Yes, I counter with Ring Of Destruction. We both lose 3100 LP instead, bringing us to 4900. I don't think you can counter I'll make my own move after dinner.

Wait a minute! I read Jube say that the fort was part of the dog's very being. So if you control the fort you also control the dog. Which means he won't bite you anymore. Which means you can ask instructions from a vet to perform a lethal injection (not the vet itself because it would still bite the vet).
The dog is part of the fort. It cannot be teleported out of the fort. To be continued.
