Zane was holding Zee by his head away from him as he turned to Mya, "Huh? A new assassin? Hhmm, some time to join, huh?" Zee stopped trying to hit him and folded his arms, "So there's a newbie, big deal." Zane smirked and lifted one eyebrow at him, "So does that mean you don't want to come meet them?" Zee lifted his head, "You mean I can come? Y-yeah I wanna come!"
Zee grinned, "Home, sweet home, right Zane?" Zane scowled at him, "Do you just wake up this annoying or is it something you eat?" Their normal bickering started up again, like usual, it ended with a loud crack of Zane's hand against Zee's cheek. Zee gave him a pouty face and he lifted his hand again. Zee jumped away, holding his cheek, "Damn you, that smarts. Why are you always such a huge jerk, eh?" "Just be lucky I didn't run you through with my sword, stupid boy."
Zane only shrugged as they reached Zee and disembarked from the ship. Zee shouting back to the captain about how he would take a voyage with him again. "Wasn't that fun, Zane? I'm sure Mya had fun, right?" he looked from one to the other wanting someone to agree. Zane ignored him and slowly restrapped on his weapons.
He followed her, carrying his weapons, much too lazy to actually strap them back on. "Hey, Mya, remember what you said about hooking Zee up? Were you serious? You actually have someone in mind who would be able to stand him?" Zee saw them and waved wildly.
Zane stretched out his long limbs and rolled his shoulders, "Hmm? Of course. My way is so much funner, Mya. Now, since we're home and all I suppose it's back to the same old routine?"
Zane yawned and instead pulled her down on top of him, "Mmmmh, all right, if you insist. I'll get up." He stood, pulling her with him and pulled on his clothes.
Zane blinked and rubbed sleep from his eyes, "Huh? We're...home? Ah, five more minutes." Zee laughed outside the door, "C'mon Zane, don't you wanna go home?" He ran up to the deck again and stared at the docks.
OOC: Ohh, I can't wait! :) BIC: Zane hoped her dreams were pleasant. His hadn't been. Haru invaded every thought, just like Garth had and Ryku had. Zane stopped his thoughts, "This is getting ridiculous. I'm obsessing over a bunch of idiots who choose to ruin my life? No, Haru will get what's coming for him" He fell back asleep next to Mya's warmth. Zee was barely awake when he saw the docks. He was so happy he ran down to Zane and Mya's rooms and knocked on the door, restraining himself from going in like a child and jumping on their bed. "Mya, Zane! We're home!"
Zane tilted his head, interested, but took that oportunity to get up. He dressed loosely and walked out on deck. Spotting Zee he walked over to him and stood beside him for the longest time before speaking, "You'll catch cold if you stay out here too long." Zee almost smiled, no matter what, his friend was always concerned about him, "I know. We'll be arriving soon. I hope you're ready to head home." Zane thumped him on the back and returned to his rooms. Pulling the pillow from Mya's grip he tucked her into his side, hoping she wouldn't crush him. For a small woman, she was surprisingly strong.
Zane opened his eyes and playfullly tested moving out of her reach. Zee pushed his black hair from his face. Zane was probably sleeping the day away with Mya. A feeling of sorrow filled him, he did wish he could spend a day like that with someone he loved. But the only person he loved (though not in a sick way) was Zane. He'd give anything to go back to the days when Zane and he would sit and watch the sun rise and Zane would put him in a headlock which he'd dubbed as the closest to a hug Zane would give.
Luce didn't hear him. She zoned out as she stared into the darkness of the cave. Darkness without the stars or the moon to shine above her reminded her of when she was on the streets. With all the perverts and lurkers that stalked her. A few gaining advantage of her when she didn't understand but after a few nights forced into someone's bed. She had gathered enough money to buy her first pistol. The very one she held in her hands. To kill the Wendigo, she'd have to go into the cave and the darkness and possibly force herself to relive a few memories she'd suppressed. Being an Acolyte should've meant she wasn't afraid but the little silver haired girl inside her was terrified. Luce subconsciously pulled her silver hair in front of her face as she paled drastically, "Let's go, already." her voice nearly cracked and to her shock, a tear rolled down her cheek. This can't be happening. Not here, not now! she willed herself not to cry in front of Scott, Adam and Tatum. Especially Scott. They bickered enough, she didn't need him thinking she was weak. Her body jerked away from him as he moved closer and his words sank into her mind, "I don't need to be taken care of. I can handle myself just fine!" She headed into the cave ahead of everyone.
Zane kept an eye on her, in case she started gnawing on him again. He loved how affectionate she was when she slept. Zee woke, rumaged around and pulled on his clothes. He sleepily walked out onto the deck and was greeted with a blast of cold sea air, "Man, why did I get up in the morning?" Closing his shirt he leaned over the railing and stared at the water rolling below.
Zane sighed and got himself ready. *skip* He woke early, he felt like it was almost time for them to be docking back home. Rolling over in his half wakefullness, he nuzzled Mya.
Kissing her throat he pulled off the rest of his clothes, "How could I not."
Zane licked her neck and chuckled low in his throat, "Look at you, how much you've changed. From the timid Mya to the woman who craves my touch. I'm not sure whether to feel proud or guilty." He kissed her and pulled off his shirt.

Cold and icy. Snowstorms all this week, especially tomorrow. I wish they'd close school. Who knows maybe I'll get lucky and they will.
