather not have both done so I'm locking yours in order to keep the most recent discussion.

Religion is a personal choice and should be a personal practice. I lament the fact that it got mixed up with politics in the first place. The belief in a higher power and with it the laws that he apparently dictates should never be enforced on people.

If religion is practiced as a personal thing like it should, then there's no use for it in the political landscape either.
Are you against abortion and euthanasia? Fine, then don't abort your fetuses. Don't pull the plug on your grandpa. But why would you deny this option to others?

There are personality traits that are more "compatible" to others but I'm wary of any view or opinion which defends the existence of such a thing as perfection, especially when it deals with something as complex as human relationships.
No, I'll just stick to the belief that some people are better off with eachother than with others but I wouldn't take it as far as to say that they're lock and key for eachother.
