You just had to shoot at my back. Y'know you make yourself look like a coward." Drake seemed suprised and Gabriel shook off Rita's water and Eliza's hand, stretching his wings out threateningly, "Try that again, brother, I dare you!" Drake stood frozen to the cross. Gabriel was still standing. He must have grown in power to refuse aid from that woman, take his arrow and still be able to theaten him. "I would take my chances, but then I really wouldn't be in the future now wouldn't I?! BUt you already knew that, didn't you!" Out of the corner of his eye he noticed the man on the other roof had disappeared.

It's why that battle still takes place in that empty space every time the land crumbles like that.

Nightmare unscrambled Xone's name, unfocused as Mage threatened Vexen, Xone....N-E-O. Neo? You know King Neo, the Twilight King? The reason the Keyblade War took place in the Graveyard.
Akii jerked and struggled out of Vexen's grip. He was unwilling to let her go. Nightmare seemed to sense something, Sharpflash? Is Ash here? Mage, we must find Sharpflash before we go... Nightmare trailed off and muttered, Never mind....we'll get him later. It seems Sharpflash doesn't want him and Ash to be found just yet. Though I do recommend we find them as soon as possible. We'd never get down there to them without the help of your friends. You, uh, do have friends, don't you Mage?

Hmm, I do vaugely recall Sora being there...but, ah, yes, getting you out of there before that Heartless of Ansem could destroy you. My, that was such a challenge for dear Zexion. Vexen turned and looked at her, picking Akii back up in his arms, "Satisfied?"

Akii started to nod off in his lap, warm and cozy, she felt safe with an old friend. If only the rest of them were here, Lea, Isa, Dilan, Aleous, Ienzo, Braig, and Lord Ansem.

Zain situated himself back in the Orphanage. His head hurt again as per every coming night. His change was coming faster than Daieko's potion could hold off. Deciding quickly to gather a few of the herbs at least that he'd smelt when noticing the vial the cure had been in. He headed outside and scoured around for them, but none of the plants around smelt the same. "I suppose they were from different countries. I'll have to get them delivered." He headed back to Yuki's, his head throbbing as he almost casually walked inside and hopped on a computer.
"Ridiculous, a being with no heart cannot have a Keyblade accept it. You must have been given the power to use it." Vexen laughed. He pet Akii more and she cuddled closer to him. Surprisingly you were the only one to come out of the process unharmed and exactly as we wanted you. With the slight side effect of your hunger for only hearts, pure or otherwise." He sighed and sat down on a chair in his room, scooping Akii into his lap and stroking her hair, I know nothing of any 'thumping' in you. You were made without a heart. Thus there is nothing in you that can beat. Now...that Keyblade of yours." Nightmare didn't like the way he was looking at it. Keep that creep away from me, or I swear I'll cut a chunk out of him. "Allow me to examine it and I'll examine you to find what 'thumping' you speak of."
Vexen jerked at the sound of someone knocking on his door. Fakes couldn't knock and he was expecting it through the dark corridor. Akii anxiously hopped up and down as the door was thrown open and she recognized Even, the scientist who'd given up his heart in pursut of the dark Kingdom Hearts. "Even!" she latched onto him and Vexen gave a surprised look down at the little girl and at Mage. "So you've come back, have you? Sorry, we don't take back failed experiments." he tried to shake off Akii and close the door but Akii's grip was tight around his waist. "Akii found you, Even. Akii couldn't believe you were alive!" Mage...this man radiates a power unlike I've seen in a long time. Who is this ma-- it stopped and pulled the knowledge from her head, Vexen...a member of Organization XIII. Mage, you shouldn't have come here!
