Zee worried about Zane's lack of communication, "Hey, are you alright?? You know Mya will be fine. We'll find her." Zane slapped him hard, "Shut up. You have no right saying her name. You got us into this mess. If you hadn't been acting like a jealous girl, Mya would be safe at home with me right now." He closed his eyes and continued walking, "I should've been a better guardian to her. Protecting her...that's all that matters." Zee frowned and followed him, cradling his red, burning cheek in his hand, "You didn't have to slap me..." he mumbled.
Roxas helped Xion stand, "Xion, you shouldn't be so clumsy." Xion pulled out of his grip and sadly looked at Raoxthu, "I'm...sorry about Renee." Xenree's sorrow caused darkness to spring up from the ground like sharp thorns of a rose. She tripped and curled into a ball, shaking. Axel gasped and forced himself to run faster. Zexion brought Renee to Xemnas and they locked her in the secret room of the Castle Oblivion. Them being ressurected brought Castle Oblivion back and their power grew stronger. Xemnas sat in the round room with everyone again, "She must not be allowed to leave again. Raoxthu...it's such a shame he will have to be eliminated. He was so loyal to us."
Roxas slashed at a few Zexions, unleashing light from Oathkeeper and Oblivion to strike a few more. Xion was the only one to clash with a solid Zexion. She gasped and Zexion smirked behind his hair and pushed her back with an illusion shield. "So, your strategy hasn't changed much from last time." Xion clenched her hand around Two Become One and flung herself at him again. He moved out of the way and hit her in the back of the head with his Lexicon. Renee gasped, "Xion!" Zexion turned his pale blue eyes on her and suddenly she was in his arms, "I'd hate to fight and run, but duty calls, and Renee will be needed for Xone's elimination. Raoxthu...don't even think about returning for her. Everyone knows how you have behaved today. Xemnas doesn't take well to traitors...isn't that right Roxas." Roxas glared at him, "Wait!" Zexion teleported away and Roxas' hands closed on empty air.
Xenree glanced behind her and noticed Mage gaining on her. she shot Mage a mournful look, pure sadness in her silver eyes. Axel couldn't believe what he was seeing, Xenree was...sad? It made no sense, she was a Nobody, she couldn't feel sad if she tried. "Xenree! Mage! W-wait for me!"
Zane panted, covered in their blood. He dropped to his knees, exhausted. Zee touched his shoulder, "C'mon, Mya's not far now." Zane nodded and stood. His mind focused on Mya, Mya...I'm almost there. Hang in there. They stood and continued down the road.
The ice egg went through the Zexion and it disappeared. More Zexions closed the gap around Sora and the others. "Do you really think I'm just going to be that easy to find? You'll have to do better than that." all of the Zexions replied. Roxas and Xion stood back to back facing all the Zexions, "Only one is real," "The others disappear when we hit them." Xion finished his sentence. Renee scanned their faces, each Zexion looked like the last. The Zexions flipped a few pages in their Lexicons and suddenly a black hole opened up in the middle of the group.
Zane caught Zee's eye and Zee ran after the one guard, his hidden blade flicked out and he sprung onto his back, forcing him into the ground and stabbed him in the back of the head. Zane fought viciously, slicing though guard after guard, parrying their attacks and occasionally kicking them back into each other.
Zexion opened his eyes and looked at the coming others. "Sora...Riku...Kairi and the idiots. I don't think I'll be the one surrounded." several illusion Zexions split from him and ran in different directions to stand at different points around them, leaving a hole in the circle of Zexions for the others. "Tell me, which one of us do you believe is real?" Roxas and Xion looked around at them. Roxas' eyes caught on Sora as he saw him running toward them and Kairi, she really did look like Namine. Xenree ran as fast as she could away from Mage and Axel. Her thoughts of what they would do to her, frightening her. The surges of fright weren't hers to feel and yet she felt them. Axel hurriedly limped along after her, "She's too fast!"
Zane stopped, touching one guards sword with his finger, "You think a few blades and some words are going to keep me from Mya?" He laughed once, "You're wrong!" Zane pulled out his broad sword and kicked one guard into the others, slashing at any who were close enough. Zee pulled out his sword and slashed at a few, his smile still in place. His friend hadn't really ever left him like he'd said, he was just toning down the horrible for Mya.
Zexion laughed, "It's been a while since anyone has called me by that name." he summoned his Lexicon and flipped it open, "I'm afraid the only one not leaving here is you Raoxthu." Roxas summoned Oathkeeper and Oblivion and Xion summoned Two Become One and pointed them at him, "You've caused enough damage!" she shouted. Roxas kept silent, remembering that neither Sora nor himself had ever fought Zexion. Axel smiled and patted Mage's head before looking around at the now bare maze. He caught sight of Xenree fleeing, "Xenree!" he started after her.
Renee followed Raoxthu and Roxas and Xion followed them, running quickly. Zexion stepped from the shadow of the tree, in front of their path, "Well, well, well, look who we have here. The eighth princess, a traitor Nobody, a replica, Raoxthu and a couple of colored eggs. I would have never told anyone what you were doing here Raoxthu, but now that the traitor and the failed relpica are with you, I have no choice but to report in all of you." Roxas and Xion glared at him. "You caused me nothing but pain. Lying to me!"
Zane ignored them and continued walking, pushing past them. Zee stuck his tongue out like a child again and followed closely beside Zane.
Renee ran after them, staring at Xion's new clothes. The black leggins, her green skirt, her blue shirt and black and white vest and the blue and black disconnected sleeves and the same black gloves she'd worn with her coat. "You both changed so quickly. Do you wear those clothes under that coat all the time?" Xion caught her admiring her clothes and smiled, "Not really. I didn't have any clothes before. But when Roxas and I separated from Sora again, Roxas bought me these to wear." Roxas played with his rings, "You needed something else to wear. We're not apart of the Organization anymore. Saix made sure I wouldn't come back. Though I'd like to find him again and show him just how much stronger I've gotten."
Xion turned away from him and headed out of the cave, her clothes brushing against them as she walked past Raoxthu. Roxas smiled and shrugged, "She's always like that. She'll get better as time goes on though. C'mon, we better find these people we're supposed to meet with."
Zane and Zee reached the gate, growling under his breath.
Lightning hit Akira hard and jumped back after three slashes connecting on Akira's gunblade. She transformed her blade into it's gun form and shot at her. Akira rolling lithly away from the bullets and clashing with her mentor again. Lightning felt the rush of adrenaline and forgot her problems temporarily. This was what she was looking for. Light struck Akira hard in the gut with her heel as she spun around and knocked her to the ground. She let more of her smile show as Akira jumped up and continued fighting her.
Okay.......that's nice. I hate being sick. I can't eat anything and I'm hungry.
Roxas chuckled and unzipped his coat. Pulling the Organization's clothes off he was dressed in a white jacket and a black zip up undershirt with an X like necklace around his neck and white and black jeans and black shoes. He rolled his shoulders and fiddled with the black and white checkered wristband and his black and white rings. "Much better." She cautiously pulled off her Organization clothes and stood there with a scowl on her face, hating that they were going to meet people she didn't know. Spoiler
Zane coldly considered him and dropped him to the ground, "I don't wanna see your face again." He continued on with Zee toward the gate.
