If you collect all the letters, you get a "secret message" appears in the glossary section. And you don't have to replay the entire game to try collecting the letters again. You can simply watch the regular ending in theater mode.

Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped is my favorite PSX game ever! I lost count of the number of times I replayed it.
I NEVER turned the 3D off, and I regret nothing :D
