Throughout the game, you'll get mementos that explain the plot of each KH game, so that should refresh your memory. I personally do replay all the games in fictional chronological order every now and then (and I'm not ashamed of it XP)

But the current 12 members were already in TWTNW while Ienzo, Aeleus, Dilan, and Even were in Radiant Garden. Xehanort said Sora was to be the 13th new member.
For me: 1. Julius 2. Chernabog 3. Young Xehanort Can't think of a 4 and 5 at the moment...
