Alrighty then. I'm debating on listening to it again. I have it up right now, but...y'know, yesterday was kinda wierd, but I was orignially...
Gabe sat, ready with his pen and the worksheet. Filling out labs wasn't his thing but lately fire hadn't been his thing either. "Well, go on. Until we start to heat mercury, I'll stay out of it."
Zero blinked, he remembered the tale now, "Ah, yeah, Red. That boy...I remember his stories." He scratched his head and returned pidgey to her pokeball, "If I remember correctly, the Cross family has a few old graves in the tower. My family used to only have ghost types and then it moved on to other things. We've lost the meaning of our name, Cross. Heh, you could say my family used to be very religious." Touching his gray hair, Zero smiled down at her, "So why were you in the tower today? Or do you go there everyday?"
He sighed, "Did I? Well that's odd, I'm not usually this hungry after a fight." he stared at his reflection in the pan and pulled down the skin under his eye, examining it, "You think it could be the change? Making me extra hungry, I mean?"
Gabe stared, entranced by the fire, faded back into his memories. There was fire that day too. The fire had burned him and Lulu before she was even dead. Jerking back into reality he grinned, "If you want to do it, you can. I'm fine." His big brown eyes were glazed over for a while as he faded back into thought.
Enoch stood, he rose a full head taller than Xone and backhanded him hard. "Mind your place in my realm boy. Apollimi is not here to protect you. Not speaking as your father, you shall not defy me so openly Neo." Xone dropped to one knee from the force of the blow and touched his cheek, "Yes sir. Forgive me Enoch, it was not my place." he gave a warning glare to Mage, begging her not to do anything to get herself hurt.
Zane groaned and leaned down to pick up the falcon. "He probably wants some food. S'matter buddy?" The falcon bit his fingers and jumped down, tapping the door with his beak and looking back at him, "Please tell me you don't want me to follow you somewhere." Painfully pulling his legs over the side of the bed, he watched the curious actions of the falcon.
Gabe shook his head, "You girls have said a lot of words that were foreign to me." He smiled and touched his side, where his sword would've been. It wasn't often that he touched this spot, but it had become a bad habit since Gabriel was pissed at him. "So...you girls will handle this? I don't think I'm capable of lighting things on fire."
Meh, I'm fine. Still alive aren't I? lol Although I do want to listen to that song again...
Enoch laughed harder, "Such a brazen child. You're just like little Renee, my duqcleata she's always resented me. But Neo, oh my son, he rules the Twilight. And I couldn't be happier for him. He's a fine king and the Twilight has remained such a kind place for those trapped inbetween." Xone groaned and touched his head, "Father, please. Mage doesn't even know what the Twilight realm is. she's never been there. The only human who's been there is Aqua from all those years ago. Do not hassle her!" the force in his tone made Enoch hesitate in his laughter and stop to glare his bright green cat eyes at his son. "You do not speak to me that way." Renee kept running, all Ash's attempts to hit her struck her shield and bounced back. Ash, frustrated, hit the ground, raising a wall of earth in front of her, stopping her in her tracks. "No where to run, Renee!" She turned to face his raised Keyblade, clashing with him, only able to block his rapid hits.
Luce yawned again, she shouldn't have started getting up so early this week. Her dreams had gotten the better of her lately. "What makes you think a couple of cute words would get you in my bed? I'm not easy, like some of the s|uts you've had in yours." She was feeling snippy again, "Just remember Scott, I run the bar more often than most of the others. It's what I do and the bartender has the right to refuse service to anyone, including you." Not catching his almost more said, she examined her broken nails. They never were perfect but when she got home, she'd start to paint them again. It was a random thought, but Luce had never been one for girlly things. "Scott....what kind of man are you really? You always seem to change from one thing to the next and I can't define you like others."
Zain swivled his head toward her, his sunglasses slipping a bit so he pushed them back up ont he bridge of his nose. "What on earth are you talking about? I'm just hungry. I guess I must be growing." Turning back to the food he was making he set the sunglasses on his head so he could see better. Catching his reflection in the pan, he noticed the usual thin red strips that were apart of his shadow eyes had widened considerably and nearly dominated the purple. "And I thought my purple eyes were freaky." he mumbled to himself.
What're you talking about? Started? Nothing's started. It's just a cool song that's going to help me with my nightmares. I'll be fine. xP
I'll say. hey that song is kinda stuck in my head. It's wierd but after that all my nightmares are now drowned out by that song so they're not...
Zain nodded quickly and wandered into the kitchen, "You got it Yuki." Gathering up what he could, he ate what was already prepared. His hunger wasn't satisfied after he'd eaten everything in the house, "Hmm, I should make some ribs." His mouth watered at the thought.
Enoch laughed, "Xone, what a ridiculous name. Neo why do you insist these people call you Xone?" Xone glowered and kept silent against his father's laughter. Renee bolted again toward the temple and Mage. She threw the ball of darkness at Ash. Hitting him in the chest and letting her gain a few more feet on him. Ash jumped up in a fit of rage and dashed off after her. His keyblade poised to strike her. "Renee!" Throwing his keyblade at her in a strike raid, he watched it bounce off a purple solid flame and launch back at him. "Ah crap!" ducking under the blade, he caught it again on it's rebound.
Zero's mind wandered back to the stories about the man who'd taken up sword against pokemon. He liked that story, "What had happened... Uh, what?" His cheeks colored slightly, feeling embarrassed for not really listening.
oh, well I heard those. I didn't think much of it. Aww, why not? I kinda liked it until it got to that wierd high pitched part. Oy, my head...
Enoch acted like he hadn't heard a thing and Xone fell silent, listening, "Shh, Mage, just listen and watch." Ash groped the darkness for her, he felt nothing. Renee's eyes flashed silver in the darkness and a bit of Xenree's power flowed through her. The darkness swirled into a ball in her hand, "I've had enough of your games Ash. Is that even your real name? Xone doesn't seem to be one for handing out real names." Ash grimaced, "So you know about Neo's tendency to give false names. No my name isn't really Ash, it's Archeron. But I encourage my King to call me Ash, as it is shorter than my name and keeping a keyblade wielder's name secret is a duty he must uphold. We cannot be friends with royalty. It's why he wasn't at the Keyblade War all those years ago." He shot a beam of light into the air and Xone relaxed, "You see Mage, she's fine. They both are."
Zain cowered into his sunglasses and even though she couldn't tell, he avoided her gaze, "Um, about earlier...I'm sorry you had to see me like that. I don't know what's happening to me." He felt hungry, more so than he had in a long time.
