Zain wore himself out, pulling at the dark bars and snarling at her and eventually curled into the corner and fell asleep. Growling in his sleep.
Zain tiredly sat in the cage, accepting his defeat. Pulling Orphan off he snarled nonsensically at everyone. Orphan rested on Yuki's shoulders, "Don't take him persssonally. He doesssn't know what he'ssss doing right now."
Xone was about to take his place beside everyone, when a dark shadow fell across the Castle. "Xenree's here, if anyone wanted to say hello." Xenree dropped from the sky with Roxas and Xion under her arms. "I heard someone say my name." Renee shivered, "Raoxthu...she's here."
Orphan covered Zain's mouth as best he could with the fangs not poking him to block the foul language. "I'm terribly sorry about this Zain." He snarled. Lady Shiv trembled with hatred, "Filthy creatures! You'll get your just desserts!" she ran off with the other shadows as the sun set.
Zane rolled off her and tugged her onto him, "Hm, afternoon? Well, I guess that's what I get for loving such an energetic girl." Zee hovered over Sasha and looked at all the complicated work, "Maybe I should've let her sleep longer." Kissing her cheek he mumbled into her ear, "Sasha..."
Zain snarled, "Could you all get any more pathetic?! Such saps!" He ran and grabbed up the viles. "All because of these. Blood of the shadows. interesting, how worried would my dear sister be if I drank these." Lady Shiv growled, "Yessss! My project will be complete and I can die peacefully. I bet she'd be quite upset little monster. Upset indeed." Orphan wriggled himself from Zain and curled around his hand, forcing him to drop the viles, "Don't you dare listen to this witch. I'm still your persona and I won't let you destroy yourself. Yuki! We need to confine Zain!"
Zane opened his eyes slowly, "Mmm, huh? Oh morning Mya. At least...I think it's morning." Zee panted hard as he wandered around until he had passed the labs three times. "What harm could one visit do." Knocking lightly he peaked in, "Sasha? You in here?"
Lady Shiv's eyes opened wide before being hit by the blast. It ripped away her human form, she looked like any other shadow, long talons and a mutated form. Several viles of purple liquid fell from her decimated clothes. She screamed, "My skin! My beautiful skin! You stupid girl! You have no idea how to turn him back and you'd kill one of the few people who do!? You play with not only one life but many." Zain stopped until he could lift his lance and touch Toya with it. "It must hurt, knowing she couldn't possibly love you."
Lady Shiv suffered a cut down her front, but the layers of clothes she wore took the most of it as she jumped back a lot more lithly that she should've been able to. "You're not a very well behaved young lady are you. No wonder Zain wanted to leave to live with you. Such anger is greatly appreciated for my experiment, but unfortunately, he's not finished so I must take him home." Zain snarled and turned to Sakuya and Toya, "I knew Yuki would bring us dinner. She always has been concerned for my health. Starvation wouldn't be benificial." He loped toward them, "Tell me Toya, do you love Sakuya yet? It'd be so much more fun seeing your heart break as the light leaves her eyes."
Apollimi felt someone evil set foot on the ground, "Alright, but you can't ask me to seal them again. Live with your choice Neo. Mummy won't be here to save you everytime." Xone nodded, "I understand Mother." A black light lifted from his skin and he held out his hand. Blue lightning crackled and manifested into a deadly looking black scythe. "Hmm, it's good to weild a weapon again."
Lady Shiv shook her head, "Oh, but he is. Look at him. Fangs, oddly colored eyes, why I wouldn't be surprised if he sprouted talons and horns and such pretty soon. Oooh, Zain, darling, wouldn't that be just lovely?" Zain shook his head and cowered back from her, "N-no! You stay away from me! I'm not your experiment!" She pulled the long needle from her coat pocket, "Don't be like that. This is your medicine. It'll make you better."
Zain shook his head, "No...it's not is it. Look at them, Yuki! These...creatures are like me! All alone in the world, unloved, but they don't care. All they worry about is where their next meal is coming from." A shadow rubbed against his leg and he kicked it, "Don't touch me!" His emotions were out of wack. Neither humans nor shadow was comforting to him. Lady Shiv walked slowly toward him, "What have you been doing to my poor little monster. Oh, look how confused he is."
Gabe took a seat in the back, away from April and Maddie. Muttering curses still at his father. He shivered, a lot of weird thing had started happening after he'd found that thing. Since Gabriel didn't want him to have it, he hid it in his room. Showing April was the only thing that made the day sufferable.
Zee dropped to his face in training. The harsh words of Zane's last trainee ringing in his ears, "Again!" Zee heaved himself up. "I knew it'd be difficult but c'mon, Zane must hate me today."
Zain's laughter cut off in a strangled sound, "You shouldn't have come for me. I've insisted before...do not...save me." Lifting his hands he shrugged, "I can't make it any clearer. You feel bad for the lost orphan boy, you pity him. How...pathetic." Shadows edged closer to her and he snarled at them, "Touch her and you're all dead!"
Zane sighed and closed his eyes, "Good to know all is well in your world Mya." Slowly he fell asleep, subconsciously pulling Mya close to him. OOC: Me too, night.
Zane suppressed his laughter, it was almost as if she were enforcing his old way of seeing his life. Pulling the covers up higher he nuzzled her. "It's not as if it were so bad having company every night. Just not the company I wanted." His lips touched her ear, "It was always you, Mya. I'd try to get drunk enough to make them look like you, but that wasn't such a thought out plan, was it?"
Zane's thoughts kept him awake. That's right...father never did like mom much. Said she was inferior to such greatness. As if he was any better than her. he could've laughed aloud at his thoughts. Glancing at Mya he realized she was the only one he'd bothered to think of as a human being. He remembered Uncle Haru asking him when he was 18 how he slept at night. "Drunk, with a girl under me." he whispered to himself.
