Based off of a tv show The world is messed up right now. You can get asserted for the sillest things now like for supporting certain people or saying something wrong or even if the cop feels like it. Only the rich has high tech stuff while the poor or bearlt alive. Some women were brought to an island off the coast that were randomly picked and were about to have a baby. When the babies were born the mothers were sent back to their home while the kids stayed. The kids were taught as if in the army. They became killing machinces not knowing anything about the outside world. Some were picked to test n. The ones who were picked had wires put inside them making them gentically altared killing machines that were stronger them normal humans.
