I made the rp idea and Dmaster put it into better words ^^

They took the childern from all villages, towns, and cities. They put the childern into prision like places and are now using them as test subjects. They do as they please and act like they are better than them. They take the childern because their power has not been used up at such a young age and is the strongest in the child's life time, since when the childern grow up, their power slowly deminishes. They are called "Child snatchers' by the people from everywhere and they kept that name. The adults tried everything to get their childern back....but nothing worked. Now it is up to the childern themseves to free themselves or they will die when the power has been completly drained. Luckily for some though, they have been able to keep their powers up to the age of 16, but at the sacrifice of multiple children...

*No god-molding/Power playing (I deeply dislike it and you will be kicked out if you do it too much)
*kissing hugging I guess is okay but remember its mostly young kids anyway
*No killing other people's OCs without their premission

*Dmaster is second in charge so if he dislikes what you are doing while I am away he has the right to kick you out(BUt only until I get back or when he leaves unless we both want you gone)
