Jessica opened her eyes, blinded by the light. She blinked a few times and stretched her arms and wings. She felt another crack in her wings and they felt better. She flapped them. She stretched her arms and legs and flapped out of the tree, noticing it was easier to fly. Her wings were larger than what she had been used to. She flapped towards the river and sat down, making some herbs out of the plants.
