Seems like you're standing tall there. I'm glad to hear that. I'm doing alright. Some friends are at my place right now. Football aftermath and...
Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. My condolences (for the record I hate that sentence, it sounds so empty, but I can't find other words for it). And I...
Please do explain. How else can I make you see that you're wrong? As they should be. Makes them easier to digest. glee of the living > respect to the dead And who's to say that we'd be encouraging violence? I laugh when a skater slips and ends up into a bed of flowers. Doesn't mean I'm gonna mess with his board. You're using exceptions to try and prove the general rule. Tsk tsk.
I hope things will keep getting better for you then. May I ask what was wrong? You shouldn't answer if you don't want to of course.
You're welcome. You have a knack of letting your personal feelings slip through in your poems while keeping them in the dark all the same. That's...
Respect is overrated. It doesn't add any happiness to the table because more often than not you take it for granted. You are however disappointed when you think you don't get enough of it. Then of course there's laughter. Sure, you mock the worst chapters mankind has ever written, but at least the jesters have their laughs. I say spend more time in cramming a sense of humor in the young'uns heads. It'll give them more giggles than respect ever will. In short Keep feeling offended: no one wins Laugh about it: joking guys win Yep, it's that simple.
I didn't like "I would if I could" as much as your previous poems. The rhyme scheme just sounds forced in places. It gives some sentences that come off as silly and somewhat out of place in the stanza. Don't know if that's the right way to describe it though. Then again, I like "Answers". It sounds more "direct" as the poem progresses, but that may be me. Nevertheless, it has a very strong closure. It was a perfect way to end it imo.
Interesting intro. It gets the audience thinking, which means it's successful in its purpose. You do mistake "angles" for "angels" sometimes though. :p I can tell that this story will be out of the ordinary in more ways than one. I may keep on reading when I find the time. Good job so far. This was particularly fascinating to read. Mythology has a habit of making Chaos the origin point of all things, when you start with Order. I wonder how this will play out in the story.
Hey man, I've started a new story in the Creativity Corner. You don't have to give CnC if you don't want to but it's kind of an experiment (you...
Oh, so it's better to be grossed out by the dark side of the past for eternity? Feeling nauseous or furious upon hearing it isn't gonna change ****. At least now there are some people who have a laugh about it. What's wrong with people indeed? Clinging to negativity just because it's seen as more "humane"? Well, here's the catch. Gleefully lampooning it and actually doing it are two very different things. What's wrong with people is that the majority of them don't see that.
So long Cody. You weren't active anymore when I got here, but it's a loss regardless. Good luck in life!
All well and good, but is that really gonna change something for anyone other than Pattinson? I can't picture them letting a handful of nutcases get in the way of picking another charismatic metrosexual that girls ages 14- will adore.
Dirty Mind Great movie, unfortunately the DVD cover summary spoiled too much of the plot for me.
Technically maybe, but they forgot to mention that it's most often their own fault that they aren't able to consent. One should know their limits around alcohol or stay away from it.
I feel sorry for Pattinson and hope he doesn't feel like **** about something he has no control over. As for anyone mental enough to do this, I wouldn't mind if they actually died and never got to see the last two movies.
Use goggles.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. XD I'm flattered by the way.
7 or 9. But because people assume I'm healed by now I'm leaning towards 9.
*raises hand* Right here, yeah.
