Kyon laughed harshly at Nightmare, You're partner is so pathetic Nightmare. Why would you pick such a weak-hearted girl as your wielder? This is exactly why I chose Neo, as King of Twilight, he has to be strong. You were better off with Adrien the Traitor.
Vin bowed formally, "A pleasure Max, friend of Mikuzaki. Well then, I suppose you know where milady leader is camping out?" Ash sighed, he'd said too much already. "It's alright Romeo. You don't need to if it bothers you. The undead can do it for you."
Vincent laughed at Olive's words, "Yeah, stretch more often. That's a laugh. You know how many people stop and stare at an angel in the City? It's why I wear that coat, and it's not like I can go outside very often. Ink always has something for me to do so I don't often get a break." Pausing, he sighed out the fresh air, "You remember this morning? I was trying to meditate, but since severing my connection with Heaven...it's not going to happen." Flinging himself one handed over the fence, his wings flapped hard and lurched into the sky. "Stay safe Olive, I'll be back in a few!" he called down to her and shed the shirt he wore to loosen the feeling of being trapped.
Zain grunted as if he didn't like the answer and yet slightly smiled at Yuki. "If I do fail at this cure, and I do turn into a shadow for the rest of my life....I want you to take care of Yuki. She means the world to me now and I couldn't bear to live, even as a monster, knowing she was hurt." His red eyes closed and he dog-eared and closed the book, setting it down. He looked exhausted, not having slept in a while. "I want you to promise this to me Toji. If you are as trustworthy as Yuki makes me believe. You shall promise you'll take care of her when I'm gone. If not...I might just have to rip you to pieces."
Zane sighed and shrugged, "I suppose nothing but I can't let you sleep away your years here in this bed. Much too comfortable from making love and not as much exhausted from training. Just c'mon." he lightly kissed her to ease his words. Zee was growing obbessed with Haru and his plans, even the falcon. His mind occupied with where Haru was hiding.
Zero almost laughed. He was having more fun with someone he'd never spoken to more than a thank you or good morning. "And here I thought I was supposed to allow my elders to go first. Unless you're going to contradict me on that too. You're starting to sound like one of my teachers, healer." Zero did make the first strike. Clashing with the nearest theif, he knocked his legs out from under him and without thinking, drove his blade into the theif's throat. "May the Lord forgive your sins." he recited as always. Eventually the old habit of Penelope's would die from Zero's mind.
Vin smiled charmingly and yanked his sword from the werewolf. The others had run off. "Vin. First Sergent Vincent Mizuhashi. I work for Mikazuki by order of the military. And you ma'am?" he replaced the chain on his armor and tucking the sword back onto his back.
Zane dismissed Catherine and left to wake Mya. Morning had come and he didn't intend to let her sleep the day away. "Mya, c'mon get up already!" He nudged her shoulder. Zee woke finally getting out of bed and changed his clothes. "It'll be a good day. At least....I hope so."
Nightmare relayed Mage's words to Kyon and he spoke them gently to Xone. Xone grimaced at his Keyblade's words and set his hand on Nightmare, "Have no fear. Adrien was a good man and I've forgiven him plenty of times for how the darkness pursuaded him to their side. Now Mage. Please, let me feed you. You must eat something. I don't know what else to feed you if not hearts." Akii stared at Xone, this wasn't the King she remembered. "You...I don't understand. You're not King Neo. You couldn't be. He's too old to be you." Xone frowned, "I am King Neo, my father Enoch....ah, God Enoch of Twilight can testify to that. I can assure you, many people are surprised I am so young looking. I had to modify my image several times over years to stay this way. I cannot look like a thousand year old King if I'm always alive and moving about through the worlds." he tried again with Mage, "Please, the hearts, Mage."
"That'd be best." Taking a slight interest in Toji and Yuki to distract himself from the mess he'd be making later, "So what are your intentions with my sister?"
Akii's panic befuddled her and Nightmare reached out to Xone's Keyblade, Please! Milord, I beg of you! My wielder is in pain! Xone felt a tug at him and opened a dark portal back to the ship. He stepped through and connected the portal to Mage's. "Did you call for me...? Mage?!" Pulling her and Akii through, he looked at the Keyblade curiously. "Mage, I need you to open your eyes and tell me what's wrong." A light voice called into Mage's head and isolated a small part with Nightmare, You're Nightmare, are you not? Since you called to me, I will tell my wielder to help your partner. I am Kyon, all Keyblades call me Master Kyon. Kye, the Kyeblade is my brother.
Glancing up, he'd lost what remained of any human trace in his eyes and stared at him with blank red eyes, "Don't make it such a big deal. You never would've figured out what you were missing. Shadow blood from the subjects I need will be difficult to obtain and the herbs I've ordered will take a while to boil out what I need to complete it. What's worse is getting the herbs will be the easy part. The Shadows had a deal with Daieko, not me. I have to take their blood by force."
Nightmare didn't know what to say. It didn't understand enough to finish her sentence. I am always here for you. As I was here for Adrien. Roxas, Xion and Renee forced a smile for Lexi, even though they didn't really know her. Roxas still felt ill and Xion helped him stand. "Are you alright, Roxas?" she whispered and he nodded, "I'll be alright. It's...fading away now. I just need...to stay still for a while." "We can't go without Mage. She'll get lost. I have to protect her. Xenree asked me to." she gripped the pendent tightly and Xone felt as if his secrets were being spilled to someone. "What's happening to me? Everything feels like it's been laid out in the open for someone to see and I've had no control over this."
He clammed up immediately, his eyes still on the book, "Sorry. I guess i'm a little hungry. I'll leave soon, I promise so i don't eat your boyfriend. By-the-way, nice job Toji, the cure is good enough that I can finish it in a few days and take within four hours of that last day. So I'll be human in a few days. Go nuts." His passive behavior contradicted his red eyes fastened on the book and fangs poking out from under his lip.
Something inside Nightmare jolted, Mage!
Zain's hunger was getting the better of him by now. He couldn't hold back the snarl that came from his mouth when he noticed Yuki and Toji return. He'd taken off his sunglasses and his red eyes focused still on an herbal book.
It's fine. Use me as you want. I will not break. Akii pulled Mage's arm over her head and helped her stand. An instinct told her to help out too.
Akii crouched beside her, "Mage?" Nightmare continued to question her, Is there something I can do, or Akii? Mage, I am your Keyblade now, I want to help you.
