ooc: actually, the rules say that once the book has been used, then the shinigami must appear in 390 days. Most shinigami end up appearing after the human has used the death note twice, that is all.
"Not very good at being vague, is he" max muttered as he watched, bored, and dulled by the easy conversation. Anyone could figure out what all obsticles meant. Unless he was lieing, he was either planning to finally strike back at his rival orginization, or, he simply was going to try to elliminate them one by one, and then when he has some more free time, he would elliminate axel and/or larxene. It wasn't exsactly to hard to figure out what that meant. Now this could also have something to do with Xemnas, since if zexion tried to take down xemnas, then the members of the orginization would be his to control. It was quite boring indeed. He could even mean to elliminate vexen when the time comes. Of course, max himself might simply be a target, meaning that he would just have to take a few measures, just so that way things could be a bit more fun for him. ooc: zexion isn't very good at keeping things quiet, is he.

Max snapped his fingers, in order to destroy the image that lead to axel's room. Yes, he was manipulative, but something like that was just out of the question to spy on. ooc: I would feel bad if max was spying on this oh so special moment. It don't feel right

"Last time I checked, your room" max said. "I think it will be wise of me to say though, that if you are planning on telling her the truth, then you should not. Larxene is already furious. I was not able to do anything to get her away from the heartless's grasp, but I was still able to observe what had happend. The heartless asked if she truely did love you......." max said. He himself was sort of saddend by the denial that larxene had put herself under, since she acted as if she was angered by when she saw the heartless larxene playing with axel like that, but she still never actually said that she loved him. It was easy for her to have said it to axel, but she could not say it to others. "THe point is is that she is at a delicate state, and if you tell her the truth, then I cannot assure you that things will go well" Max warned. "Of course, I am certain that you still concider me to be your enemy, so you do not need to take my warning" max said.
((Since it used to be chaos's book, I guess that a name would have been written in it, but just take note that there aren't to many names that are written in there. In all truth, there is only the rules section, and the rest is blank pgs

"Wait, hold on" thorn said as he got up and jogged up to lament. "Oh cmon, I'm sorry" thorn said to her. He found it a bit strange that he wasn't getting the life strangled out of him right now since he was supposed to be the enemy.

THe axel one knows what is going on, but the larxene one things she is larxene's heartless, and is slowly trying to hint on larxene about what went on between you and Rei. Larxene is already a little bit suspicious, but she does not know to much" max said to axel. "You are in a very dangerous situation here" max said.
