ooc: haha, it's supposed to be awkward. Conny's like 12 years old. lol he's also supposed to have bad language.
Zain, cautiously entered the fog around the house. They didn't make it four steps into the fog before Zain felt a tingling through his body, "What's going on?" 'Zalera's mist will pry your soul from your body so that it may bring you to Heaven.' "Zain, a shield will not hold long in thissss. But I will try." The tingling faded and Zain hurried further into the fog.
ooc: since I'm so lost with what's happening, Xone's just gonna do his own thing for now. bic: Xone scrambled across the keys, following the voice he heard, ignoring the fight that had started and ended without him, "Ash? Where are you? C'mon, please talk to me!" "What could we have done? This battle was so far over even before it began. The heartless...they were just too many. We couldn't---" the voice stopped and picked up again with a more raspy tone, "Neo? My King? Is that you? I'm...over here." Xone tripped over a body and gasped as he noticed his friend speared to the ground by a vicious looking keyblade and holding a transmitter, "My...King..." "Ash! Don't worry, I'll get you out of there."
"Good to see Toya and Toji haven't changed you, Yuki." he shut the door before she could respond and briefly wondered where his sudden heartlessness had come from. Shaking his head, he let Orphan, or rather Eden lead them to where her counterpart would be waiting. "Take a left. He's there, that house." Zain could almost see the fog of death around it, "Alright then. Ready or not, Zalera, here we come."
He snorted, "Yeah figured you'd say that. Zane belongs to Haru, like property. Whatever Haru decides for him, Zane is obliged to do it. Mya, he can't be disloyal to his family. Haru comes first, even before you."
ooc: we are starting correct? bic: Vice finished quickly, the little girl hadn't wanted to leave her parents but sadly it was her time. Sighing, she walked a bit unsteadily down the street, her scythe dragging a bit on the ground. Gladly it wasn't apart of her guise. She walked invisible into the coffee shop, her boots clicking on the ground and slumped into the booth next to her fellow reaper, "Long day..." she stated simply and tucked her feet up on the rest of the seat close to her.
ooc: you think we could move on?
Zee let go of her hand and stood, "Pushing too hard? That's a new one. Y'know Mya, Zane would've said the opposite of you." He took Zane's hand and pulled up Zane's sleeve, showing a tattoo of two snakes biting each other's tails, forming a perfect circle. "I'll bet he kept you busy so you couldn't examine him. He's had this since his father died and Haru took him in. It's Haru's symbol, Ouroboros, the end of the world and the beginning."
Zain clomped downstairs, "I'm going out Yuki. Gotta go kill someone." Daieko restlessly rubbed his eyes, "Shem...you think Zain will actually hold up his end of the deal?" Shemhazai didn't answer, she never did.
Conny silently followed her, "But, ya see, that's what's uh, wrong. Cap'n was gonna do something bad, we, Alistar and I could see it in his eyes. Just the way he was lookin' at you when he cornered you on the ship." He nervously looked up at her, "Missus, would you be afraid of the Cap'n if he did bed you?"
ooc: Sorry I've been gone guys. A lot of stuff's been going on lately. I'll try to be here more often. So recap?
Zee felt his resentment rising again after such a long time of suppressing it. "What would you know about what I had to do!? You weren't there! You didn't have to see Zane suffer because of how badly Haru had beaten him around, mentally and physically. You didn't...." his voice dropped to a whisper and he gripped her hand on his shoulder, "You didn't have to watch him bleed for days and have to keep a distance from him when Haru commanded it. I watched him suffer beating after beating during the day and then nightmares at night. I should've been stronger Mya! I should've helped him escape a long time ago."
Penny looked to Eva and felt the need to stand up and talk to her like the princess she was, but her body wouldn't move, "Eva...I'm sorry..." Her heart hurt with guilt. Obviously Risit was busy and she'd selfishly interrupted that. She moved her brown eyes from Risit and Eva to the two strangers standing off to the side, "Who...are they?" her small voice trembled in fear of the strangers and a burst of energy came to her, "I'm sorry Risit, really I am! I'm such a selfish person, I don't deserve to be cured!" tears rolled down her pale cheeks. Willow flinched at her mistake, "Forgive me. You're right, we should be careful and we will." Her icy eyes glittered with determination, what she craved now was her master's approval. After this, she'd push herself past her limits to prove she was in control of her magic for his approval. Willow's mind went through the essentials they'd have to bring. "Well, when do we leave?" Zero woke in a better mood. Maybe Penny had been right to make him sleep. His mind when to Elizabeth and how he'd brushed her off. Wandering down the halls, his head wasn't full with studies or duties for once. He spotted Elizabeth and Madison, "Hello girls. I see you're at least happy this morning. What might be the source of such enjoyment this night?" It was almost surprising to himself. That was the most he'd said in one meeting of both sisters.
Vincent nodded along with her, he was half busy keeping a look out. "Olive...why don't we ever get out of the City? Don't you miss the open space and blue skys?" he almost added, I do.. He was starting to feel sentimental about leaving home. "The City's not bad, it's just...seeing wildlife is apart of our lives and with all the buildings around here...I don't know, I feel trapped somehow." He should've shut his mouth sooner, but the words just kept coming out.
Gabe smiled and ruffled her hair, "Don't worry. Nothing's more embarrassing than how my father treats me. You'll be fine."
Zee shoved the doctors out of the room and wiped the dried blood from Zane's face and changed his clothes for him, "Zane, my brother, I'm sorry I left you to deal with Haru like that. He...no one deserves to be treated like that."
Zain had moved to his room with Orphan and tried to figure out who Eden wanted to talk to. "When did this happen?" "After we were infected again. Eden jusst showed up. She wantsss to talk to her brother, her counterpart Zain. We have to find a way to ssssummon the SSSSeraph of Death." Zain sighed, "So someone needs to die."
Zane slumped in Zee's arms, still weakly trying to escape before falling asleep. Zee set him back on the bed and ran a hand down his face, "Why does this keep happening? Ahh, Zane...." Zee looked tired as he sat beside his friend. The doctors swarmed on Zane, poking and proding, trying to find out something.
Xenree closed her eyes and breathed deeply, "I'm fine, really." Her red eyes opened and she stood again, picking up the five hot chocolates, "I have to be going, they'll be wondering where I am." Moving quickly, she hurried out of the shop, her pills slipping from her pocket. Xenree hurried back to the workshop and found Santa with the pranksters gathered around him. They were well behaved so far. "All is well I hope?" "We're fine!" "Quiet, she's got hot chocolate!" "What took you so long Xenree?" "Sorry, I...ran into a few people I knew. They wanted to catch up before I left again. Don't worry about it." She dispersed the cups around and watched them sip the hot liquid slowly.
Gabe shook his head, "I'm alright, April. Don't worry about me. So...when does this class get over, I've got a few bones to pick with my Father."
